Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies were so useful and helpful for our talks and book readings. Thank you so much. We look forward to revisiting Seabreeze Suenos soon.

The open concept in the kitchen/living room area was our favorite part of this beach house. Unfortunately, we did not notice the screened-in back porch until it was almost time to leave. It is a GREAT area to play cards and fellowship with friends and family.

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably at Seabreeze Sueños. The weather was unseasonably cool, so it was nice to have heat and air conditioning. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent was even provided, which was great to not have to buy while on vacation. House was along a busy road, but had a nice fenced-in area for kids and to keep beach things. It was a short walk (3-4 blocks) to beach, 2 blocks to convenient store, and a long walk or short drive to the Jetty Park, where you could access the beach, go fishing, or weather permitting use the splash pad. There was even a view of the ocean from the kitchen window. Hosts were responsive and friendly. The house had porches on both the front and back. Due to the cool weather, we were not able to fully utilize them. Front one had seating and would be nice for some sunning. The back one was screened in and covered. We were able to catch a few sunsets from it. Sleeping arrangements were good and having 2 baths was essential with a large family. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes were provided along with the bedding. There were even beach towels rolled up at the door. The only thing we didn’t have was dish clothes and towels in the kitchen.

Perfectly appointed Surfside beach cottage - we loved this sweet gem! Welcoming and felt like home every time we stepped through the front door! This charming cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and two full baths to accommodate us and our guests. Sitting on the front or back deck in the mornings drinking coffee was pure bliss. We adored this place and will definitely stay again in the future.

My husky and I loved our stay! The house was very clean and excellent communication from the hosts before and during my stay. I really appreciated the fence for the inevitable midnight potty needs. It’s a great location within easy walking distance of most things and a great covered patio when you want to be outside but a break from the sun. A fantastic stay!

4 days, 3 nights, and the proximity to the beach was excellent. Two teens mainly enjoyed having their own rooms. We really enjoyed that the house was well stocked with everything we needed to be self-contained during our stay.Neighbor houses were quiet and we enjoyed the swing in the evening hours. We would definitely rent from this host again.

Very comfortable stay. Great layout of the house, few minutes from the beach and quiet neighborhood. Great patio! There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well.

The house was just as described. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Beach access was easy. A few blocks to the light and then take a right to the beach. Also just head to the left from the driveway and eventually will end at a splashpad for the kiddos at Jetty Park! There is also a playground!

This property was exactly as described. Had to work from here during the day and WiFi was extremely fast. Check in and out was easy. The place was clean and the host was extremely responsive anytime we had a question!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Overall it was not too bad. There were a few things that could have been better. There needs to be more attention to this beach home, such as cleanliness and providing of basic items. Everything is very low end from rugs to mugs. The front porch was full of bird poop especially the rails and has been there for a while. The bathroom "Owners Closet" was wide open and had dirty sheets and towels piled to the brim within it. Warning on the water.. it smells like rust very bad. The keypad is very finicky so be sure to take your time typing in your code. Also, we had to pay a cleaning fee, however, the owners messaged us telling us that we had to take the trash bins out to the curb since it was trash day and told us to also bring them back up to the house once it was picked up. This should not be the responsibility of the guests as they are there to relax and leave their chores at home. Again, overall it was ok but we would definitely look elsewhere next time we visit Surfside.

My Family of four (2 small kids) stayed at the house this past weekend. It was very clean and the check-in process was a breeze. The house came with equipped with everything we needed and the owners answered all questions very quick. My only complaint was that when the tide is high this is not walking distance to the beach as you have to go down way further and to lug all your gear it is way easier to drive - if the tide was lower I assume you could walk directly on from the road near the house. In addition, the house is on a pretty busy road if you have small kids going to bed early. Thanks again for being the best hosts and we would definitely book this house again!

