I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at a truly stunning and luxurious home, and it was an experience I'll cherish forever! From the moment we arrived, the home was impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing game room, which provided endless entertainment for everyone. Whether we were playing pool, foosball, or just hanging out, it was a fantastic space to bond with family and friends. Additionally, the outdoor amenities were nothing short of spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts, which added a competitive yet fun spirit to our birthday festivities. The pool and spa were the icing on the cake—after a day of activities, nothing felt better than relaxing in the warm bubbles of the spa or taking a refreshing dip in the pool.This home exceeded all our expectations! A beautiful, spacious property with a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the game room and pickle ball court. The owners, Eric and Neda were friendly, responsive and helpful. Our daughter was getting married at a nearby wedding venue, Los Willows, and it was the perfect location for our family to stay nearby with quick and easy access to the venue as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We all loved the house and the Fallbrook community. We highly recommend this property!

This house was everything we could have asked for on our wedding weekend. Everyone fully enjoyed the spa, pickle ball and basketball court, and game room for all three nights. The hosts were very communicative and made it easy to check in and out. Highly recommend for wedding couples to stay with their bridal party!

We stayed here for a wedding at Monserate Winery. We loved every minute. The house is even more spacious than the pictures portray. We loved the view, pool table, hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Eric was very easy to work with. If we have a need to return to Fallbrook, we will be back.

Our family of 11 recently stayed at the Grand Pacifico in Fallbrook and had a wonderful time. Our family ranged from 3 years old to the grandparents and the house offered enjoyment for all ages. We could swim in the beautiful pool and then play pool, pickleball, basketball and arcade games while enjoying the nicely landscaped grounds. The kitchen and barbecue offered all you need to have your meals onsite. We really never left the property. And Eric the host was always available and provided good service. Looking forward to the next time we can visit.

This helped to make our family wedding in Fallbrook just perfect. I can honestly say there is nothing that we were wishing they had. They fulfilled every need and then some. The views were spectacular. The pool and hot tub even more than expected. Just be sure to stay a day or two after the wedding, because you can then really appreciate this special place.

The Grand Pacifico listing pictures are great but do not do this property justice! It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home where every detail was thought through. We had everything we needed and more. They provided coffee, laundry detergent, some toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, plenty of towels and linens… etc…all of the items that you hate to waste spending the first day of your vacation gathering. Eric was an incredible host and our family enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to several great wineries. We also spent a lot of time relaxing at the home. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults loved relaxing in the outdoor spaces taking in the amazing views. Thank you Eric and Neda for sharing your home with us and creating such lasting memories.

We gathered 7 of our closest friends to celebrate my dearest friends 60 th b day. The property was even more magical in person than photos. It exceeded all of our expectations. Honesty we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi. Played pool pickle ball and Even played old school Pac-Man. The house was so spacious and peaceful. We all will tell more friends about this gem. Waiting for another special occasion so we can come back. A few friends both said they would like to rent go a week just to decompress by themselves . That s how peaceful it was. The hosts were so attentive and made our stay just perfect!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a great time. This home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and met all our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and feed a Thanksgiving feast for 15. The family room was very large and we were able to hang out together. We enjoyed morning and evening times out at the fire pit table, as well as the refreshing pool and jacuzzi. Both young and old enjoyed the game room, basketball hoops, and pickle ball. The large table was great for playing games too! The views from all over the property were absolutely magnificent. Such a fun, busy, yet relaxing time. The hosts were available if needed and we would definitely love to return.

