Super cute and cozy little beach cottage. The game room was a plus with lots of games to choose from and a ton of helpful items to bring to the beach. Great location, just off the freeway, beach access and a short drive to the harbor. Perfect for our quick weekend trip!

This property was perfect for a short family getaway. Walkable to the beach and had everything you need for a day at the beach (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards...) and a lot on site to keep the little ones entertained. There's a grocery store very close by and it's a short drive to the Harbor where there's a good selection of restaurants and treats. Would definitely stay here again!

Property as advertised, convenient location and awesome proximity to beach. House was well equipped and clean on arrival. Patio area was great too but bring your own grill. Check in and communication with owner was easy and timely.

We loved walking down to the beach each morning and to local frozen yogurt shop. Groceries and Starbucks are within walking distance. Great neighborhood. Only thing we would’ve loved to have was a bbq to cook outside. But all in all a wonderful stay. 👍🏽👍🏽

This place was perfect for our stay. Not even a 10 minute walk to the beach. The backyard was more than enough room for what was needed. The game room and laundry room, was the added bonus. Will definitely keep this listing in mind, for future visits.

This property is a solid 5 except for lack of space to store clothes for a two-week stay; 4 cabinets and closet were packed with extra bedding, etc. Great laundry facilities, great location 1 block from beach, garage filled with toys for adults and kids, walking to restaurants. Enclosed patio and space (dirt only) for dogs. We recommend that owner add hooks for jackets, hooks for pots/pans to reduce need to get down to floor level to access pots/pans, hooks for cups to provide counter space, and a shelf for food items of guests. These minor changes would add greatly to comfort for long-term stays.

My son was getting married over Memorial Day weekend on the beach in pierpont. This was the perfect place to stay! We also had our dog with us and the yards were absolutely awesome! The kids enjoyed the game room and played cornhole in the back yard. It’s close to restaurants and the marina park. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had anything and everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ventura!

A Peaceful Gem in the Perfect SpotI had a truly lovely stay at this property. The location couldn’t have been better—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed without feeling busy or crowded. It struck that rare balance of being tucked away, but still convenient.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The bed was excellent, the linens soft, and everything worked exactly as it should. I didn’t cook much, but the kitchen had everything I needed for simple meals.Most of all, the owner was a dream to work with—kind, responsive, and clearly someone who takes pride in offering a welcoming experience. This was a great spot to stay as a family with teenagers. It was a quick walk to the beach and our kids loved surfing the big waves with the boogeyboard. Very clean property that was close to Ventura restaurants and attractions as well. As a bonus, the ferry to Channel Islands National Park is less than 10 minutes away.

This place was great! The location was fantastic, the house itself was clean, well cared for and updated, and well appointed with basics and bonus items. The bikes and beach gear made it extra easy and fun. The owners are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. The neighbors are also super friendly and enjoyable. We can't wait to stay again!

We decided to take our daughter to LA for her 18th birthday and her request was to return for another stay at this surfers cottage in Ventura! We stayed there last summer. The property is in a great location (walking distance) to the starbucks, eateries, shops, and the main strip in the Pierpoint area and close to the freeway if you have excursions in other areas (about an hours drive to the LA area.) Property is clean, hosts were available if you have to communicate during your stay and the Hosts book of recommendations of places to eat/visit in the area was very helpful.

This darling house was clean and decorated very beachy, farmhouse😀. It’s so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and there is everything you need in this well stocked house. We would definitely stay there again!!

Host was welcoming to us and our two pups! The place had basic essentials needed. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The community is dog friendly. the house is extremely comfortable; everything works properly, it is well located, it has everything they advertise it has, you can have fun in it or go for a walk anywhere in Ventura; the host is always paying attention to your messages and always willing to help you... Totally recommended.