This property was exactly as described. Had to work from here during the day and WiFi was extremely fast. Check in and out was easy. The place was clean and the host was extremely responsive anytime we had a question!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Overall it was not too bad. There were a few things that could have been better. There needs to be more attention to this beach home, such as cleanliness and providing of basic items. Everything is very low end from rugs to mugs. The front porch was full of bird poop especially the rails and has been there for a while. The bathroom "Owners Closet" was wide open and had dirty sheets and towels piled to the brim within it. Warning on the water.. it smells like rust very bad. The keypad is very finicky so be sure to take your time typing in your code. Also, we had to pay a cleaning fee, however, the owners messaged us telling us that we had to take the trash bins out to the curb since it was trash day and told us to also bring them back up to the house once it was picked up. This should not be the responsibility of the guests as they are there to relax and leave their chores at home. Again, overall it was ok but we would definitely look elsewhere next time we visit Surfside.

Everything was great. It was really easy to find also quiet. The smart lock system made it easy to leave keys behind when walking to the beach.

My Family of four (2 small kids) stayed at the house this past weekend. It was very clean and the check-in process was a breeze. The house came with equipped with everything we needed and the owners answered all questions very quick. My only complaint was that when the tide is high this is not walking distance to the beach as you have to go down way further and to lug all your gear it is way easier to drive - if the tide was lower I assume you could walk directly on from the road near the house. Our family of 7 stayed comfortably at Seabreeze Sueños. The weather was unseasonably cool, so it was nice to have heat and air conditioning. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent was even provided, which was great to not have to buy while on vacation. House was along a busy road, but had a nice fenced-in area for kids and to keep beach things. It was a short walk (3-4 blocks) to beach, 2 blocks to convenient store, and a long walk or short drive to the Jetty Park, where you could access the beach, go fishing, or weather permitting use the splash pad. There was even a view of the ocean from the kitchen window. Hosts were responsive and friendly. The house had porches on both the front and back. Due to the cool weather, we were not able to fully utilize them. Front one had seating and would be nice for some sunning. The back one was screened in and covered. We were able to catch a few sunsets from it. Sleeping arrangements were good and having 2 baths was essential with a large family. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes were provided along with the bedding. There were even beach towels rolled up at the door. The only thing we didn’t have was dish clothes and towels in the kitchen.

The house was just as described. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Beach access was easy. A few blocks to the light and then take a right to the beach. Also just head to the left from the driveway and eventually will end at a splashpad for the kiddos at Jetty Park! There is also a playground!

Very comfortable stay. Great layout of the house, few minutes from the beach and quiet neighborhood. Great patio! There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well.

Perfectly appointed Surfside beach cottage - we loved this sweet gem! Welcoming and felt like home every time we stepped through the front door! This charming cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and two full baths to accommodate us and our guests. Sitting on the front or back deck in the mornings drinking coffee was pure bliss. We adored this place and will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach. House is well taken care of, specious and clean. Loved all the beach themed decorations:) Kitchen was very important for us, and it didn't disappoint- fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve nice homemade meals. 4 days, 3 nights, and the proximity to the beach was excellent. Two teens mainly enjoyed having their own rooms. We really enjoyed that the house was well stocked with everything we needed to be self-contained during our stay.Neighbor houses were quiet and we enjoyed the swing in the evening hours. We would definitely rent from this host again.

When we first looked at it we were amazed it looked very amazing entering the door was very easy and simple my first impression of the house was very amazing because just of the big screen and the butch en was so need and nice also the rooms were neet over all everything was just amazing 10/10 would go back again!!!

We had such a lovely stay!! The home came equipped with everything we needed! It is possible to walk through the neighborhood to the beach, however, we easily rented a golf cart right next door to make our trip with smaller children more efficient. The hosts were very quick to respond in a kind and helpful manner. Thank you for having us!!!!

Be prepared for mosquitoes. I know it’s common but just bring spray. The shower was slippery for elderly parents. Need a mat for tub. Outside seating needs updated to keep comfortable with mosquitoes.

Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies were so useful and helpful for our talks and book readings. Thank you so much. We look forward to revisiting Seabreeze Suenos soon.
