We stayed over the thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. We had the pool heated and picked up a the whole works of a thanksgiving dinner from the HEB grocery store less than a mile away… it was a great time. Not every day you get to swim on thanksgiving.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were great benefits and the foosball table was used several times. The communication was wonderful from the host. It was a perfect location and not very far from Lackland Air Force Base, which is why we were in San Antonio to attend my son’s BMT graduation. Thank you!!

This property is perfect for a large family! The pool was used everyday and the hot tub was nice after long days in the Riverwalk, Zoo, and SeaWorld. The property is clean and central to many restaurants and stores. If you are planning time at SeaWorld, you are just minutes from the front gate. The property hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Our kiddos loved the pool while me and my hubby really enjoyed the hot tub after running around all day. Air hockey table we had a few competitions with that a foosball table. Kitchen had everything you need. No complaints. Highly recommend this place. Well worth it! We stayed a whole week. Best thing everything is in driving distance.

We loved the home and location! Everything was perfect! The home was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable from toiletries to linens. The communication with the owner was flawless. He always responded within minutes and never complained about turning on the hot tub every evening. The pool was very clean and my girls loved it. The location was perfect. Very close to sea world and close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

We came to San Antonio for a family vacation. Great communication with our host John, had a few issues nothing major but John had someone out there within a couple hours to address our problem. I would highly recommend his home. We had 5 kids from age 13-6, they had a blast with all the games and the pool. Thanks for a great week!The Conley’s

Our stay was wonderful at this property. Hosts, John and Eduardo, were very attentive and quick to answer questions or help with anything needed. House- very clean and well maintained. The homes has everything you would need, from pots and pans in the kitchen to extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Plenty of space in the home too. Pool/deck- The pool was very clean and a beautiful area. The yard is a good size. Easily play yard games and let the kids run around in. Nights on the deck were our favorite. The entire yard and pool area is lit up with solar lights. It is beautiful. We enjoyed many meals on the deck too. Neighborhood/location- The neighborhood is quiet and a nice area. Minutes from groceries and other stores/restaurants. Seaworld Is just around the corner. An easy commute to downtown attractions.

A well appointed and very clean house, close to Seaworld. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for some home cooked meals. H‑E‑B plus is very close by, as well as several small restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. The back yard with the pool and hot tub was lovely. The communication with the owner was very timely and very clear. We hope to return in the future.

The best VRBO rental we've stayed in. We loved the outdoor space and the large eat in kitchen. The living room furniture needs updated but that was a very minor thing for us. Beds were comfy, water pressure in the showers was great, and the house was very clean. We will definitely rent again on our next SAT trip!

We stayed 6 nights over spring break. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwater detergent. The pool and spa were clean. The house is very close to Seaworld which was nice. Close to large commercial district with every type of restaurant and store. Easy drive to Riverwalk. Overall nice place to stay. Minor critiques include that I would have preferred a warmer set temperature for the spa. The neighbors have a very loud car that woke us up every morning between 330 and 630 AM depending on the day. But overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying.

house was not clean, grass not mowed, baseboard dirty, house had a bad odor, outlet in bathrooms did not work, outlet by Kitchen table not working. Water down dish soap, kitchen sponge old, cutting board old, too much to mention, not pleased with stay at all, left Saturday after one-night stay. :(

The house is nice. The beds need to be improved. The beds are very uncomfortable. Even just foam toppers would help. The kitchen utensils also need to be improved. It was difficult to prepare food for my family. Utensils were broken or in poor condition. The landscape needs attention. We own a VRBO and we understand the expectation when you pay a lot of money for a weeks stay you need to be able to sleep comfortably and make food rather than eating out every day.

Great house for family vacation with the kids. Close to Seaworld. Not far from Six flags. House has room to stretch out in. The best is the pool and backyard deck. Tired of getting out?…just come home and hang out by your own heated pool. Owners were amazing- A huge storm came though while we were there and the owners checked in on us to see if we needed anything-we thought they were so amazing and caring to do that. House is showing a bit of age but she is well cared for, well stocked and has a great lay out. Close to freeway.

