This condo has been beautifully decorated. The kitchen contained all the amenities needed to cook meals. The pool area is very clean and beautiful. While you are not able to access the beach from the facility, the public beach is just a short distance from the condo. The facility includes a small area with chairs and sand or other beach chairs near the pool. The views are amazing from the pool area. This condo has a nice deck, however, the view from the deck is of trees with the road nearby.

We had a wonderful time in Key West thanks in large part to Last Key Realty. The location was nice, pool awesome and we lucked out on the weather. Staff went overboard in making sure our stay was pleasant. Thank you Nancy!

We had a great stay, the rental is in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, the Master bathroom is great, and we loved staying there. The property manager communication was clear and excellent, it's in a nice location and convenient to all the popular spots. Great view out by the pool, just all round enjoyed our stay.

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo in a secure complex and safe neighborhood. Victor from Last Key Realty did a great job coordinating our stay. Condo has plenty of room for two couples or family, and includes quality beach chairs, cooler and towels. This unit is on the first floor (one above street level) and faces South Roosevelt Blvd, so no ocean view and you will hear street traffic on the balcony. The complex has a salt water pool and hot tub with a great southern view of ocean. There is a tropical garden sitting area for chillin in the shade. Great location if you want a quiet setting away from all the excitement and crowds of historic downtown. Rental includes covered parking. It's a nice 2 - 3 mile walk along the beach and through neighborhoods to downtown/seaport areas. Most of the restaurants are downtown, however, nearby Salute! is excellent. We used Uber for downtown excurisons as parking is limited and relatively expensive.

This stay was absolutely everything we could’ve hoped for. The pool area and private beach area was perfect if you don’t like crowds at the beach. We had the best time and it was our first time staying in key west. We will stay at this property again in the future if we ever decide to travel back to key west. We loved this condo the grounds and the whole atmosphere of the condo.

Beach not accessible in advertised area from road construction. Water dirty foul smell from sargassum seaweed all along the area including the marina. Pool area really nice. Property manager super receptive. First time to the Keys and we don’t need to go back but overall great family time.

The rental is as listed. We had a wonderful experience, condo was clean and had beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and had amazing cookware to use. So many times places don’t have the basics to cook with but definitely not here. We had an issue with the master bedroom tv, and they came out right away to fix it. Highly recommend for your Key West stay!

The cleanliness of this condo was immaculate. The linens were nice, nice washer and dryer to use, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Publix delivers to the Condo so we were able to get groceries super fast. It’s not in waking distance to Duval St but Duval is so load at all hours of the night so we were happy to not be close to it. All Ubers were always no more than two minutes away and they are average price. Victor the property manager was amazing and would periodically check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good at the condo. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Conch in the Treetops! The condo was the perfect size for my mom, sister, and 6yo niece. The location was perfect to get downtown to explore and eat, while being just far enough away to not be in the thick of things 24/7. The pool overlooking the ocean was a high point, especially for my niece! We would love to stay here again next time we're back in Key West!

Don’t let the unsuspecting outside or the long dull hallway turn you away. Inside the unit is perfect. Tons of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen. All the supplies you need for a week. Property was as pictured in the photos. Well stocked kitchen (and key lime pie in the fridge!) Far enough away from the craziness but easy to get to the action. Nice outside areas, parking garage. Only drawback, balcony is next to a busy road so you hear traffic noise when outside. But the treetops hide the view of traffic. I would rent again!

Plenty of room. Wanted to bring the master shower home with us. Quiet. Utilized the laundry. Gorgeous. Clean. Wasn’t expecting there to be coffee or a Key Lime Pie, but enjoyed the extras. The property manager got us in a little early, which we appreciated. Was expecting there to be a usable beach to walk up & down/connected to the property, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely an older crowd at this local. We rented bikes/utilized Uber/Lyft to get around. Plenty to do. Weather couldn’t have been better. Didn’t utilize the balcony, since it over looked the street. Bed was comfortable.

Host was an outstanding communicator. Check-in process was fully remote and seamless! Thank you, Victor Redd! (Also the Key Lime pie was a hit!). The property itself was great and has its own little private oasis with the pool and private beach. Our place didn’t have the ocean view, but we didn’t need to pay all the extra money per night for that because we spent our time at 1800 Atlantic either at the pool, at Smithers Beach right next door, or Sleeping! The rest of the time we spent enjoying the sights and scenery of Key West! Great family vacation for us!