This place was super cool. A great location, just a quick walk to the beach. Easy check-in with a keypad. The kitchen had what we needed. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big plus! The beds were super comfy. David was very responsive with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

One block from beach, walking distance to many things (downtown Ventura is only 2 miles away—we felt very safe walking around neighborhood and larger surrounding community). It’s absolutely a perfect spot and our medium size dog enjoyed the house and yard as well. Local neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We wish the weather had been better during our stay as emergency responders were around a couple of days for crazy high waves/tides that spilled over into homes/streets on the beach (and also a few days later for a garage fire a few houses down) but owner quickly alleviated our concerns and told us their home was far enough that we’d be safe. My family would definitely recommend staying here, and we’d love to come back.

This was a great spot to stay as a family with teenagers. It was a quick walk to the beach and our kids loved surfing the big waves with the boogeyboard. Very clean property that was close to Ventura restaurants and attractions as well. As a bonus, the ferry to Channel Islands National Park is less than 10 minutes away.

We decided to plan a coastal college tour for our teenager and decided to stay in Ventura. We have never stayed in this area before, so didn’t no what to expect. This cute cottage met all of our needs and the pier point area had delicious eateries within walking distance which was a huge plus! From the decorations, to the amenities (bikes, boogie boards, game room) to a brochure of suggestions for the area we truly enjoyed our stay! Also the beach entrance is at the end of street!!

This place was perfect for our stay. Not even a 10 minute walk to the beach. The backyard was more than enough room for what was needed. The game room and laundry room, was the added bonus. Will definitely keep this listing in mind, for future visits.

We decided to take our daughter to LA for her 18th birthday and her request was to return for another stay at this surfers cottage in Ventura! We stayed there last summer. The property is in a great location (walking distance) to the starbucks, eateries, shops, and the main strip in the Pierpoint area and close to the freeway if you have excursions in other areas (about an hours drive to the LA area.) Property is clean, hosts were available if you have to communicate during your stay and the Hosts book of recommendations of places to eat/visit in the area was very helpful.

This property is a solid 5 except for lack of space to store clothes for a two-week stay; 4 cabinets and closet were packed with extra bedding, etc. Great laundry facilities, great location 1 block from beach, garage filled with toys for adults and kids, walking to restaurants. Enclosed patio and space (dirt only) for dogs. We recommend that owner add hooks for jackets, hooks for pots/pans to reduce need to get down to floor level to access pots/pans, hooks for cups to provide counter space, and a shelf for food items of guests. These minor changes would add greatly to comfort for long-term stays.

This property was perfect for a short family getaway. Walkable to the beach and had everything you need for a day at the beach (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards...) and a lot on site to keep the little ones entertained. There's a grocery store very close by and it's a short drive to the Harbor where there's a good selection of restaurants and treats. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at this property. Super mellow, clean, quiet and provided us a safe and secure place to bring our bikes and my stand up paddle board. Our host, David, made sure we were taken care of with the check in process. He even took the time to provide us with a bag of fresh local coffee and a bottle of wine. We had a great time and will be booking another stay at this property very soon.

We loved walking down to the beach each morning and to local frozen yogurt shop. Groceries and Starbucks are within walking distance. Great neighborhood. Only thing we would’ve loved to have was a bbq to cook outside. But all in all a wonderful stay. 👍🏽👍🏽

This place was great! The location was fantastic, the house itself was clean, well cared for and updated, and well appointed with basics and bonus items. The bikes and beach gear made it extra easy and fun. The owners are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. The neighbors are also super friendly and enjoyable. We can't wait to stay again!

The house is very comfortable and hospitable. The yard is great and made it fun to eat outside. The game room was fun and of course the short walk to the beach makes it all the more inviting!

Great stay! The location near the beach can't be beat. The space is very thoughtfully designed with the main cottage, two outdoor dining options, and the game room/laundry room. We appreciated having beach towels/toys included! Our host was very prompt with communication.

Host was welcoming to us and our two pups! The place had basic essentials needed. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The community is dog friendly. Great places to eat near by. The beach is breathtaking. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you for our anniversary memories & wine!
