During our recent sister trip to Eureka Springs we found the cottage location, interior decor and deck to be on point and we enjoyed them all. There are something’s that dampened our enthusiasm though. The circle nature of the cottage floor-plan makes bedrooms and a bathroom into walkthroughs for bathrooms and the deck. The twin and trundle are uncomfortable. There are steps of various heights up and down throughout this path. The high kitchen counters didn’t made meal prep easy. The dining benches are as awkward as the photos suggest so we used pillows for comfort when the outdoor table and chairs were not an option. Be prepared for these things prior to staying here and you’ll enjoy your stay.

My 2 best friends from grade school and I took a girls trip to Eureka Springs. We were so fortunate to find this lovely cottage. It was decorated so nicely; we felt very cozy sharing old stories by the fireplace. And the cottage was conveniently located near the trolly, so we didn't have to drive. It was all one level, so we didn't have to worry about climbing stairs. I highly recommend this cottage.

We loved the house and everything was wonderful. Our host was kind and very responsive. The location is great. The only draw back was not having a washer and dryer unit. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, this home felt like a giant hug! The home is perfectly situated just a short walk from the Crescent (in fact you can see it from the front porch). Nestled on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of town, this cottage is the perfect hideaway! The host has the home stocked with literally everything you'll need. Full dishes and cookware, pots and pans, coffee bar with cups and creams/sugars/k cups, plenty of flatware, and even some basic apothecary items! You just need your toothbrush and clothing! The decor was done perfectly to capture the true spirit of our beloved and quirky Eureka Springs! A superb blend of cozy, quirky and historic!! We will definitely stay here again! The hosts were a DREAM to work with!

This is a great little home near downtown Eureka Springs. The home was very clean, in a great location and very well furnished. Plenty of room for the four of us and a great house for anyone with difficulty handling stairs. The home is all one level with no more than one small step to enter the home or move from the driveway to the home or onto the back deck. We only stayed two nights but certainly enjoyed the visit!

We enjoyed our stay in Osage Cottage immensely! We had great communication with the hosts, and enjoyed an early check-in after our four hour drive. "Eclectic" is a perfect word to describe the home. It is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. We were impressed with the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the property. There was ample space for our group of five. Although there was only one (huge walk-in) shower, this was not an issue for us. There were plenty of spaces for us to get dressed and put on make up. We were so busy visiting, no one took the time to use the large garden tub. A few of our favorite things: The incredible artwork and interior decorations, the turn table with classic vinyl albums (Fleetwood Mac was our first choice), the large and very beautiful farm table, the Ninja coffee maker (with plenty of coffee provided), and the comfy beds. We enjoyed the book about the history of Eureka Spring. We especially loved the location. We walked to Ermelio's for dinner, the Crescent Hotel for a nightcap, and on Saturday morning we had breakfast at Harold's before hopping on the trolley for the day. It's located between two trolley stops, which was ideal for us. The weather was beautiful and we saw at least 5 wedding parties at the Cresent. This trip has been an annual tradition for our group for a number of years. Although we rarely stay in the same place twice, we are hoping to return to the Osage Cottage next fall, if not before!

We had a wonderful stay at the Osage Cottage this weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The cottage was very cute and clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay including nice extras like a variety of coffees and add ins, a welcome basket with snacks, and a basket with all kinds of electronic cords, scissors, wrinkle releaser, etc. A sign and notebook on the kitchen counter provided us with all the information we needed about staying in the cottage. All the switches were labeled and there were tasteful signs throughout the home with helpful hints about staying in an older home. The owner was very responsive when we asked for a late check out, and every part of the rental process was easy. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a good place stay.

The property was spacious but cozy. I absolutely loved the eclectic decor! Perfect location with close proximity to all of the things! The house was spotless. I always worry when I travel if I’ll sleep well on the beds provided. Well, the beds were FABULOUS too! So comfy. Slept like a baby. Lewel, our host was amazing too! So kind and helpful. She even let us borrow a walker in case my mom needed one. The soaking tub…sooooooo nice! Everything was stocked so nicely. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. They even had yummy complimentary snacks, coffee pods, cream and sugar. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting next time!