I traveled to Fallbrook with a group of my closest friends to spend the weekend together, cook food, and watch the Super Bowl. This house was beyond ideal for everything we looked for. In terms of our goal to cook delicious food for a group, the double oven, barbecue, and great selection of kitchen appliances made this easy. The Super Bowl was fantastic since the tv room was an optimal viewing experience with surround sound included. When we weren’t watching the game or cooking, we were in the garage having a blast in the game room or relaxing in the heated spa. Perhaps the most valuable part of our stay was the communication experience with Eric, our host. Eric was not only phenomenally quick to respond, he was also friendly and authentic over text. I always felt like we were taken care of and there wasn’t a hiccup over the course of the trip as it related to the house and its amenities. The tremendous hosts literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable even down to providing slippers to wear since they asked us to take our shoes off inside. Would definitely return to the Grand Pacifico for a great time!

The property and location are beautiful. Eric was wonderful to work with. All questions were answered immediately. The beds are comfortable and bathroom toiletries were there in case you forgot something. The kitchen was supplied with all the cooking utensils we wanted for making family meals together and the entire house was fresh and clean. The pool and outside area is beautifully landscaped and definitely an awesome place to relax and cool off. The views from outside were amazing as well. This vacation was a "staycation" for family of 11 with ages ranging from 13-81. We also had one family member who uses a walker and motorized scooter and he was able to access all areas of the house, inside and out without any problems. We all loved the property and are looking at dates to return next year! :)

Our stay at Grand Pacifico was outstanding! This rental was immaculate when it comes to cleanliness and is equipped with almost everything for your kitchen needs. Our parents, nephew and siblings loved it. We had a great time with the game room, and relaxed in the hot tub and heated pool. The view was breathtaking, and at night the sound of the frogs and crickets was lovely. Eric and Neda were attentive and responsive hosts. They even have a binder with answers to some questions you may have, including nearby activities, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The pics of this property didn't do it justice! It was much more grand! The house very very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed and much more. The owners were very responsive the entire process and really did an excellent job of making sure our visit was top notch down to every detail. There is ample seating in many spaces in and outdoor (which I personally love). Lots of space for entertaining and to find a private quiet place to relax. It was peaceful and tranquil and just what we expected and needed to get away from the city. Kudos to the home owners...you know how to do it right !!! Definitely coming back.

I went with my family over spring break. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. We all enjoyed the spacious and immaculate home and it's updated refurbishing. My husband enjoyed a long nap in the hammock. The home has the most beautiful view and several warm welcoming seating areas. The hosts were quickly responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a great a multi-family getaway weekend at the Grand Pacifico! The property was quite clean, everything from the bedding, furniture, floors, kitchen, bathroom, garage to the pool. I did have to clean the provided espresso machine milk-frother. Though, it was nice that they had one in the first place. The community was very quiet and the views were amazing especially from the infinity-edge pool. It was a bit tight in the two bedrooms that were not the master for each family, but it was somewhat expected based on our group size. We did use two provided roll around beds, which was nice. The mattresses and couches were all quite comfy. The dining chairs just off the kitchen were definitely not comfortable, but not so uncomfortable not to be used. (maybe good for looks?) There was plenty to do at the property beyond swimming such as billiards, foosball, darts, retro video games, basketball, pickleball. There was plenty of living space to have separate activities for different groups. The kids could watch a movie in the garage while others could chat in the living room and so on. The hosts, Eric and Neda, were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Prior to arriving I had talked with Neda to get some more details on available items in the kitchen. After arriving in the evening, we noticed the lone light bulb in one bathroom was burnt out and Eric came out first thing in the morning to replace. Take away: they will take care of you.

The property is simply AMAZING!! The views are awesome, the furnishings are stylish, the home was very clean and extremely well maintained. The host, Eric, was highly responsive and accessible. There was plenty of everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Seriously, just book it!!
The property is simply AMAZING!! The views are awesome, the furnishings are stylish, the home was very clean and extremely well maintained. The host, Eric, was highly responsive and accessible. There was plenty of everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Seriously, just book it!!

