Was a fantastic location and handy to shops and trams and plenty of restiarants and cafes only a short walk away. Amenities such as pool and gym were good but unfortunately the spa was not working the whole 8 days we were there. Definitely recommend if your looking for apartment accommodation.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location is fantastic, next to the Yarra River. I loved the fitness center and swimming pool (with sauna and hot tub). The apartment, which featured a kitchen, laundry room, and high-speed internet, was also very convenient. I received an upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom unit. I would definitely return.

1br apartment room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect for conference, shopping, entertainment and leisure. Stand out for me was the lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access to all parts of the city. Short walk to tram station which in the green free team zone. Quiet part of the city on the Yarra River waterfront, close to Spencer St Station for train and Bus Stations, shopping, dining, attractions all close by either by walking or tram in the city or on Southbank. Pool and gym facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was nothing like the photos - a lot older and more rundown. Drains need a clean, terrible smell coming from them. I'd say overpriced for what you get, but location for us was excellent.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention. The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful. You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower? In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent. The beds were comfy and linen was nice. There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.

Location was good with a large outdoor balcony that I paid extra for. Property is tired and very overpriced. The large balcony was smelly ( smelt like urine) and dirty. Inside was also tired, we shouted our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren. We sent an email prior for the bed configuration which was with 2 single beds. On arrival no single beds I had to phone reception, talk to a manager ended up having to accept a trundle bed that once again had to keep requesting. Went to bath the grandchildren and no plug after phoning numerous numbers 45 min later a plug arrived. Pool area indoor certainly not suitable for young children, very deep, no shallow end.Wouldn’t stay there again very over priced and dated. Melbourne has a lot better apartments on offer . My suggestion is shop around and don’t get fooled by the pictures that showed a glossy apartment with magnificent balcony.

Quite disappointing stay, obviously it’s not all up to the hosts as their are residents in the building too, but it was quite gross. The neighbours cans new through all your windows, right underneath was a large balcony absolutely covered in dog poo(I counted over 30 of them at one point). The balcony was absolutely caked in bird poo also. The stench when you go outside onto the balcony was sickening. The interior was alright, aircon worked and had all facilities it promised. The floor was slimy and sticky in some places. Every night the dog next door would bark and howl until 11-12 at night while the owners did nothing to stop it,

The apartment is in a great location with great security. The apartment was functional; there was little noise from external sources, and the bed was ok. However, the smells from all of the sinks and the drains was horrendous. The smell was that bad that I would not take the risk of staying there again in the future. I have returned home and still have the lingering smell in the back of my throat and nose. It is a shame as the rest of the experience was good. I informed the management staff on my departure.

3 bedroom apartment was great for a group of friends in town for a concert - with 2 queen and 2 single beds. Great location close to south wharf with lots of restauranrs nearby and easy access to number 70 tram to the city and docklands. Only complaint (my pet hate) no full length mirror. Would happily stay again.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials although we never could get the dishwasher to work. Otherwise, the apartment was fully equipped, including full size washer and dryer. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the tram lines. All in all highly recommendable.

We loved the location. It was located near the MCEC where our International Convention was held. Close distance to great dining and shopping. We were disappointed with NO counter space or storage in the bathroom and the couch in the living room needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. The kitchen cooking pots and pans need to be upgraded. The skillet was gross (rust and fifthly.

Room very clean. Good view from room (river view room). Prob great for medium term stay- has pretty much everything incl stovetop, oven, big fridge/freezer, and laundry machine with dryer as well. This is apartment , not hotel, so no routine daily servicing. Location great- convenience store just downstairs, eateries plenty, and tram station 2min walk, train station 5min walk

Great place to stay as I had a conference across the river at the Convention Centre. Perfect location with restaurants, outlet shopping and even a couple of small supermarkets nearby. Property was neat and tidy with comfortable beds and a great view.

We were upgraded to two rooms so my friend & I were super happy about that ! Thank you ! The only drawback for me was the air conditioner which kept vibrating & buzzing & I ended up removing the batteries from the remote so I could grab some sleep . My bed & pillow was one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in for a long time .

Would definitely recommend this for a stay in Melbourne. We were in the city for the Australian Open, we wanted to have a clean comfortable place on the Yarra. We wanted cooking, laundry, wifi & a location with ease to travel to Olympic Park, this place has all the check marks. The free Olympic Park tram for the AO city tram & the free Tourist tram on Flinders just a 2 min walk away, trams run frequently,, it was an easy walk to Southern Cross & Flinders station. We often took strolls on the Boardwalk on both the North & south sides of the River. There were many restaurants across the river from us, we tried-all great & also walked a little further down to try the busier area restaurants (closer to the Casino). It’s all wonderful. Lots to see & do & we thoroughly enloyed our 11 day stay. The Botanical Gardens & Shrine of Rembrance are excellent. We took the train out to Brighton to see the Bath Boxes then walked along the ocean boardwalk to St Kilda. We took in some theatre Just of note, we were given instructions to hotel from Southern Cross & put it in our GPS. This was not successful & we wandered for quite some time. Some very helpful area residents assisted & we found it on Siddeley as the address indicates. Folllowing days we wondered why the difficulty! I think it was because we were looking for the «\xa0Melbourne Waterfront Apts\xa0» It’s Flinders Wharf We didn’t bother with a car but fyi there is plenty of parking on Siddeley.

Would definitely recommend this for a stay in Melbourne. We were in the city for the Australian Open, we wanted to have a clean comfortable place on the Yarra. We wanted cooking, laundry, wifi & a location with ease to travel to Olympic Park, this place has all the check marks. The free Olympic Park tram for the AO city tram & the free Tourist tram on Flinders just a 2 min walk away, trams run frequently,, it was an easy walk to Southern Cross & Flinders station. We often took strolls on the Boardwalk on both the North & south sides of the River. There were many restaurants across the river from us, we tried-all great & also walked a little further down to try the busier area restaurants (closer to the Casino). It’s all wonderful. Lots to see & do & we thoroughly enloyed our 11 day stay. The Botanical Gardens & Shrine of Rembrance are excellent. We took the train out to Brighton to see the Bath Boxes then walked along the ocean boardwalk to St Kilda. Absolutely loved this accommodation. Wish it could have been longer. If I needed accommodation again in the Dockland area this is definitely the place to go. The collection of keys, even after hours was so easy and drop off, also in after hours was again an easy procedure. Love it, will definitely do this again.

Extremely close to Exhibition centre, where we needed to go. Had an issue and was promptly rectified. Communication was amazing . Would definitely recommend. Signage for spa operational directions would help. I would stay here again. The water pressure in the shower was perfect.

The staff went over and above to assist us and upgraded us to a double room apartment before we arrived. Amazing service. Room was very clean and tiny. Everything was so close to public transport and eatery. Definitely would stay there again and recommend.

1br apartment room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect for conference, shopping, entertainment and leisure. Stand out for me was the lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet part of the city on the Yarra River waterfront, close to Spencer St Station for train and Bus Stations, shopping, dining, attractions all close by either by walking or tram in the city or on Southbank. Pool and gym facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

I had booked this apartment for my mother in law and her sisters to enjoy the spa and pool and because it was close to crown casino, however the Spa was not in use -this was not mentioned when I booked- and the entrance closest to the bridge to take them to the south bank walk was all closed off. Also not mentioned when I booked. They enjoyed the room and the view, but would have been nice for them to be able to enjoy a warm spa together.

Very misleading, booked the ground floor with a door right to the river but it’s “locked for security” Bathroom showers have mold and air conditioning filters need servicing since they release a very bad smell.
