Room clean, bed comfy, water pressure low in sink and shower, no hot water in sink, hot water in shower, cold coffee inlobby&when asked to makea freshpot said not till empty even though it was cold. Breakfast was OK. Difficult to control room temp it was either cold or humid.

We checked in little early, no problem there, easy peasy! welcome bag with a couple of waters! thank you! room was clean and plenty of gadget hookups! Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices and the checkout was very easy as all usually are, but there were bagel goody bags to go for your ride! (Small but a great touch! will definitely return!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. There were used washcloths left in the shower, pubic hairs in the bathroom, and the floor was extremely sticky. These are basic cleanliness issues that should never be overlooked in a hotel. On top of the cleanliness problems, the room was extremely hot. My best friend is pregnant and was experiencing hot flashes, which made the temperature especially uncomfortable for her. We contacted the front desk about the air conditioning and were told to wait 15 minutes for it to start working. We waited, but the air was still not cooling the room properly, and the room remained extremely hot. Overall, between the unacceptable cleanliness and the poor air conditioning, this was a very uncomfortable stay. We paid to have a clean, comfortable room, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Management seriously needs to improve their housekeeping and maintenance standards.