I brought my family of 5 along with my mom and dad to Grand Pacifico. This place is amazing inside and out. Unbelievably spacious and commedating. The VIEWS alone are worth every penny. It is simply the perfect vacation home. The host Eric was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

The pictures don't do this home justice. We had the most amazing, relaxing, wonderful time.. We were there for a board retreat and this was the ideal place to both work and relaxing. The views are spectacular, the home is luxurious, lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend renting this property for a special event or just to get away with the family.

The property and location are beautiful. Eric was wonderful to work with. All questions were answered immediately. The beds are comfortable and bathroom toiletries were there in case you forgot something. The kitchen was supplied with all the cooking utensils we wanted for making family meals together and the entire house was fresh and clean. The pool and outside area is beautifully landscaped and definitely an awesome place to relax and cool off. The views from outside were amazing as well. This vacation was a "staycation" for family of 11 with ages ranging from 13-81. We also had one family member who uses a walker and motorized scooter and he was able to access all areas of the house, inside and out without any problems. We all loved the property and are looking at dates to return next year! :)

We stayed here for a wedding at Monserate Winery. We loved every minute. The house is even more spacious than the pictures portray. We loved the view, pool table, hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Eric was very easy to work with. If we have a need to return to Fallbrook, we will be back.

We gathered 7 of our closest friends to celebrate my dearest friends 60 th b day. The property was even more magical in person than photos. It exceeded all of our expectations. Honesty we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi. Played pool pickle ball and Even played old school Pac-Man. The house was so spacious and peaceful. We all will tell more friends about this gem. Waiting for another special occasion so we can come back. A few friends both said they would like to rent go a week just to decompress by themselves . That s how peaceful it was. The hosts were so attentive and made our stay just perfect!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a great time. This home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and met all our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and feed a Thanksgiving feast for 15. The family room was very large and we were able to hang out together. We enjoyed morning and evening times out at the fire pit table, as well as the refreshing pool and jacuzzi. Both young and old enjoyed the game room, basketball hoops, and pickle ball. The large table was great for playing games too! The views from all over the property were absolutely magnificent. Such a fun, busy, yet relaxing time. The hosts were available if needed and we would definitely love to return.

We booked a stay at Grand Pacifico to attend a wedding but found a new love of our own! This is a spectacular place. The house is spacious, beautifully appointed and designed for comfort. The house is also full of wonderful amenities including a game area in the garage, as well as plenty of space to spread out and relax if you want time to yourself. There is lots of outdoor space for lounging or for gathering for meals and conversation. The views are panoramic and the natural beauty is stunning. The grounds are beautifully kept. When you are there you feel like your out in the countryside, but the house has great access to town and surrounding wineries too. Eric and Neda were gracious and attentive hosts. They were eager to please and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend Grand Pacifico highly! We look forward to coming back ourselves in the future.

The house, the views, the amenities, everything lived up to our expectations! It was an open floor plan that utilized the property well. We chose this place, based on a prior recommendation, and the fact that it was ADA accessible. My cousin was able to access a large majority of the property with ease and on his own, that made a huge difference. The owners, Eric & Neda were very responsive through the booking process and during our stay. We paid to have the pool heated for two days, but there was a malfunction so they refunded us for one of the days. Our other pool day was beautiful, the water was perfect and the views were so serene. The surrounding landscape had a variety of flowers, there were hummingbirds visiting all the time, bunnies, lots of birds, and few little lizards who kept to themselves. My only wish is that we could have stayed for a few more days. You get your monies worth from this property. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again!

Beautiful property!! Hosts were always available to answer any questions. We all had such a great time that we can’t wait to book the same house again next year. The appliances did need to be updated but hosts did acknowledge and actually had a new fridge put in the day we left. All nine of us LOVED our stay!!

From the start, Eric was very communicative and proactive about our upcoming rental. From little touches like kids highchair, touch-less phone chargers beside the beds and extra blankets, this was a great stay from beginning to end. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to host our family and friends. The pool and spa were pre-warmed as promise and made the kids happy and tired. Would highly recommend.

