Our stay was wonderful! The house was cozy & had everything we needed. The views were so beautiful. We really loved the screened porch, patio area with a fire pit & grill, and the chairs along the river. It was a lovely family getaway & we plan on going back.

This house and the outside seating are amazing. We spent our entire stay outside. The screened in porch was very nice, the stone patio with the fire pit, and seating by the river all had amazing views. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to stay and cook a few meals. We've stayed on the white river for 50+ years, this is our new favorite place. We'll be back soon!

Your accommodations were perfect and the location overlooking the river could not have been any better. The covered parking area was an extra bonus that is not often available and other accommodations we have used. We are looking forward to the next trip back up to the white river and will definitely look forward to staying at your facility.

Perfect location for our fly fishing trip. The home is very comfortable and has everything we needed. Love the Welcome Center with items we may have forgotten. The outdoor patio is well equipped for a relaxing evening watching and listening to wildlife by the river. Hope to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House has everything needed. Room for boat parking in the covered driveway is a big plus. Convenient to Wild Cat Boat Launch and Gassville. Outdoor area is great. Will stay here again.

Brought in-laws to visit friends in Mt Home and a chance to fish for trout. Did not disappoint, so much to love about the location and house. The view was stunning and the deck with a fire pit was top notch. Host was attentive and helpful, thanks Charlie for a wonderful week.

We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. Very comfortable for 2 but would have been okay with 3 and pushing a couple twins together. Had a nice screened in porch, outdoor relaxation area with a view, and chairs down in a grassy area by the water with an even better view. The inside was pretty nice but, other than sleeping and the kitchen, we didn't use it much. Beds were fine and the two bathrooms were nice but we were impressed by the extras in the kitchen. Most rentals have the bare minimum and terrible pots/pans but this was well stocked. Lots of spices, oil, plastic bags, laundry detergent, and all those little things that are annoying to buy while on vacation for one use. We cooked almost all our meals at the house and had no issues. They provided gas and charcoal grills too.We rented a boat in Cotter but also floated from the house in kayaks down to the Cotter boat launch which took just over 2 hours. When the water level was low, we used waders and waded out from the back yard and caught a limit of trout. My wife even caught a nice brown and a bruiser rainbow just wading in a little ways in water shoes!

Great house with all the amenities. Great areas to sit outside by the fire pit with supplied wood for a nightly fire in the cool weather. Great screened in back porch to sip coffee and view the river and discuss our fishing plans for the day.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and beautifully decorated. So many places to sit outside to enjoy River, sunrises, eagles and so many birds! Caught trout right in back. Had fires in fire pit. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!! We will be back next year for another birthday trip for my husband! Thank you !!!!

A few of us wanted to get away for a long weekend fishing trip on the White River and this house was perfect! The house was clean and cozy and has everything you need. We made bonfires and enjoyed the beautiful views. We also loved our fishing experience just a quick walk down the road at the Rainbow Drive Resort! We would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

This house was the most fully "equipped" house we've ever stayed in, everything you thought about was available. Only rental we've stayed in that had two comfy reclining chairs. Screened in back porch was awesome and the views of the lake were so relaxing and peaceful. Host was very attentive but not intrusive. Neighborhood was great, no wild parties. Wished we had booked it for a longer stay; will definitely try it again in the future.

A group of four guys stayed here for two nights while fly fishing on the White River. The location is perfect, giving you quick access to the river. The house has everything you need. We love staying at Tailwater when we plan a fly fishing trip. The home is well equipped with special touches as snacks and water. It was rather chilly this weekend and the home was warm and comfortable to come into after a cold day on the water. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and especially anyone wanting easy access to fish the White River.

Had a great week enjoying the screened in porch in the morning, while drinking our coffee. Loved watching the boats on the river throughout the day. We were very pleased with how well the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked! My husband worked on his laptop some and the WiFi was more than sufficient for what he needed! Drove over to Mountain Home and went to the college for an event. Communication with the owner was top-notch!! It’s a beautiful place to unwind and relax!

What a wonderful way to spend the 4th of July with family! Tailwater is a lovely, quiet and peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed being right on the river to watch the fog in the morning and at night. To listen to the river, explore in the river and wade around when the water was low in the mornings. We enjoyed watching the eagles too. There is so much to do! Charles is an amazing host and is very quick to respond. We will certainly stay again at Tailwater when we come back to Citter.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! From the moment we booked until we checked out, it was phenomenal. Charlie communicated with us about everything, entered all my questions, and made sure we knew about anything and everything we could ask. The house itself was perfect. Had every single thing we needed and stuff we didn’t realize we needed. One of us may have forgotten a toothbrush. It was comfortable, clean, and we felt right at home. All the extra touches made us feel like we were very important to them; the snacks, the extra supplies and just the overall vibe. If you get the opportunity to go to the White River, I need a great place to stay, this is a great place to do that.

This property is exactly as described with perfect areas spaced inside and out, for seating. The owners have thought of everything and this is the most well equipped vrbo I've stayed in. Wonderfully relaxing. My family will be repeat visitors.

Family and friends fishing trip to the White and Norfork River. It was cold during our stay here and the generators were running so the fishing wasn't as great as times before but the homeowners have thought of everything you could need for a relaxing time whether the fish or biting or not. The owners are super work with and make the whole process so easy. We'll definitely be back!!!

It was cold during our stay here and the generators were running so the fishing wasn't as great as times before but the homeowners have thought of everything you could need for a relaxing time whether the fish or biting or not. The owners are super work with and make the whole process so easy. We'll definitely be back!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was cozy & had everything we needed. The views were so beautiful. We really loved the screened porch, patio area with a fire pit & grill, and the chairs along the river. It was a lovely family getaway & we plan on going back.

A group of four guys stayed here for two nights while fly fishing on the White River. The location is perfect, giving you quick access to the river. The house has everything you need. The outdoor space is wonderful and the screened in porch is an excellent spot to sit and watch the river go by. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House has everything needed. Room for boat parking in the covered driveway is a big plus. Convenient to Wild Cat Boat Launch and Gassville. Outdoor area is great. Will stay here again.

My family visited for spring break and had a wonderful time. The home was equipped with everything we needed (and we cooked a meal each evening) and I loved the many porches and Adirondack chairs by the river. We would definitely come back.

We were there for a couple nights to fish, hike and explore the area for the first time. We were happy to be right on the river. We sat on the chairs overlooking the river. The fishermen with us spent ample time wade fishing up and down from the cabin. Trout were caught. We were 6 minutes from Cranor’s lodge where we got a guide for the day. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner on the grill and use the stove and oven. We had 4 of us - and there was room to comfortably sleep 2 more. We enjoyed our morning while it rained in the screened in porch. Water was released from the dam while we were there and we got to watch the water rise and recess again. We played games that the host left. We were able to do laundry before leaving. Bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed. The space was clean and the host was friendly and very responsive!We hope to be back!

beautiful home and views, great accommodations, was stocked with everything never seen a place so well stocked. easy river access. def will be back year after year to Tailwater. Great host as well The Knights. Glad they share their home with all of us. Memories are priceless.

Me and my buddies have been coming to the White river for many years to trout fish and have stayed in multiple locations with differing accommodations and this is by far the best that we have stayed in yet. You will be hard pressed to find a location that is as well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely be using them again on our trip next year as long as we're all able to travel again.

Home was completely comfortable & just what we expected!! Loved being so near the water. Just wish we had more time to do all the things & enjoy the rental home!! Will be back!!
