Our family went to Sun River after my grandson’s graduation from Villanova University. We all enjoy cooking and found the open kitchen plan ideal for sharing cooking and conversation. (The only thing we saw that your kitchen could use is a pair of short tongs.)We hiked,biked, rafted,hot tub’ed, attended concert and had a wonderful week.Your home is so comfortable and warm. We had a perfect celebration week. Thank you.

This house was a perfect for our family of 9 - our adult children and our 3 grandsons and for us the grandparents. Well-stocked home with everything we could need and everything was beautifully maintained. Nice separation between the bedrooms, and great bunk room for the kids. A huge bonus was the air conditioning which was hugely helpful during the days with temps in the 90s. Only problem was the ice maker did not work, but apparently water is not hooked up to refrigerators in many of the homes because of leaking water lines. We had no ice trays to make our own ice, but the maintenance man brought us a bag of ice which was greatly appreciated!

Stayed here for a work conference. My wife and daughter, daughter’s friend and my wife’s friend and her son and his friend. Plus a dog. Plenty of room. Great hot tub. Beds were comfy. Loved the heated floors especially getting up early. Fireplace was great for drying ski gear at the end of the day. Definitely a lot longer than 3 minutes to walk to SHARC. Took me 5 by car. However l, location is convenient. Kitchen to use better tools but overall pretty good. WiFi was super fast (fastest ever in Sunriver). We would come back.

This property is great. It is a lovely home and very spacious for 10 people. It was nice to have the large fireplace and hot tub. Unfortunately, the property management company failed to communicate with us about the gas being shut off and the stove top not working. It was very difficult to cook for 10 people on hot plates that barely warmed up. If they had communicated with us, we could have planned accordingly. Also, the house's temperature was 52 degrees when we checked in and we needed to use the fireplace and the furnace to get it warmed up on a freezing day. There was not enough wood for our stay. Given that they fireplace is such a focal point of the home, we expected to be well stocked with wood. Luckily we had some nice neighbors that shared with us. Again, very nice home. We would have appreciated communication up front.

So many positives. Location to hikes, parks, swimming, rentals, store, etc... This house came with swim passes, bicycles, bbq, a fireplace with precut wood, a hot tub, and a well-stocked kitchen. It was clean and had ample space for the 6 adults and 3 kids we traveled with. My only concern was the front room television was precariously dangling on the edge of the stand, so if a kid were to bump it, then it would fall. Otherwise, we had an amazing time and we would book this trip next year at the same price!

This was a lovely, well appointed condo/cabin in Sun River. Location really can't be beat, tons of bikes for all sizes (I love the yellow Cruiser- thx!). Hope to return next summer with a couple of friends, quite a bit of space and all around a great stay.

Great place, great location, very bright on the inside. Comfortable beds, lots of room, hot tub, and SHARC passes. Just a couple of housekeeping notes. We had no availability of basic household cleaning items like Windex or other cleaning products to help with wiping down counters or cleaning stove top. We were also short on toilet paper for a week stay with 4 guests and no trash can liners. We called and got can liners and TP so that was good. The gas fireplace wall switch wasn't working correctly. We did figure out how to manually turn on and off the fireplace. The hot tub was great, but floating chemical bromine dispenser didn't have enough tablets and no extras could be found. After a few days the water became very cloudy. All in all we had a great time. Lots of bikes were available and got lots of exercise. We will definitely return again.

We were very pleased with everything in the house. The appliances, linens, and decoration were all very nice and high quality. The one part I didn't expect to love so much was the wood burning fireplace. It was easy to collect wood from the side of the house and start the fire. The bedrooms did get very warm so we learned to watch the thermostat in the early evening but there was a sign warning us about that. We've been coming to Sunriver for several years and this may be my favorite home!

We had a fabulous stay, love the big table, and use of the grill. The house is perfect for 3 adult couples. We used the bikes, location was great, showers are gorgeous. We would have loved better organization in the kitchen and more/better kitchen/bathroom amenities, the ceiling fans to be dusted, and the duvets to be cleaned properly (ours had dried blood on it)

The house was comfortable and fit our family perfectly. It was a bummer to feel like we needed to vacuum (and did) when we got there. There was also some issues with the kick plate under the dishwasher continuing the fall off and a loose tile under the sink that kept getting kicked. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Lots of kitchen equipment, although more storage space for food would have been nice. Decor is dated but adequately furnished. The listing says 3 minute walk to SHARC, but it’s definitely further away. We appreciated the bikes and especially the bike trailer which was perfect for the kids, and also appreciated the large supply of beach towels.

