Great place

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We were a large family group visiting the area for a concert event, and chose this house as it had good location, and seemed spacious. First, the positives. We enjoyed the patio area, including the hot tub and pool. We also enjoyed living room and dining room area, very useful for large groups. Now, the negatives. The check in information was not provided on time (4pm), which made accessing the house a little difficult upon arrival. The house was not clean when we got there, including finding a dead bug on the floor, and old tattered towels. The beds/mattress were uncomfortable. Most importantly, we experienced plumbing issues, including clogged shower, and the water filter system and ice machine in the refrigerator were not working. We did not communicate these grievances with the host, as we wanted to avoid any problems and just enjoy our concert weekend. However, upon check out, we were hit with a 200 fee for supposed damages to the property (not taking garbage bags outside). Additionally, I would like to clarify that the sleeper couch is not the one in the living room, but one in foyer. You are forced to move foosball table in order to use the sleeper couch.As a family, we are extremely dissatisfied with our stay, as the cleanliness was subpar, and the host’s business practices are predatory.

We enjoyed our stay, especially relaxing out by the pool. Worked out great for our family!

We weren’t super impressed with our stay. This was a weekend trip for two families, because we were attending an event in Tampa, about an hour and a half from our homes. The event was both Friday and Saturday, so we chose to stay the weekend. We chose this place because it had a hot tub. We actually chose this place over other, bigger more updated places, because of the hot tub. I reached out Thursday to ask that the hot tub be warmed up so we could go in Friday night. I got a message back Friday afternoon that they leave it on. Which was nice to hear. I did have to ask for check in details, as they weren’t provided. When we arrived Friday evening we found the hot tub draining onto the lanai. I reached out to the host and provided pictures. She said her maintenance team wouldn’t be able to get there this weekend, and asked if we would unplug the hot tub. We did. We were given a 150 refund. While that was appreciated it, we did book this house because of the hot tub, and now we were unable to use it at all, which was frustrating. We could have saved a lot more than 150 by booking elsewhere. Also, it’s not mentioned in the description, that the room with 2 beds, is the master. So we ended up with kids in the master versus adults. Also, the tub in the first bathroom needs to be fixed. There are directions on how to turn it on but it’s very wiggly and feels like it’s going to come out when you pull on the knob. Bed wise, they are super uncomfortable. They had plastic protectors