This property was beautiful! We loved all the hummingbirds and the view was amazing! Grand Pacifico was the perfect place for our sisters vaca!Eric was the perfect host. We had an issue with the outdoor fire table and Eric came right over and helped us (it ended up being user error). Eric was very helpful and great communication.

We had a great a multi-family getaway weekend at the Grand Pacifico! The property was quite clean, everything from the bedding, furniture, floors, kitchen, bathroom, garage to the pool. I did have to clean the provided espresso machine milk-frother. Though, it was nice that they had one in the first place. The community was very quiet and the views were amazing especially from the infinity-edge pool. It was a bit tight in the two bedrooms that were not the master for each family, but it was somewhat expected based on our group size. We did use two provided roll around beds, which was nice. The mattresses and couches were all quite comfy. The dining chairs just off the kitchen were definitely not comfortable, but not so uncomfortable not to be used. (maybe good for looks?) There was plenty to do at the property beyond swimming such as billiards, foosball, darts, retro video games, basketball, pickleball. There was plenty of living space to have separate activities for different groups. The kids could watch a movie in the garage while others could chat in the living room and so on. The hosts, Eric and Neda, were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Prior to arriving I had talked with Neda to get some more details on available items in the kitchen. After arriving in the evening, we noticed the lone light bulb in one bathroom was burnt out and Eric came out first thing in the morning to replace. Take away: they will take care of you.

I traveled to Fallbrook with a group of my closest friends to spend the weekend together, cook food, and watch the Super Bowl. This house was beyond ideal for everything we looked for. In terms of our goal to cook delicious food for a group, the double oven, barbecue, and great selection of kitchen appliances made this easy. The Super Bowl was fantastic since the tv room was an optimal viewing experience with surround sound included. When we weren’t watching the game or cooking, we were in the garage having a blast in the game room or relaxing in the heated spa. Perhaps the most valuable part of our stay was the communication experience with Eric, our host. Eric was not only phenomenally quick to respond, he was also friendly and authentic over text. I always felt like we were taken care of and there wasn’t a hiccup over the course of the trip as it related to the house and its amenities. The tremendous hosts literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable even down to providing slippers to wear since they asked us to take our shoes off inside. Would definitely return to the Grand Pacifico for a great time!

The Grand Pacifico listing pictures are great but do not do this property justice! It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home where every detail was thought through. We had everything we needed and more. They provided coffee, laundry detergent, some toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, plenty of towels and linens… etc…all of the items that you hate to waste spending the first day of your vacation gathering. Eric was an incredible host and our family enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to several great wineries. We also spent a lot of time relaxing at the home. The kids loved the pool and game room. Perfection. Beautiful view, property and pool. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Several inviting conversation areas and places to relax. Situated on an old avocado tree grove; the landscape is flush with blooming roses, bird of paradise, alstroemerias, citrus and palms. We enjoyed walking the hilltop neighborhood streets. Also, much fun was had on the pickleball court and in the game room. Highly recommended.

