Summerwind Resort

Summerwinds (the property) is great and I plan to return. The mattresses are soft, I hope the owners upgrade them. Slept on the king and tested the lower bunk out of curiosity. Removed one star on comfort only for this fact. The jack n Jill style bathroom is smart (2 toilets, 2 sinks and 1 shower), along with the added convenience of the stackable washer / dryer. Be forewarned - there are no beach chairs or umbrellas, no beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates - no salt and pepper. There was a spice rack above the stove. A regular 12 cup coffee maker and I think I saw a Keurig in a bottom cabinet. You are given two rolls of toilet paper, a paper towel roll, limited dishwasher pods and a trash bag. Also, no toiletries other than a few small bars of soap. The fridge has a water filter and ice maker. Wifi is great. No issues working on my laptop. There is a beach store on property, didn't go in, but I saw hours are from 10am-5pm. Check out is at 9am, I must have overlooked this detail at booking as it caught me off guard in the emails. All in all - fabulous relaxing time.

I was told the condo was fully renovated. I’ve now stayed in this condo 3 times .. I love the location, the condo itself is beautiful but they still have the same king bed that is hard as a rock. I was so disappointed that after my last review and several other peoples reviews that they have not improved the beds. This could be the best condo in town if they just got new beds.

Beautiful place.

This is a great connection for a low key trip. Not to terribly busy, a very short walk from condo to beach. The condo was nice, updated fairly recently. There is definitely something wrong with the electricity as it flashes often and very few of the receptacles work. One bed is broken but otherwise everything was clean and nice! Don’t take the parking pass lightly, our friends blew off their dash and they were booted and ticketed.

Our stay at this property was excellent. We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and easy access to the pool. The beds were comfortable, and having a kids' room was a bonus—although we expected 2 bunk beds, the setup with 1 bunk bed and a twin bed worked out perfectly for our 3 kids. The condo was clean, and we definitely plan to return. One suggestion would be to provide more towels, trash bags, and detergent for the washing machine. The balcony offered stunning views, and we enjoyed starting our days with coffee ☕️ overlooking the beach with my husband and friends.