We decided to take a quick winter break trip with our children (ages 15, 16, & 21) to Eureka Springs. We all love the town and my husband and I wanted a quiet but fun getaway with just us and our kids for an early Christmas before all the hustle and bustle that comes with very big extended families on both sides over Christmas. We had such an amazing time! The location was amazing - literally right across from the Crescent Hotel. We walked over to enjoy all the Christmas displays in and around the hotel. Driving to Downtown Eureka for shopping took less than five minutes. The owners were so helpful and responded to our texts quickly. The home was so comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Plus it had that special Eureka Springs charm that we love so much about the town! It truly felt like a home away from home which was what we were wanting. Even the little amenities provided for situations you might not have thought about when packing were spot on. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great stay! House was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. House was so cute and charming, great decor and the owners have some of the nicest touches! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a great little home near downtown Eureka Springs. The home was very clean, in a great location and very well furnished. Plenty of room for the four of us and a great house for anyone with difficulty handling stairs. The home is all one level with no more than one small step to enter the home or move from the driveway to the home or onto the back deck. We only stayed two nights but certainly enjoyed the visit!

Myself and another couple were in town for the Blues festival and stayed in this darling cottage. The location is wonderful, one block from the Crescent hotel and a few steps away from the trolley stop. The cottage is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well appointed. Check in was easy with great communication from the owner/leasing agent. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

The property was spacious but cozy. I absolutely loved the eclectic decor! Perfect location with close proximity to all of the things! The house was spotless. I always worry when I travel if I’ll sleep well on the beds provided. Well, the beds were FABULOUS too! So comfy. Slept like a baby. Lewel, our host was amazing too! So kind and helpful. She even let us borrow a walker in case my mom needed one. The soaking tub…sooooooo nice! Everything was stocked so nicely. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. They even had yummy complimentary snacks, coffee pods, cream and sugar. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting next time!

We loved the house and everything was wonderful. Our host was kind and very responsive. The location is great. The only draw back was not having a washer and dryer unit. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, this home felt like a giant hug! The home is perfectly situated just a short walk from the Crescent (in fact you can see it from the front porch). Nestled on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of town, this cottage is the perfect hideaway! The host has the home stocked with literally everything you'll need. Full dishes and cookware, pots and pans, coffee bar with cups and creams/sugars/k cups, plenty of flatware, and even some basic apothecary items! You just need your toothbrush and clothing! The decor was done perfectly to capture the true spirit of our beloved and quirky Eureka Springs! A superb blend of cozy, quirky and historic!! We will definitely stay here again! The hosts were a DREAM to work with!

We enjoyed our stay in Osage Cottage immensely! We had great communication with the hosts, and enjoyed an early check-in after our four hour drive. "Eclectic" is a perfect word to describe the home. It is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. We were impressed with the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the property. There was ample space for our group of five. Although there was only one (huge walk-in) shower, this was not an issue for us. There were plenty of spaces for us to get dressed and put on make up. We were so busy visiting, no one took the time to use the large garden tub. A few of our favorite things: The incredible artwork and interior decorations, the turn table with classic vinyl albums (Fleetwood Mac was our first choice), the large and very beautiful farm table, the Ninja coffee maker (with plenty of coffee provided), and the comfy beds. We enjoyed the book about the history of Eureka Spring. We especially loved the location. We walked to Ermelio's for dinner, the Crescent Hotel for a nightcap, and on Saturday morning we had breakfast at Harold's before hopping on the trolley for the day. It's located between two trolley stops, which was ideal for us. The weather was beautiful and we saw at least 5 wedding parties at the Cresent. This trip has been an annual tradition for our group for a number of years. Although we rarely stay in the same place twice, we are hoping to return to the Osage Cottage next fall, if not before!

We had a 50th Birthday celebration with all sisters and this was the quaintest perfect place centrally located in Eureka Springs. The hosts were great and really attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Osage Cottage this weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The cottage was very cute and clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay including nice extras like a variety of coffees and add ins, a welcome basket with snacks, and a basket with all kinds of electronic cords, scissors, wrinkle releaser, etc. A sign and notebook on the kitchen counter provided us with all the information we needed about staying in the cottage. All the switches were labeled and there were tasteful signs throughout the home with helpful hints about staying in an older home. The owner was very responsive when we asked for a late check out, and every part of the rental process was easy. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a good place stay.

Eclectic 'Osage Cottage' in Historic District is directly across the street from the Historic Cressent Hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas. The home is imaculate but very homey. Perfect for relaxing and was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and upscale appliances for cooking. the backyard surrounded by bamboo hid you from the neighbors and offered a cozy fire pit and plenty of places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. I would highly recomend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in Eureka Springs and enjoy the sites.