First off I want thank Eric and his wife for being so helpful and amazing every step of the way. They allowed me to throw my sister her bridal shower there with such short notice. Not only did my family and I loved the house but the our guest were so in love with the house. If you think the pictures on the website are beautiful just wait and see it all in person. The house sits on top of the highest hill giving you all the beautiful views. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and you can see the starts clearly at night and you can hear the frogs at night which was my favorite. I loved the huge glass windows because when the sun sets the whole house glows a beautiful light orange with astonishing views of the vineyards on the other hills across. In the morning you can watch the sunrise and the best part of it all they have around 3-4 humming bird feeders so u get to watch them come by and there’s so many they are just too cute. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the infinity pool and spa which I regret so much because it just adds to that vacation feeling but only because everyone was so busy working on the bridal shower there was no time but next time I will definitely take the advantage to enjoy that gorgeous pool. The entire house was stocked with all the essentials and more. Bedrooms were so beautiful, cleaned and sanitized. The entire house smelled so amazing. The living rooms and kitchen are so spacious and open which I love. Plenty of room for a big family. Eric was such an incredible host, responded quickly to all of my messages, and he was so kind in letting me move around some furniture to make sure I got the set up that I envisioned for my event. Eric I just want to thank you again. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my family. The house was truly gorgeous and more.
First off I want thank Eric and his wife for being so helpful and amazing every step of the way. They allowed me to throw my sister her bridal shower there with such short notice. Not only did my family and I loved the house but the our guest were so in love with the house. If you think the pictures on the website are beautiful just wait and see it all in person. We booked a stay at Grand Pacifico to attend a wedding but found a new love of our own! This is a spectacular place. The house is spacious, beautifully appointed and designed for comfort. The house is also full of wonderful amenities including a game area in the garage, as well as plenty of space to spread out and relax if you want time to yourself. There is lots of outdoor space for lounging or for gathering for meals and conversation. The views are panoramic and the natural beauty is stunning. The grounds are beautifully kept. When you are there you feel like your out in the countryside, but the house has great access to town and surrounding wineries too. Eric and Neda were gracious and attentive hosts. They were eager to please and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend Grand Pacifico highly! We look forward to coming back ourselves in the future.

The place was gorgeous! It was even better then the pictures. It was well supplied and had everything that we needed. Very spacious, and clean. The pool and spa were great! We made use of them after a long day of walking at the Zoo, Legoland and SeaWorld. The hosts were great and very nice and answered any questions we had. We would definitely come back again!

The property and location are beautiful. Eric was wonderful to work with. All questions were answered immediately. The beds are comfortable and bathroom toiletries were there in case you forgot something. The kitchen was supplied with all the cooking utensils we wanted for making family meals together and the entire house was fresh and clean. The pool and outside area is beautifully landscaped and definitely an awesome place to relax and cool off. The views from outside were amazing as well. This vacation was a "staycation" for family of 11 with ages ranging from 13-81. We also had one family member who uses a walker and motorized scooter and he was able to access all areas of the house, inside and out without any problems. We all loved the property and are looking at dates to return next year! :)

Our family of 11 recently stayed at the Grand Pacifico in Fallbrook and had a wonderful time. Our family ranged from 3 years old to the grandparents and the house offered enjoyment for all ages. We could swim in the beautiful pool and then play pool, pickleball, basketball and arcade games while enjoying the nicely landscaped grounds. The kitchen and barbecue offered all you need to have your meals onsite. We really never left the property. And Eric the host was always available and provided good service. Looking forward to the next time we can visit.

The Grand Pacifico listing pictures are great but do not do this property justice! It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home where every detail was thought through. We had everything we needed and more. They provided coffee, laundry detergent, some toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, plenty of towels and linens… etc…all of the items that you hate to waste spending the first day of your vacation gathering. Eric was an incredible host and our family enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to several great wineries. We also spent a lot of time relaxing at the home. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults loved relaxing in the outdoor spaces taking in the amazing views. Thank you Eric and Neda for sharing your home with us and creating such lasting memories.

This VRBO exceeded all of our expectations! The hosts have thought of everything you might need. We were 8 adults, 4 kids ages 1 to 8, and 3 babies under 9 months. (We used the library as a 4th bedroom.) All our adult 30-something kids & spouses said it exceeded their expectations. The games and pool & foosball tables in the garage, plus the pickleball court and equipment, plus the gorgeous pool made it so very enjoyable. We just used the extra mattresses provided to spread a few kids out in the large master bedroom area, and brought a couple other pack n plays, and we were set. It was wonderful! The setting felt like we were in the hills of Tuscany.

