Loved this property and décor. Very clean. Great location. Nice area. Kitchen offered everything we needed and more. Livingroom was relaxing with a view of the breathtaking mountains. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Nice 2 car garage. We (son, grandma and myself) stayed for a baseball tournament and highly recommend this property. I will definitely book here again.

This location is extremely clean. It is a perfect quiet neighborhood. It has great privacy for each person/couple. Three levels makes it very nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. Linens are very fresh. We didn’t have any babies, but I noticed a crib and a highchair, which is great for families. Overall fantastic!!

Our family of six adults spent a weekend at this home. We had plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The weather was snowy when we were there, so having a garage was wonderful. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a bonus. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, State street, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience renting a property through an online service like VRBO. Our family of four (mom, dad, two adult children) spent the week for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Location was convenient. It was clean when we arrived. Appreciated pulling into a garage given the weather. We felt the online description/photos were very reflective of the property. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Our large family consisting of little ones grandparents and a great grandparent. The house was perfection we came up for my 12 year old grandsons baseball tournament- this house was everything we needed! The space is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much room for meals together AND THEY HAD EVERY DISH OR UTENSIL WE COULD POSSIBLY NEED! We ate home cooked dinners every night! The tv area had seating for everyone PLUS tons of floor space for the little ones to play. The split level gave everyone the opportunity to have personal space. The decor is downright adorable and they thought of everything! Extra linens in every room and several pillows per bed! I will actively seek out this property owner and any other rentals they may have- you feel the heart they put into their property and it makes a difference!! Thank you!!

It’s hard to find a pet friendly place, where we have an entire house, and this was perfect! The yard is fenced so we can let the dogs out. There are a lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind. Close to many restaurants. It was strange we were asked to take the garbage down to the curb, yet charged an extra fee to check in an hour early, but this place is run by a rental company. They expect u to download an app for access info. I text them and asked they text me the lock code because I hate installing more apps, and they were fine w/texting it. $22/hr to check in early. Overall I’d recommend. There’s even a dog park walking distance!

My family and I stayed at this place for four days. It’s a beautiful home very spacious had everything we needed and more brought our dogs and they love the backyard. We’ll stay here again. The host was very friendly and responsive to everything that we asked for couldn’t have asked for a better host

The property was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was very easy with the app. Owners responded with any concerns very quickly. There was a light that was flickering and a hinge on a cabinet that was broken which I reported and the response was super fast. They had maintenance over the same day to repair it...amazing!!! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. Location of the property only a couple of minutes from I-15. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dogs to roam, play and do their business :) Such a relaxing stay....definitely would recommend and stay here again!!!!

Fantastic location as it's only a few minutes from I-15, but in a quiet child and pet friendly neighborhood. The open layout is good for entertaining. It was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on a house hunting trip as we are moving to the area and this house was a great hub for all of the different areas. The bedrooms were great, clean and comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were helpful for the abnormally hot October. The main level was incredible, large kitchen island had us gathered around it almost all the time. Thanks for the great stay!

From the initial communication thru check out, the entire process was great. The house is in an awesome location and a great place to stay for me and my family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable too. There is a lot of space inside and a yard as well. The description of the house and amenities were accurate! We will certainly stay here again...we have family that we visit in Utah and this was a wonderful experience. Thank you for a great stay!

Came up from Texas for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for a base of operations. Easy to get to I-15 and to just about anywhere in Happy Valley. Kitchen had everything needed and plenty of room to spread out. What a treat!

We had three adults sharing the house. We each got our own room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and simple. It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. It is a great place to share with others or great for a big family.

This was an awesome rental in the heart of American Fork! It was very cozy for our family of 4 (and probably could have slept another family of 3-4 space wise). Anyway, check in/out was easy and the location is close to everything you’d need in the Happy Valley (amenities, restaurants, proximity to I-15 etc). Would definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Utah county/Provo/Alpine etc…

It’s hard to find a pet friendly place, where we have an entire house, and this was perfect! The yard is fenced so we can let the dogs out. There are a lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind. Close to many restaurants. It was strange we were asked to take the garbage down to the curb, yet charged an extra fee to check in an hour early, but this place is run by a rental company. My family and I stayed at this place for four days. It’s a beautiful home very spacious had everything we needed and more brought our dogs and they love the backyard. We’ll stay here again. The host was very friendly and responsive to everything that we asked for couldn’t have asked for a better host

The property was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was very easy with the app. Owners responded with any concerns very quickly. There was a light that was flickering and a hinge on a cabinet that was broken which I reported and the response was super fast. They had maintenance over the same day to repair it...amazing!!! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. Location of the property only a couple of minutes from I-15. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dogs to roam, play and do their business :) Such a relaxing stay....definitely would recommend and stay here again!!!!

Really nice owners/ managers that worked with us on a special need. Great house that is well kept. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the freeway. Great open floor plan for the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Really clean. We’d absolutely stay here again and the place definitely gets best ratings from us on everything. Really glad we picked the house. The only downside is that the master bathroom did not have any window coverings or privacy - when in the shower you could look at the mirror and see straight out a window over the toilet into several neighbors windows. We put a sheet up over that window so we didn’t flash when showering or getting ready by the toilet. And if you’re tall your face will also pole out the windows above the shower. But really, great house.

Came up from Texas for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for a base of operations. Easy to get to I-15 and to just about anywhere in Happy Valley. Kitchen had everything needed and plenty of room to spread out. What a treat!

We loved our stay is this clean and fun house. Lots of room to spread out but great space also for family dinner, games and movie night. Location is fantastic close to freeway, restaurants and shopping.

Our family of six adults spent a weekend at this home. We had plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The weather was snowy when we were there, so having a garage was wonderful. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a bonus. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, State street, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience renting a property through an online service like VRBO. Our family of four (mom, dad, two adult children) spent the week for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Location was convenient. It was clean when we arrived. Appreciated pulling into a garage given the weather. We felt the online description/photos were very reflective of the property. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We were on a house hunting trip as we are moving to the area and this house was a great hub for all of the different areas. The bedrooms were great, clean and comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were helpful for the abnormally hot October. The main level was incredible, large kitchen island had us gathered around it almost all the time. Thanks for the great stay!

Loved this property and décor. Very clean. Great location. Nice area. Kitchen offered everything we needed and more. Livingroom was relaxing with a view of the breathtaking mountains. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Nice 2 car garage. We (son, grandma and myself) stayed for a baseball tournament and highly recommend this property. I will definitely book here again.

This location is extremely clean. It is a perfect quiet neighborhood. It has great privacy for each person/couple. Three levels makes it very nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. Linens are very fresh. We didn’t have any babies, but I noticed a crib and a highchair, which is great for families. Overall fantastic!!

Even though we only stayed a few nights it was worth it! The energy of the home was upbeat and bright! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed except for a coffee maker (Keurig only, no coffee pods). We had to go to the grocery store late upon our arrival to get some coffee pods. Other than this our stay was wonderful! There was an awesome dog park within 5 min walking distance for my pup! We would stay here again!

Our large family consisting of little ones grandparents and a great grandparent. The house was perfection we came up for my 12 year old grandsons baseball tournament- this house was everything we needed! The space is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much room for meals together AND THEY HAD EVERY DISH OR UTENSIL WE COULD POSSIBLY NEED! We ate home cooked dinners every night! The tv area had seating for everyone PLUS tons of floor space for the little ones to play. The split level gave everyone the opportunity to have personal space. The decor is downright adorable and they thought of everything! Extra linens in every room and several pillows per bed! I will actively seek out this property owner and any other rentals they may have- you feel the heart they put into their property and it makes a difference!! Thank you!!
