What an amazing place, Martin and Diane met us as we arrived, showed us around the facilities and then gave us an illustrated guide of places to visit along with maps, postcodes and photos of areas of interest they recommended. They had already provided restaurant recommendations along with phone numbers and addresses. On to the rooms, both beautifully made up with a very modern style, bathroom the same with walk-in shower and double sinks. There is no kitchen, but instead fridge, multi microwave, and slow cooker in the main bedroom hidden inside the wardrobe with air fryer toaster and kettle on shelving alongside, a good compromise to not having a full kitchen. Table and chairs also for indoor dining. Washing up facilities shared with the double sink in the bathroom. Outside area included a garden sunbathing area, a real suntrap and around the corner a BBQ with everything required provided and outside seating. To end, driveway parking outside. Other than the hills, which you can't avoid in this part of the country it's a wonderful place to stay. Martin and Diane live upstairs so on hand whatever you require but to be honest you wouldn't know anyone else was there. They are amazing hosts and we can't wait to return.

Immaculate and home from home

We stayed here for a birthday weekend. The hosts were really attentive from the beginning and couldn't have been more helpful. The personal touches were really appreciated and we particularly liked the hand-made folder of suggestions of what to do locally with photos so we knew we were in the right places! We'd definitely book again. Thank you!

Very clean and tidy great location

Excellent property, Martin very welcoming and helpful, we had a lovely few days visiting Torquay and surrounding area. Thankyou
