Had a great stay! This cottage was great, everything a family would need away from home was thought of. There were even snacks, drinks and treats stocked in the kitchen - very nice touch, as we arrived late, and there are no stores close to the cottage. We would really like this location in the summer, with the river access, backyard, and pavilion for outdoor activities. Wish we could have met our hosts - as they live next door. We have 4 teens, who wanted to stay on the go. Really enjoyed Hot Springs, and our trips through the mountains. Beautiful.

The location of the house was beautiful! The creek that runs out back was loved by everyone in our group, adults and kids alike! The home was lovely, had everything we needed and more! It was only a 20 minute drive to Hot Springs, and about an hour to Petit Jean State Park. We had quite a bit of communication with the owner, Denise, and she was so helpful with everything! We will definitely be back in the summer, and probably fall as well!

This property is a hidden treasure! If you like a quiet peaceful creekside view, this is for you. The cottage is a comfortable place to kick back and relax. The concrete creekside boardwalk is a perfect place to chill out or jump in the water for a swim or fish right there on site! You won’t be disappointed!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was cozy yet spacious. Perfect for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the paddleboards and fishing. We planned activities in the surrounding area, but couldn't wait to come back to the cabin each day. The hosts were very welcoming and were fun to visit with. They had great recommendations and knew a lot about the area. We plan to stay again if we are back in the area.

If you want a nice place to relax you will not be disappointed. Looking for a vacation spot for a family with kiddos? Look no further! Take a walk down to water’s edge and sit by the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. I enjoyed sitting on the upper area and reading my book while listening to absolutely nothing- so quiet. The cottage has everything - nice big kitchen/living area with warm homey decor. The entry has a small parlor with games and lots of movies. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. We will definitely return.

This home was beautifully described, but it was even more awesome in person. The many amenities for the water were a refreshing treat, especially for the kids. The back patio was my favorite nesting spot watching the kids play in the water. I forsee this hidden gem being booked year round. Our host Denice and John are fabulous people and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

Stayed at the cottage for 5 nights. The family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The girls enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming in the water. The owners’ restaurant recommendations were all a hit. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

My family of five had the best time at the Cozy Cottage. The home itself was clean and welcoming and the property was beautiful - we had a great time playing corn hole and relaxing in the back yard. The hosts were gracious and you could tell they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great little vacation spot!

The pictures are absolutely on point. Everything was exactly like expected from the description and pictures. I took my mother, 76, and her sister, 78, for a "girls trip". We absolutely loved the little touches in this home. They walked around looking at all the antique touches and reminiscing about their childhood. The home was extremely comfortable and felt like home. The backyard and creek access were relaxing and a nice surprise for them. The owners contacted me after some weather went through the area to make sure we were safe. I thought this was very nice. My mom is already talking about going back.

When I say that this has been the BEST experience we have had in our 8 years of coming up to Hot Springs while our kids went to camp, I mean it!! This is the first place we actually stayed in that we will be returning to in future years. The house was cozy and relaxing and had everything we needed. Loved the extra touches that set this home apart from all others!

What an amazing place to relax and enjoy nature! It’s a perfect place to fish, float or just bask in the sunshine or roast wieners by the fire pit. The cottage is so comfortable and full of vintage treasures. There are so many things to do in nearby Hot Springs. Such a lovely experience and I can’t wait to go again!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was so spacious, comfortable, and decorated so cute. The backyard area was beautiful and we enjoyed being right on the water. Tucked away but still not too far from everything we wanted to do!

Once again, it felt like home away from home...we were welcomed like family and the sweet, personal touches make this vacation one we never want to leave. Our annual trips to the area are now ones we truly look forward to and can't wait to get back. Will 100% be back!

This was a great place to stay! Not to far from Hot Springs, and has a beautiful backyard looking out over the creek. I think in warm weather this would be the ideal location.

The location of the house was beautiful! The creek that runs out back was loved by everyone in our group, adults and kids alike! The home was lovely, had everything we needed and more! It was only a 20 minute drive to Hot Springs, and about an hour to Petit Jean State Park. We had quite a bit of communication with the owner, Denise, and she was so helpful with everything! We will definitely be back in the summer, and probably fall as well!

This property is a hidden treasure! If you like a quiet peaceful creekside view, this is for you. The cottage is a comfortable place to kick back and relax. The concrete creekside boardwalk is a perfect place to chill out or jump in the water for a swim or fish right there on site! You won’t be disappointed!

Our family just returned from a 3 night stay. The property was so welcoming it felt like a home away from home. We loved the creek out back and the peaceful mountain view across the water. The hosts/owners are very hospitable and have gone above and beyond to make their guests feel at home.

The property was amazing, with a wonderful homey feel. Hot Springs is just a 15-20 minute driving making it easy to get to all the tourist attractions while being close to the house and lake!

Staying at the cozy cottage is just like staying with family. We're close to Hot Springs and all the entertainment there. But still tucked back in the cove where you can enjoy nature.

What an amazing place to relax and enjoy nature! It’s a perfect place to fish, float or just bask in the sunshine or roast wieners by the fire pit. The cottage is so comfortable and full of vintage treasures. There are so many things to do in nearby Hot Springs. Such a lovely experience and I can’t wait to go again!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was so spacious, comfortable, and decorated so cute. The backyard area was beautiful and we enjoyed being right on the water. Tucked away but still not too far from everything we wanted to do!

Had a great stay! This cottage was great, everything a family would need away from home was thought of. There were even snacks, drinks and treats stocked in the kitchen - very nice touch, as we arrived late, and there are no stores close to the cottage. We would really like this location in the summer, with the river access, backyard, and pavilion for outdoor activities. Wish we could have met our hosts - as they live next door. We have 4 teens, who wanted to stay on the go. Really enjoyed Hot Springs, and our trips through the mountains. Beautiful.

If you want a nice place to relax you will not be disappointed. Looking for a vacation spot for a family with kiddos? Look no further! Take a walk down to water’s edge and sit by the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. I enjoyed sitting on the upper area and reading my book while listening to absolutely nothing- so quiet. The cottage has everything - nice big kitchen/living area with warm homey decor. The entry has a small parlor with games and lots of movies. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. We will definitely return.

Truly a wonderland! The hosts are super friendly, welcoming And very helpful . “Can’t wait to go back!!!!”

There were 6 adults for the stay and if you love cozy hospitality; this place is perfect! We were greeted with snacks and pastries and the place had everything we needed. It’s right on the creek and we enjoyed drinking our coffee and feeding the fish. We will be back with our kids! Thanks for a perfect stay!

Stayed at the cottage for 5 nights. The family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The girls enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming in the water. The owners’ restaurant recommendations were all a hit. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Didn't disappoint! We are repeat guests and wouldn't want to stay any other place...love everything about the house and property. The outside spaces are so enjoyable and we love the cozy space and the quiet neighborhood.

This was an excellent find! The house was cozy and inviting. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The outdoor area was well maintained and family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were clean and comfortable. We will be back.

What a cute cabin! Four of us stayed for a long weekend to mine for crystals and check out Hot Springs. We had everything we needed, it was cute and comfortable, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had, and it had nothing to do with our host, was in the tiny village of Mountain Home you have to pass through to get to the cabin. A local police officer pulled us over for speeding (we were barely going over the speed limit and we were the last car in a group of four cars all going the same speed). He asked if we were going to the rental cabins, making us feel like they specifically taget out-of-staters. Something to watch out for!