The cleanliness of this condo was immaculate. The linens were nice, nice washer and dryer to use, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Publix delivers to the Condo so we were able to get groceries super fast. It’s not in waking distance to Duval St but Duval is so load at all hours of the night so we were happy to not be close to it. All Ubers were always no more than two minutes away and they are average price. Victor the property manager was amazing and would periodically check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good at the condo. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Conch in the Treetops! The condo was the perfect size for my mom, sister, and 6yo niece. The location was perfect to get downtown to explore and eat, while being just far enough away to not be in the thick of things 24/7. The pool overlooking the ocean was a high point, especially for my niece! We would love to stay here again next time we're back in Key West!

Beautiful place. Wonderfully stocked with everything you need. Super comfortable and amazing shower. Secure parking a definite plus. The GARDEN is awesome. Everything was lovely. All the amenities needed. Uber was a blessing and so accessible, because parking downtown, forget about it.

We had a great stay, the rental is in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, the Master bathroom is great, and we loved staying there. The property manager communication was clear and excellent, it's in a nice location and convenient to all the popular spots. Great view out by the pool, just all round enjoyed our stay.

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo in a secure complex and safe neighborhood. Victor from Last Key Realty did a great job coordinating our stay. Condo has plenty of room for two couples or family, and includes quality beach chairs, cooler and towels. This unit is on the first floor (one above street level) and faces South Roosevelt Blvd, so no ocean view and you will hear street traffic on the balcony. The complex has a salt water pool and hot tub with a great southern view of ocean. There is a tropical garden sitting area for chillin in the shade. Great location if you want a quiet setting away from all the excitement and crowds of historic downtown. Rental includes covered parking. It's a nice 2 - 3 mile walk along the beach and through neighborhoods to downtown/seaport areas. Most of the restaurants are downtown, however, nearby Salute! is excellent. A beautiful place to stay! So clean and spacious! Felt like home! We really enjoyed the pool, the reading room, and fitness room. We also loved being so close to Smathers Beach! We had a wonderful vacation!

The condo was perfect for what we wanted, right by the beach, pool and hot tub were great. It was an uber ride to all the activities we wanted to do but we knew that before we booked.

The condo and amenities were wonderful! It was conveniently located near the airport, but not so near that it was noisy as it’s also not a busy airport. It was a short drive (8 minutes) to the downtown where all of the action was. This was perfect as we wanted more of a relaxing vacation not one full of partying. The only constructive criticism I have was that some of the furniture was slightly tired, but not unusable or unclean or anything. Just could eventually use some upgrades! Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed the condo and outdoor amenities during our first trip to Key West. The condo was exceptionally clean, and the master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen with dishwasher pods and dishwashing soap provided. The only thing missing was extra trash bags. The pool was so nice and refreshing after exploring Key West. One thing we didn't discover until the last day was the nature trail next door that led to a rocky beach where you could easily walk out and enjoy the water. I was so grateful for the concierge service. Patrick did an amazing job of booking our private boat tour, which I highly recommend. He also helped us book a separate dolphin cruise and assisted with a golf cart rental. Instead of spending hours researching various options, it was great to get his insight into the best activities during our stay.

Great location. We loved the spacious condo for two couples. The owners did a great job of updating the unit. The location of the balcony on the main road was a bit noisy. The building is dated and could use some refreshing. Pool was nice and quiet. If we return we would come back to this place.

Absolutely beautiful place! Looks just as good in person as it does in the photos. Loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again. The entire process was buttery smooth and great communication with everyone that helped us out. Thanks for sharing your beautiful resort with our family!

The check in process and concierge service was amazing. it was very easy to get in contact with them. The condo had a great floor plan and was easy to get to but we did have some issues with sinks not draining properly in the bathroom and the one shower wasnt working properly. there also was alot of loud construction going on and it was to loud to enjoy the pool a few days while we were there. when we could enjoy the pool it was very nice and well maintained. also had alot of nice chairs, umbrellas and tables around the pool. the equipment in the gym was pretty old and some of the equipment no longer worked. It was a short walk to smathers beach and short bike ride/uber ride to other activities.