The pics of this property didn't do it justice! It was much more grand! The house very very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed and much more. The owners were very responsive the entire process and really did an excellent job of making sure our visit was top notch down to every detail. There is ample seating in many spaces in and outdoor (which I personally love). Lots of space for entertaining and to find a private quiet place to relax. It was peaceful and tranquil and just what we expected and needed to get away from the city. Kudos to the home owners...you know how to do it right !!! Definitely coming back.

From the start, Eric was very communicative and proactive about our upcoming rental. From little touches like kids highchair, touch-less phone chargers beside the beds and extra blankets, this was a great stay from beginning to end. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to host our family and friends. The pool and spa were pre-warmed as promise and made the kids happy and tired. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time. This home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and met all our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and feed a Thanksgiving feast for 15. The family room was very large and we were able to hang out together. We enjoyed morning and evening times out at the fire pit table, as well as the refreshing pool and jacuzzi. Both young and old enjoyed the game room, basketball hoops, and pickle ball. The large table was great for playing games too! The views from all over the property were absolutely magnificent. Such a fun, busy, yet relaxing time. The hosts were available if needed and we would definitely love to return.

We had a great a multi-family getaway weekend at the Grand Pacifico! The property was quite clean, everything from the bedding, furniture, floors, kitchen, bathroom, garage to the pool. I did have to clean the provided espresso machine milk-frother. Though, it was nice that they had one in the first place. The community was very quiet and the views were amazing especially from the infinity-edge pool. It was a bit tight in the two bedrooms that were not the master for each family, but it was somewhat expected based on our group size. We did use two provided roll around beds, which was nice. The mattresses and couches were all quite comfy. The dining chairs just off the kitchen were definitely not comfortable, but not so uncomfortable not to be used. (maybe good for looks?) There was plenty to do at the property beyond swimming such as billiards, foosball, darts, retro video games, basketball, pickleball. There was plenty of living space to have separate activities for different groups. The kids could watch a movie in the garage while others could chat in the living room and so on. The hosts, Eric and Neda, were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Prior to arriving I had talked with Neda to get some more details on available items in the kitchen. After arriving in the evening, we noticed the lone light bulb in one bathroom was burnt out and Eric came out first thing in the morning to replace. Take away: they will take care of you.

I traveled to Fallbrook with a group of my closest friends to spend the weekend together, cook food, and watch the Super Bowl. This house was beyond ideal for everything we looked for. In terms of our goal to cook delicious food for a group, the double oven, barbecue, and great selection of kitchen appliances made this easy. The Super Bowl was fantastic since the tv room was an optimal viewing experience with surround sound included. When we weren’t watching the game or cooking, we were in the garage having a blast in the game room or relaxing in the heated spa. Perhaps the most valuable part of our stay was the communication experience with Eric, our host. Eric was not only phenomenally quick to respond, he was also friendly and authentic over text. I always felt like we were taken care of and there wasn’t a hiccup over the course of the trip as it related to the house and its amenities. The tremendous hosts literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable even down to providing slippers to wear since they asked us to take our shoes off inside. Would definitely return to the Grand Pacifico for a great time!

We stayed here for the weekend of my wedding at Monserate winery and it was the perfect location! Such a dream stay. The house is gorgeous and the view is even better. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed and more and the host was so responsive and helpful. Honestly one of the best home rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Run, don’t walk!!!

This property was pure magic. After a long Minnesota winter, we came to California seeking sunshine, rest, and a place where our two active sons (21 and 19) could play while my husband and I truly unwound. This home exceeded every hope we carried with us.The house was immaculate, and the setting felt like stepping into a dream. The infinity pool overlooked the breathtaking valley, and every sunset was a show of its own — glowing oranges, pinks, and reds reflecting off the pool’s evening lights and shimmering across the twinkling valley below. The flowers glistened in the soft night lighting, and hummingbirds greeted us through the massive windows or while we relaxed on the full‑length patio surrounded by roses and vibrant blooms.Inside, the view was framed through glass that embraced its beauty. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for the meals we love to cook together, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were deeply restful — exactly what we needed.
