Cheerful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Chino Hills

The house was the perfect location for the wedding festivities we were attending. It lacked a few basic household items for a group of 7, but it was comfortable, and having three bathrooms was super helpful. We had one issue with the house, and the host was quick to respond and fix the problem.

I’ll start with the check in. We never received check in information so I checked with the host, he assured it would be sent at noon - it wasn’t. I again checked with him at check in time & he sent a message with the passcode to the home. Upon arriving the door handle is very loose. We walk into the home to see nearly every steps overhang is busted. If a shoe or sock gets stuck on the end of the step, someone is falling. Not safe at all. There’s a panel in the hallway with exposed wires, another safety hazard. The kitchen lacked basic needs. Coffee maker, but no filters. In a house that could sleep up to 9-10 people there were only 2 coffee mugs. There were not enough towels for the amount of guests we had, nor was there any extra toilet paper. Overall a nice home but definitely needs work to be a safe & comfortable vacation rental.
