Great, well furnished house, equipped with bikes, ping pong tables, and Sharq passes! We loved it. Only concern--unfortunate that no early check-ins are allowed under any circumstances according to the listing. That would be the only thing that might keep us from returning. Policy seems harsh or inflexible, or not very accommodating. Suggest a brief explanation on the listing to explain why this is the case, and a modification of the assertive language to something more customer-friendly. This concern is not worthy of a reduced rating on the home, in my opinion. It was excellent in every other way!

We were so comfortable and had so much fun. We had two dogs and there was an enclosed deck with a dog run. Made it so easy for the dogs. Lots of trails and passes to SHARC. I had stupid questions and the host was on it instantly. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Plenty of amenities and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need even ziploc bags and foil. The only thing I would ask is replacing the tea kettle. This one was definitely coming to end of its life. An electric kettle would be a great addition. We would stay again we especially liked the quiet location and a safe place for the kids to play outside

Very nice cabin in a great neighborhood. It’s exactly what you see in the pictures. Maybe a little outdated decor but who cares. Kitchen was super well stocked with anything you need to cook with. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Most things were great but the TV was impossible. We needed a visit from Theo to set it up for us. You need step-by-step guide laminated like your other instructions. And there are no rails, hand holds or even a non-skid mat in the massive tiled shower in the master. Very scary.

This was an awesome, yet cozy, home away from home. The well-stocked kitchen blew us away; to the extent that tinfoil, leftover containers and baggies were provided! Unheard of in other places we've held our retreats. Cannot think of another thing we could've asked for ~ except for directions on how to operate the Smart TV; it had us all baffled and we have Smart TVs!

Needs updating.. worn furniture , pee stains and shower door in the main bath was not functional.Sharc was great. Natural backyard in am was nice but the furniture outside was outdated and uncomfortable.

13 Ollalie is clean and comfortable every time we stay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The area is quiet and a short distance from Fort Rock Park. This is a dog friendly house. It has an enclosed area off the back deck that is great to use at night. The bathrooms are clean. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy this house. The deck is perfect for dining outside. Some restaurants deliver here.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked. We loved having the fenced porch and enclosed dog run for our dog. The train is close and went by a couple times per day but didn’t bother us as otherwise Sunriver is Just. So. Quiet. Only downside is it is quite a far walk to the river but we knew that going in.

We arrived and were so pleased with the open feel of this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The primary suite was super nice as were the two additional bedrooms. I would highly recommend this for groups up to six.

We are retired. One level is ideal. Just the two of us and our 7 lbs Yorkie dog. It was a great home for all we needed. The dog kennel built was a great place to let our dog do her business and easy for cleaning up. However, two lamps did not work. Switches need replaced is my guess. Kitchen and dinning we would rate an 8 for cleanliness. Dinning table few dried spills, pot holder had dried foot stuck on it. Over all it was an enjoyable place to stay. A bit close to the train tracks. Beautiful area for a mountain home.

We loved this house! The best part was that the house was spotless! That is very important to me and it’s so nice when it is so clean. The primary bedroom and bath are very big and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dishes, flatware cups, glasses, cookware, etc. Very nice seating for watching a movie in the evening too. We saw lots of wildlife too. Everyday we saw deer wandering around the house, interesting birds, quail and huge squirrels! Ha!

We loved this house! The best part was that the house was spotless! That is very important to me and it’s so nice when it is so clean. The primary bedroom and bath are very big and comfortable. Very comfortable property with a great layout. Good quality furniture and comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. There was some noise from trains going by in the night, but it wasn’t bad with the windows shut. Overall a good value for the area. I would book this property again.

We were happy with our stay here. The house had lots of room, the kitchen was great for cooking our meals. I only gave it 4 stars with cleanliness because we could some half eaten Oreo cookies on the floor (we didn’t have Oreos ourselves in the house). We would stay here again though!

Had a terrifically relaxing autumn week at this property in Sunriver. Close to amenities in Sunriver and Bend. House was very clean and well kept, and perfect for pets with a nice little dog run - our two dogs really enjoyed as well.

The house was tucked back away from the hustle and bustle and very quiet. The house was open and very well laid out. It was easy to find. The only thing we can say is that we were not sure if one of the heating elements was going out as we both had to hurry when taking a shower so the other one would have hot water. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The house is very clean, very well stocked has cable TV comfortable beds. There’s some things that need to be fixed. for example. Water heater only last seven minutes Master bedroom bed makes a lot of noise due to a broken boxspring Master shower, handheld water dispenser is broken

This is a dog friendly house. It has an enclosed area off the back deck that is great to use at night. The bathrooms are clean. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy this house. The deck is perfect for dining outside. Some restaurants deliver here.

13 Ollalie is clean and comfortable every time we stay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The area is quiet and a short distance from Fort Rock Park. Had a terrifically relaxing autumn week at this property in Sunriver. Close to amenities in Sunriver and Bend. House was very clean and well kept, and perfect for pets with a nice little dog run - our two dogs really enjoyed as well.

After enjoying our stay here last year we returned this year. We like the quiet location but still close to walking trails. The kids enjoyed the recent snow fall! House is well stocked with all you need. Liked the addition of the electric kettle this year.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked. We loved having the fenced porch and enclosed dog run for our dog. The train is close and went by a couple times per day but didn’t bother us as otherwise Sunriver is Just. So. Quiet. Only downside is it is quite a far walk to the river but we knew that going in.

The house doesn't have A/C. During the HOT days and nights, the inside of the house is uncomfortable. There are many fans throughout the house, but they don't solve the heat and are loud. For a house owned by a corporation, this seems like a small oversight to the comfort of the visitors. Since the house already has a furnace with venting throughout the house, adding a heat pump is a small cost.Also, the house is equipped with an "in-wall" dog door located in the master bathroom next to the soaking tub. It leads to an enclosed "dog run" area where there's a bench to sit while your pet does it's duty.The water heater is a bit small for a whole families usage, especially after coming back from the SHARC, where everyone will want to shower off. The hot water runs out fast. This house seems like it would benefit from a tankless water heater for the master bathroom since the shower and tub are a huge feature.

Solid home with a big garage and roomy living space for a small family. Beds were comfy and well appointed. Furniture was great. Enjoyed the secluded location at the farthest northern part of the Sunriver resort. Near a train track but it provided us no bothersome noise. Great home with slightly dated decor that fit our needs perfectly.

This was the perfect house for us, from the roomy and open floor plan to the amazingly comfortable beds to the fenced in back yard area with a dog potty area. Will definitely be renting this house again, and I have never said that before and we have rented a lot of houses in Sunriver!
