This property was perfect for our party of three, my husband and I and our son. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was immaculately cleaned, and the kitchen and family room were a great size. My only recommendation would be to add lamps for reading and small end tables to place a glass or coffee mug on either end of the sectional sofa.

The home was very clean, well kept and maintained, comfortable, accommodating, and there are fantastic views of the White River and mountains. This property is very well located in Cotter and conveniently located for any hiking or fishing you would like to enjoy. The best part is the view from the back patio. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two! The host is extremely accommodating, and she is easy to work with. We will be coming back very soon to enjoy more of what Cotter has to offer!

This was our third stay here........... Cozy, clean & comfortable. Everything works! The new circle drive is a nice addition. Fantastic view from the patio. Will definitely book again for the 2024 trip to fish the amazing White River.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!

The property was very clean and great meeting place for a family Thanksgiving week. Karen was excellent to work with- quick to respond to questions and helpful to troubleshoot the WiFi issues. We would recommend the property and would definitely use again. Plenty of supplies and appliances throughout the house. The view was nice and would be perfect in the Fall. Our family really enjoyed the open space for playing games, eating and celebrating the holiday.

This home is situated atop a hill overlooking the White River and the view is fantastic! The back porch is perfect for watching sunsets and birds. The house has a great layout and is very well appointed, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. We will return!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this property. The location is fantastic. The view overlooking the river is fantastic. Everything is comfortable and well thought out. The house is also kind of broken into two areas: The kitchen, living room and back porch are great for hanging out. Whereas the bedrooms are located in the front of the house. The separation makes a great for those that desire to go to bed earlier than others.Looking forward to staying here again

My family of 4 with a pet dog enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular, and the home was very clean and comfortable. Much appreciated the grill out back and well stocked kitchen with handy utensils, pots and all we required.

Second time staying at this home! It's clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. Wonderful views of the mountains from the back patio. The house sits on the bluff with a highway in front. There isnt much outdoor play space, so be aware for younger children. Perfect for older kids and close to fishing spots.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing from the back patio. Sunrises are a delight to see over the White River Valley. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Karen, the local property manager, was very informative and quick to respond when we had a question. This is a wonderful house! The property was in very good condition. The area was quiet. The view was delightful. There are houses on either side, but it was not distracting. Great for a long, quiet weekend away or for a family to explore the area for a week. The property was very well-furnished for daily living.

I would like to just let everyone who is thinking about running this house know that it is beautifully appointed and located in the absolute most beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the access we had in the amenities of the home were not over-the-top and ridiculous. They were perfectly done and tasteful. The house was very comfortable. Had everything we needed strongly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home.

There is plenty of room in the house for everyone, the beds were comfy, and the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. The shower in the bathroom is very small but otherwise we loved the house!

We love staying here! It’s comfortable, clean, well equipped, and just a short drive to Mountain Home. The view from the back patio is beautiful. Can’t wait to see the colors when we go back in the fall.

Everything was perfect. The closeness to water for fishing to ease lf access to highways to move around the area. Home was beautiful and clean. Just overall perfect place.

4th annual stay at this property. It's clean, comfortable and convenient access to the White River under the Bull Shoals dam. Can't wait for 5th visit in 2025. Check in & check out is easy.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this property. The location is fantastic. The view overlooking the river is fantastic. Everything is comfortable and well thought out. The house is also kind of broken into two areas: The kitchen, living room and back porch are great for hanging out. Whereas the bedrooms are located in the front of the house. The separation makes a great for those that desire to go to bed earlier than others.Looking forward to staying here again

Cotter is such a cute, quaint town with a wonderful coffee and fly shop! We enjoyed sitting on the patio with coffee in the morning and wine at night sprinkled with hiking and fishing in between we are already planning our return trip.

If you’re bringing family on a fishing trip in Cotter, this place is perfect. Just down the road from The Sands(restaurant) and Cotter Trout Dock. Pretty much the only two places we needed to go to while fishing( Other than Natural State Fly Shop). Not only was the location great, but was very clean, housed 5 of us very comfortably, and the view was outstanding! PLUS our kids found the board games and spent the evenings playing them instead of being on their devices. Which was great in and of itself. My wife and daughter really appreciated the cleanliness and homey feel as well. Will continue to stay here on our annual trout trip.

Second time staying at this home! It's clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. Wonderful views of the mountains from the back patio. The house sits on the bluff with a highway in front. There isnt much outdoor play space, so be aware for younger children. Perfect for older kids and close to fishing spots.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!