Our August 2025 stay was great. We left looking forward to staying at 2 Landrise again. It was in a great location for the family to bike to the Shark or the village. The house slept our family of 6 perfectly.

We were very happy with our stay. The house had enough room for our family of 8. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was just fine. The location was perfect. About a 3 minute bike ride to the SHARC and about a 6-7 minute ride to the Village. Enough bikes for our entire group which was a plus, and 8 SHARC passes too. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This house was a perfect for our family of 9 - our adult children and our 3 grandsons and for us the grandparents. Well-stocked home with everything we could need and everything was beautifully maintained. Nice separation between the bedrooms, and great bunk room for the kids. A huge bonus was the air conditioning which was hugely helpful during the days with temps in the 90s. Only problem was the ice maker did not work, but apparently water is not hooked up to refrigerators in many of the homes because of leaking water lines. We had no ice trays to make our own ice, but the maintenance man brought us a bag of ice which was greatly appreciated!

This property is great. It is a lovely home and very spacious for 10 people. It was nice to have the large fireplace and hot tub. Unfortunately, the property management company failed to communicate with us about the gas being shut off and the stove top not working. It was very difficult to cook for 10 people on hot plates that barely warmed up. If they had communicated with us, we could have planned accordingly. Also, the house's temperature was 52 degrees when we checked in and we needed to use the fireplace and the furnace to get it warmed up on a freezing day. There was not enough wood for our stay. Given that they fireplace is such a focal point of the home, we expected to be well stocked with wood. Luckily we had some nice neighbors that shared with us. Again, very nice home. We would have appreciated communication up front.

Great place, great location, very bright on the inside. Comfortable beds, lots of room, hot tub, and SHARC passes. Just a couple of housekeeping notes. We had no availability of basic household cleaning items like Windex or other cleaning products to help with wiping down counters or cleaning stove top. We were also short on toilet paper for a week stay with 4 guests and no trash can liners. We called and got can liners and TP so that was good. The gas fireplace wall switch wasn't working correctly. We did figure out how to manually turn on and off the fireplace. The hot tub was great, but floating chemical bromine dispenser didn't have enough tablets and no extras could be found. After a few days the water became very cloudy. All in all we had a great time. Lots of bikes were available and got lots of exercise. We will definitely return again.

Stayed here for a work conference. My wife and daughter, daughter’s friend and my wife’s friend and her son and his friend. Plus a dog. Plenty of room. Great hot tub. Beds were comfy. Loved the heated floors especially getting up early. Fireplace was great for drying ski gear at the end of the day. Definitely a lot longer than 3 minutes to walk to SHARC. Took me 5 by car. However l, location is convenient. Kitchen to use better tools but overall pretty good. WiFi was super fast (fastest ever in Sunriver). We would come back.

The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Lots of kitchen equipment, although more storage space for food would have been nice. Decor is dated but adequately furnished. The listing says 3 minute walk to SHARC, but it’s definitely further away. We appreciated the bikes and especially the bike trailer which was perfect for the kids, and also appreciated the large supply of beach towels.

The house was comfortable and fit our family perfectly. It was a bummer to feel like we needed to vacuum (and did) when we got there. There was also some issues with the kick plate under the dishwasher continuing the fall off and a loose tile under the sink that kept getting kicked. The bedrooms were comfortable. The furniture felt well taken care of and clean. The location was perfect for our family.

This was a lovely, well appointed condo/cabin in Sun River. Location really can't be beat, tons of bikes for all sizes (I love the yellow Cruiser- thx!). Hope to return next summer with a couple of friends, quite a bit of space and all around a great stay.

Our August 2025 stay was great. We left looking forward to staying at 2 Landrise again. It was in a great location for the family to bike to the Shark or the village. The house slept our family of 6 perfectly.

We were very happy with our stay. The house had enough room for our family of 8. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was just fine. The location was perfect. About a 3 minute bike ride to the SHARC and about a 6-7 minute ride to the Village. Enough bikes for our entire group which was a plus, and 8 SHARC passes too. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. We used the hot tub often, rode bikes to the parks, Village and Sharc. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and house. We loved the bikes in the garage too.

Overall great space with plenty of room for our family. Extra amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and pool towels are great! Bedding and towels felt clean. Property could use a deep clean, but felt surface level clean. Hot tub required maintenance during our visit but Property management worked with us for a convenient time. SHARC passes included were added bonus. Property is close enough to bike ride (with provided bikes) to village and SHARC.
