23 Pelican - Quick Walk to the Beach - Superb N Forest Beach Home w/Great Lanai & Pool!

The host/ property manager Justin was incredible. He answered my texts immediately and was so helpful and so willing to answer all my questions. I’ve never had such great customer service. He went above and beyond and gave me lots of details about the property. The house was perfect for our family of 16. We were very comfortable and the location was spectacular. We loved only being a block from the beach and all the trails and being so close to Coligny Plaza and so many restaurants. The house and kitchen had everything we needed and we were so spoiled with the comfort of the beds and the nice towels and toiletries available when we got there. Also, the kitchen worked beautifully for us and the outdoor pool and spa area and sauna we’re very enjoyable. My children loved the media room as well. The adults and children had a wonderful time upstairs playing pool and the chairs up. There were so comfortable and it was awesome to have a TV as well. It’s a house she don’t want to leave.

The pool was very nice. We were glad we had the heat turned on the pool.This house was really nice. Nicely supplied with towels and other essentials.We had to bring our own beach towel but this house had a large washer and dryer to handle all our beach towels.

House was amazing and accommodated all of my family perfectly

We were so excited about the trip and it was better than expected. With a wide range of age groups, 5-68, everyone had something to do. Swim in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, sit in the sauna, shoot pool, play games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking or we were a short bike ride to Coligny for restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. This is a must stay at HH.

Very nice property, as with all big houses, there were a few items of note, which we shared with management company. I’m sure they will be corrected, and were minor and didn’t really impact our stay. Pictures don’t do the house justice, it was very beautiful. Perfect location. We have visited Hilton Head before, but this was the best place we’ve been. Would certainly stay here again.