We decided to take a quick winter break trip with our children (ages 15, 16, & 21) to Eureka Springs. We all love the town and my husband and I wanted a quiet but fun getaway with just us and our kids for an early Christmas before all the hustle and bustle that comes with very big extended families on both sides over Christmas. We had such an amazing time! The location was amazing - literally right across from the Crescent Hotel. We walked over to enjoy all the Christmas displays in and around the hotel. Driving to Downtown Eureka for shopping took less than five minutes. The owners were so helpful and responded to our texts quickly. The home was so comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Plus it had that special Eureka Springs charm that we love so much about the town! It truly felt like a home away from home which was what we were wanting. Even the little amenities provided for situations you might not have thought about when packing were spot on. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location; close to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It was apparent the hosts care and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable; snacks provided, quality towels, blankets, bedding, and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!!

Eclectic 'Osage Cottage' in Historic District is directly across the street from the Historic Cressent Hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas. The home is imaculate but very homey. Perfect for relaxing and was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and upscale appliances for cooking. the backyard surrounded by bamboo hid you from the neighbors and offered a cozy fire pit and plenty of places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. I would highly recomend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in Eureka Springs and enjoy the sites.

We enjoyed our stay in Osage Cottage immensely! We had great communication with the hosts, and enjoyed an early check-in after our four hour drive. "Eclectic" is a perfect word to describe the home. It is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. We were impressed with the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the property. There was ample space for our group of five. Although there was only one (huge walk-in) shower, this was not an issue for us. There were plenty of spaces for us to get dressed and put on make up. We were so busy visiting, no one took the time to use the large garden tub. A few of our favorite things: The incredible artwork and interior decorations, the turn table with classic vinyl albums (Fleetwood Mac was our first choice), the large and very beautiful farm table, the Ninja coffee maker (with plenty of coffee provided), and the comfy beds. We enjoyed the book about the history of Eureka Spring. We especially loved the location. We walked to Ermelio's for dinner, the Crescent Hotel for a nightcap, and on Saturday morning we had breakfast at Harold's before hopping on the trolley for the day. It's located between two trolley stops, which was ideal for us. The weather was beautiful and we saw at least 5 wedding parties at the Cresent. This trip has been an annual tradition for our group for a number of years. Although we rarely stay in the same place twice, we are hoping to return to the Osage Cottage next fall, if not before!

We had a wonderful stay at the Osage Cottage this weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The cottage was very cute and clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay including nice extras like a variety of coffees and add ins, a welcome basket with snacks, and a basket with all kinds of electronic cords, scissors, wrinkle releaser, etc. A sign and notebook on the kitchen counter provided us with all the information we needed about staying in the cottage. All the switches were labeled and there were tasteful signs throughout the home with helpful hints about staying in an older home. The owner was very responsive when we asked for a late check out, and every part of the rental process was easy. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a good place stay.

Myself and another couple were in town for the Blues festival and stayed in this darling cottage. The location is wonderful, one block from the Crescent hotel and a few steps away from the trolley stop. The cottage is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well appointed. Check in was easy with great communication from the owner/leasing agent. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

The property was spacious but cozy. I absolutely loved the eclectic decor! Perfect location with close proximity to all of the things! The house was spotless. I always worry when I travel if I’ll sleep well on the beds provided. Well, the beds were FABULOUS too! So comfy. Slept like a baby. Lewel, our host was amazing too! So kind and helpful. She even let us borrow a walker in case my mom needed one. The soaking tub…sooooooo nice! Everything was stocked so nicely. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. They even had yummy complimentary snacks, coffee pods, cream and sugar. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting next time!

Osage Cottage was our favorite rental stay ever! The house is stunning and so comfortable. It felt like someone's home rather than someone's rental house. The fans in every room made our stay super comfortable regardless of the humidity. I asked for an early check-in and was given permission within minutes. My husband and I walked over to the Crescent so he could see it. There is only one house closer to the Crescent than this one and I don't think anyone lives there. So if you are looking for a place near the hotel, that's not in the hotel, this is it. We had a wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

This house is amazing! The large dining room was perfect for game night. We also enjoyed the patio and the fire pit. We spent more time out there than what I had expected. I would absolutely book this place again!

We were 4 adults and two kids (9 & 7). It was perfect for us. Kids slept on the daybed and trundle. Easy access to shopping and the haunted hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay at osage cottage.. it is a beautiful home with lots of quirky, attractive decor, very historical! Only one hiccup when I didn’t hear from anyone yet about entrance and it was an hour before check-in.. so I called the agency listed and got the key code . at the end of our stay I communicated with a host phone number and an agency number. I’m not used to having to deal with two different entities , but that was OK. it was a wonderful cottage and a great stay! only one suggestion, and that is to put a shower mat in the shower as it can be very slippery. It’s a very large great shower though. we hope to stay there again one day thank you the Yoes family
