Modern 2BR 2BA New Build Condo with Garage & Patio

Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!

The property is easy to find and conveniently located near a major highway. Another major street has a wonderful selection of shops, stores and restaurants. The inside was nice and clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. A couple of areas need to be corrected. The garbage receptacle was overflowing and smelling up the garage. The garage door is in serious need of attention. The screeching of the door was almost unbearable. There were wet cleaning towels in the washing machine. These are relatively minor problems and I would stay here again when I am in Grand Rapids.

One of the best places we've stayed in for work trips. Great layout. Quiet location. A ceiling fan in the bedrooms would be nice as it got a bit stuffy overnight, but there were box fans available so that worked. Never had a garage we could use so that was a pleasant surprise. Nice spot to sit outside and have coffee/tea. Honestly really great place.

The home was clean and perfect for our family. We were only there one night but it was so nice I wish we’d had a longer stay.

We’ve stayed at our fair share of Vrbos, and have learned a lot along the way. Read the description carefully, review all the amenities, and location. This property is exactly as pictured and described. The apartment was in a safe location, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and generous amount of space.
