Clean room, spacious, plenty of chairs, etc for the beach.

Rooms were clean & spacious common area. The view was great & proximity to the beach was ideal. We enjoyed the spa services and gym as well. Having ice to purchase on site was a plus! Would come back again for sure. All staff we encountered were very kind & friendly!

We love staying at Portofino! This is a great unit with lots of extras like coffee, extra garbage bags, second refrigerator, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.

This reservation got off to a rocky start. My family has been staying at Portifino for years and the property and staff have always been great. Communication with the property owner was very bad and his responses were curt and not helpful. My sister and her partner had a good time since we couldnt make it, but the room needed a very deep clean when she got there. Overall I would not book with this owner again. Also the beach was pretty dirty and it looked like someone had a party and didnt clean up. Add the smoking, and vaping on the beach, and this was a rocky stay for sure.

The front office was very friendly as was 99% of the other staff. The one issue we had was the guy working at the Starbucks which we visited daily. He was a bit rude, not friendly at all. Everyone else had a smile and always said my pleasure, opened doors, answered questions and more. wonderful we booked thru VRBO and it was easy.
