Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for 4 adults and 2 children for 3 nights in mid August. The place was perfect, the pool and the pool provided a lot of fun for us all, both were clean and well kept. We took 2 kayaks but the additional 2 provided kayaks (including life jackets) enabled us to further enjoy the bay. Noting there was also a paddle board but we did not use it. Communication with the property managers was excellent, and we appreciated being provided the entry code details a little earlier than 3pm as this is quite late for entry for a property of this price.For meals, we walked to the Cheeky Dog for dinner, an easy walk, great food and a trivia night (Tuesdays), and used the bbq and other cooking facilities on the other evenings. There are 2 large supermarkets around 7 minutes drive away, plus a local smaller supermarket, which meant sourcing supplies to be very easy.We also visit the nearby go karts and used the tennis courts at Soldiers Point (racquets and balls supplied although very old).Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

The BBQ worked well as did the oven. The sofa bed was made up which was great for our 7yo. One of the pool queues unfortunately had a broken tip which made playing awkward. The checking in was easy. All up, we had a great time with our friends (another family) who also enjoyed it immensely.

It is the perfect house for friends to gather and enjoy each other's company. Great position for walks or paddling, pool perfect temperature for late-night swimming or all-day lounging. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony, great downstairs bar area, nice kitchen, and awesome bathroom off the main bedroom. Clean, neat, and tidy. Would recommend.

Our stay at Seaside Sanctuary was truly delightful. The property is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable, "home away from home" experience. We contacted the Agent, who did their best to assist, but due to it being the weekend, there wasn’t much they could resolve. It is a great location and the property has great facilities. The upstairs bedrooms have a weird layout because you have to go through bathroom to get to second bedroom. The pool, location and view were great. The floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly as our feet were black from walking barefoot. We felt that they had skimped on some of the consumables/ not enough toilet paper and salt cellar never had salt but overall was a good stay.

Reviewer Comments: The house is clean and love the decoration, there are some minor hazards of the main suite design, the floor could be slippery near to both side doors to bed rooms, if the floor is wet. It is a great location and the property has great facilities. The upstairs bedrooms have a weird layout because you have to go through bathroom to get to second bedroom. The pool, location and view were great. The floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly as our feet were black from walking barefoot. We felt that they had skimped on some of the consumables/ not enough toilet paper and salt cellar never had salt but overall was a good stay.

It is the perfect house for friends to gather and enjoy each other's company. Great position for walks or paddling, pool perfect temperature for late-night swimming or all-day lounging. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony, great downstairs bar area, nice kitchen, and awesome bathroom off the main bedroom. Clean, neat, and tidy. Would recommend.

Lovely, had a lovely weekend. Access was easy, friendly service from the team. OnlyDownside was the air con control pad can be a little weird to operate and didn’t want to work when we arrived. Had to get the maintenance team to assist but it was quick and they were helpful.

Beautiful property with heated pool!! Location was great close to everything, short walk to the fish and chip shop and beaches all 10mins drive away. Stayed with the whole family, we loved our stay and we will all be back.

Yes the house was lovely. We could not use the upstairs deck as there was no shelter from the hot sun. The same with the pool area needed some shade to watch the kids. The pool didn't look it had been cleaned, lots of leaves on the bottom of the pool. Also my husband had to clean the BBQ as was not clean as covered in a burnt on marinade. I have photo's if needed.

The view is amazing, but the house unfortunately had to many bugs/ants. The kitchen was full of ants. We had two quilt covers with blood stains, the pool was unfortunately full of debris and it was meant to be serviced one day after we were there but it wasn’t, i wouldn’t book it again though.
