The staff are amazing - so friendly and open, serviceminded and warm. We felt like home! The hotell is peacefully situated with an amazing view of the jungle, and just a short walk from other facilities and ubud center. Also recommend the spa and the Hibachi-dinner!! We will for sure come back!!

From the time you arrive you are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were always smiling and greeting you by name most of the time. I had the massage and it was wonderful. I highly recommend.

Kastara Resort was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, the management ran everything seamlessly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning views, a calm ambiance, and spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property, including our room which was maintained perfectly by housekeeping every day. The food was outstanding fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and accommodating to our preferences, making every meal a highlight of our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, well-organized, and genuinely guest-centered, making this one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. Kastara truly delivers top-tier hospitality, comfort, and tranquility, and we can’t wait to return highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali.