The house was ok, very old and out dated. The pictures make it looks way better than what it is. The neighborhood is ugly and dirty. They got me. Lol But overall the stay was ok. Just wasn't what I was expecting.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were great benefits and the foosball table was used several times. The communication was wonderful from the host. It was a perfect location and not very far from Lackland Air Force Base, which is why we were in San Antonio to attend my son’s BMT graduation. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed this cute, clean and cozy house, in quiet neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen, lots of extras in the house. Very convenient location to Sea World, H E B Plus grocery and many restaurants. We used the pool each day. Reached out to guest contact person with a few questions and response was immediate; very nice host. On our last night there we discovered the pool toys in storage chest. The chest had several inches of water still in it from previous renters. All together a great rental experience, would stay again. Karen

We loved the home and location! Everything was perfect! The home was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable from toiletries to linens. The communication with the owner was flawless. He always responded within minutes and never complained about turning on the hot tub every evening. The pool was very clean and my girls loved it. The location was perfect. Very close to sea world and close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was great. Exactly what the listing says. It is very close to Sea World. Only 25 minutes from downtown (Riverwalk and the Alamo). Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive. My family had a great time.

We came to San Antonio for a family vacation. Great communication with our host John, had a few issues nothing major but John had someone out there within a couple hours to address our problem. I would highly recommend his home. We had 5 kids from age 13-6, they had a blast with all the games and the pool. Thanks for a great week!The Conley’s

Great communication wirh the host. The helped us qith all our needa and had very quick responses. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed the pool. House had everything we needed. Also nice to have access to the garage for parking.

First of all, this location was ideal in its proximity to Sea World. Secondly, after a day of exploring the sights of San Antonio, all members of our group enjoyed having access to a private hot tub & swimming pool. Although we didn’t personally meet, our host, John, continuously provided me with updates prior to & during our stay. If I had questions, he answered my text in an expeditious manner. Most importantly, the property was clean, well stocked with the basics, & our family felt safe at this location!

We were in town for our son's graduation from Basic Military Training in Lackland. This house was the best place to stay and relax as a family. The pool, jacuzzi and deck was where we spent most of our time and it was amazing! They had little things provided, like coffee, filters, laundry soap, hangers, towels, etc. It was nice because I didn't have to bring or go buy things like that. I couldn't get the dishwasher figured out and they sent someone to help! They were very easy to communicate with. It was worth every penny to stay here and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to just stay home and relax and enjoy time as a family.

This location was amazing! It was literally 5 minutes from Sea World and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. Airport is maybe 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Tons of food spots nearby. Hosts were extremely communicative. Pool was great for my child and the house stayed cool all day. Definitely would stay here again!

This property is perfect for a large family! The pool was used everyday and the hot tub was nice after long days in the Riverwalk, Zoo, and SeaWorld. The property is clean and central to many restaurants and stores. If you are planning time at SeaWorld, you are just minutes from the front gate. The property hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

We stayed 6 nights over spring break. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwater detergent. The pool and spa were clean. The house is very close to Seaworld which was nice. Close to large commercial district with every type of restaurant and store. Easy drive to Riverwalk. Overall nice place to stay. Minor critiques include that I would have preferred a warmer set temperature for the spa. The neighbors have a very loud car that woke us up every morning between 330 and 630 AM depending on the day. But overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying.

Our stay was wonderful at this property. Hosts, John and Eduardo, were very attentive and quick to answer questions or help with anything needed. House- very clean and well maintained. The homes has everything you would need, from pots and pans in the kitchen to extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Plenty of space in the home too. Pool/deck- The pool was very clean and a beautiful area. The yard is a good size. Easily play yard games and let the kids run around in. Nights on the deck were our favorite. The entire yard and pool area is lit up with solar lights. It is beautiful. We enjoyed many meals on the deck too. Neighborhood/location- The neighborhood is quiet and a nice area. Minutes from groceries and other stores/restaurants. Seaworld Is just around the corner. An easy commute to downtown attractions.

The house was ok, very old and out dated. The pictures make it looks way better than what it is. The neighborhood is ugly and dirty. They got me. Lol But overall the stay was ok. Just wasn't what I was expecting.

We came to San Antonio for a family vacation with my family of 4 and mine and my husband’s moms. We LOVED this house. There is plenty of room for everyone. We never felt cramped in. We enjoyed the garage and pool areas. The large kitchen table was perfect for dinner and game night. I would absolutely stay here again.

It had some mistakes and broken objects like washer . It would leak on floor . My gf slipped and got all bruised up and hurt . Wit was upsetting . I told the owner so it didn’t happen again or much worse . It’s was very dangerous. The owner never even asked if she was ok . We didn’t ask for anything . Just warned them of hazards

The house was perfect with the pool/hot tub. It was stocked well with everything you need. The location is close to the grocery store/dollar store for a quick trip. If you are there for Sea World or military graduation, close to expressways also. We enjoyed watching the family of cardinals while in the pool. There is plenty of room for a large family/friends stay. I would stay again

This house was amazing with the backyard setting the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everynight the house was clean and the management team were great with accommodating any of our need would recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxing time the house is located near everything you need food shopping center and tons of places to go our family had great time
