The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely equipped. The bedding was comfortable, The location was great. The process of accessing and vacating the property was easy and stress-free.

This house is the perfect home base for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed going down to the creek, took a ride to Belleyare to ride the gondola and hike, and then a meal at Brios.The home was clean, well decorated and well maintained. Hosts were very responsive from booking to answering any questions we had.

we like to explore NY state. We used Phoenicia as a base, and traveled the area. The house was clean, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.
