Extremely disappointing stay and appalling customer service Our room was noisy and the only alternative offered was equally noisy. The restaurant was also extremely loud late into the evening. I contacted reception and asked if they could ask the restaurant to keep the noise down. The receptionist responded, “What do you want me to do?” and told me they weren’t playing music, just clearing up. I went downstairs myself and found staff clearing up while playing music. I asked them to keep the noise down and they did. I then returned to reception and questioned why I had been told they weren’t playing music. Instead of apologising, the receptionist repeatedly talked over me, became increasingly loud and argumentative, and his manner became intimidating and confrontational. At no point did he apologise or take responsibility. I eventually walked away as it was clear he was unwilling to listen or resolve the issue. Noise can happen in a hotel, but the way this simple complaint was handled was completely unacceptable. Poor room, poor service and an extremely unpleasant experience. We would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

everyone was nice! dining onsite was a great experience as well. room was clean with thoughtful amenities. gym offered all the things. will definitely go back.

Excellent location to downtown Breckenridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Gave wonderful recommendations to local restaurants and activities. Beautiful, clean hotel. Wonderful happy hour .
