Summerplace Vero Beach Home

We enjoyed this home very much. The neighborhood is set amongst lush trees and plants, close to the "jungle trail" which is great for walking along the intercoastal waters. It was spacious with all the amenities needed inside and those surrounding us in beach and in the city of Vero Beach. Everything went smoothly and Mary was easy to work with.

I didn't want to stay in some new subdivision and I wanted to stay near the ocean. This place was perfect. It's on a dirt road (don't worry, a really good dirt road). It feels like Florida, with native plants. The beach is an easy walk across the street. You're near grocery stores and such. The hosts couldn't be kinder.

The property was as-depicted and in nice condition. Other than a hair dryer, we found all the supplies and equipment we needed. It was a really nice, quiet get-away with my adult kids.

The summerplace neighborhood has a laid back bohemian vibe, and this property effortlessly embodies that spirit. Clean, well apointed, comfortable. Quite the opposite of a rental property filled with garage sale junk, it feels like a place thoughtfully and caringly furnished and decorated. Much more like you are staying at a cool friend's beach house than your average soulless beach rental property. The location is terrific; just a short walk to private beach access. It feels private and remote while still being a short drive to town. Mary was incredibly prompt with her communication. Highly recommended, and we hope to stay here again!

Perfect location on wabasso beach. Close to everything you want in a beach getaway. Yard and neighborhood is very tropical feeling. Clean place and plenty of towels provided.
