Great price for a good sized room! I got the cheapest, with no view, but easily got view by walking outside my room!!! Well worth the little I paid. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My large, newly updated room could have been easily made into an efficiency apartment! Definitely will reserve again when I visit next year!!! The only bad was the elevator. Extremely slow, and I can't do stairs.

Good hotel with all that is needed on the ocean front. A good pool and easy/clean access to the beach with a nice washing station when we got back. We had a great view of the ocean off our Balcony. The remodeled rooms were comfortable and clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly.

You literally get what you pay for. We paid $100 bucks a night for a beachfront hotel room that allowed pets and thats exactly what it was. Overall our stay was fine the room was clean and tidy when we checked in. Very little privacy but its also myrtle beach so wasnt expecting much. They do have a "pet area" but we took one look at it and then never used it. Broken glass and all kinds of trash in the "pet area". Room had definitely been updated but doesnt seem like the beds for updated at the same time. There also wasnt a channel list for the tv which is a minimal thing but very helpful when provided. The included wifi worked but was so slow it wasnt even worth it. Overall 2 out of 5 for me. Personally i will not be staying here again. Its the little things that matter and they didnt do that.

Lovely staff and partial view of the ocean. Building is very old and shows all the many decades of wear & tear. Pool was gross, outdoor shower was an old spout for your feet. Need a renovation badly .

We were there long enough to put our luggage in our room and seen roaches in the shower. Huge roaches outside our room by the door. When we mentioned it to the front desk they made a comment that it was just sprayed the day before and that’s probably why we were seeing them. Our bed sheets were dirty. We had no towels when we got there and the next day we needed more and didn’t get any for 24 hours because they didn’t have any clean. All you smelt all day every day was marijuana. Gave us the wrong room and would only refund us $20s. We’ve stayed at motels better than this place. Worst place we’ve ever stayed at.

For services anything you needed done you had to go to the lobby. If you needed towels you had to go downstairs and get them yourself wasn’t well stocked for a hotel and service wasn’t well everyday bad at checking in on us they would just bang on the door really loud early in the morning when you asked for anything. no privacy feeling or an option to hang something on door. there was no hand soap. No paper towels, sheets felt dirty when we arrived. room wasn’t all of what was shown in the pictures when booking felt run down. There was roaches outside elevator and by pool

We had a great stay overall. Parking is very close to the rooms and rooms are very clean! Little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but it’s doable from here. We enjoyed this hotel.

I had an ocean view room on 5th floor. Great view. Room was clean, the internet was very poor. Kept dropping and having login over and over. No breakfast limited parking. Very high security deposit.

At first I wasn’t going to leave a good review however my stay was not bad. The front desk people were great. My room was clean. I had a remodeled oceanfront room. The view was fabulous. There was a fridge which worked. The ac worked. There was a broom/dust pan in our room which we very much appreciated because sand so much sand. The tv could use an update. Our room door/doorframe did not fit together so it stuck all the time & didn’t seal. The beds were springy. The pool hours were 10 am-9 pm, very inconvenient and water was kinda cloudy. The elevator did break down but was fixed quickly. The ice/vending machines were out of order/empty. Would we stay here again, I don’t know, maybe. It is definitely a 2.5 star motel and I may have had my expectations a little too high but again, my stay was not bad.

We booked an OCEAN VIEW ROOM. We were placed on the 1st floor. Our deck door opened right into the POOL. When when we asked for the room we actually booked, OCEAN VIEW, we were told they were all booked. In addition, there was a dead cockroach in the shower. When we mentioned that, they said “oh yeah, we just sprayed”

Be aware if you’re traveling with pet dog(s). The hotel charges $75 per dog per stay. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process. This fee increased our cost for one night by $150. We checked in after 6 so the hotel would not allow cancellation, saying we should have called to ask about pet fees. We give low marks for checkin due to the hidden pet fee. Low marks for service due missing toiletries, bathroom cleanliness, and TV not working, could not be fixed during our stay. Hotel declined to offer discount.

When I arrived I was greeted by Kellie and Greg at the front desk who assisted me with a seamless check in. My room was third floor, ocean front and was very clean, modern and all around nice. I had trouble with the tv not turning on and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. The only negative is the limited parking other than that everything was excellent and I will definitely be back!

I had trouble with the tv not turning on and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. The only negative is the limited parking other than that everything was excellent and I will definitely be back!

My stay was from 4/14/23-4/16/23. I arrived to the hotel at 6:30 check in was at 4:00pm. The lady at the front told me my room wasn’t ready and it would be a 30 minute wait. I had no problem waiting because I do understand its life things happen. Front desk then advised me to come back so I did at 7:15pm. The room still wasn’t ready. At this point I wanted a refund because she was rude about it. So needless to stay we didn’t get room keys until 10:15pm. This has been the worst experience ever. I would never stay here again not recommend this hotel to any family member or friend. Me being military I would also advise them to not spend their money here either. I do understand things happen but the way the front desk handled the stress they were under was unacceptable. I was told employees walked out so it was not their fault they were behind on cleaning the rooms. However they all had time to eat at the front desk and smoke breaks. I would really like a phone call or follow up ASAP.

This was a terrible experience, traveled all the way to Myrtle Beach to check in the room to get there and be told that my booking has been canceled was unable to refund My money did not offer to get me another room was basically told I don’t know I haven’t been here in two days so I’m not sure who took you out the system. No refund given then asked could I book a room I was told that I would have to pay and reach out to whoever I booked the room through in order to ask for a refund for the room that was canceled. So that was fine. I said OK well, I’ll go ahead and book a room and I’ll just have to pay for it. There’s no other rooms available that I can see to be then told that they were refusing services to me And they had no rooms. Then to be told that they did have rooms, but I can refuse services reaching out to corporate to see what can be done about the situation. So then went online and booked a room for the same hotel I go to check in and the lady at the customer service tells me we canceled your room so then I’m out of another $178 in total almost $600 for one weekend from the previous canceled room that was booked earlier before arriving to Myrtle Beach and then for the room booked on that Saturday when I was told that my room had been canceled. Very horrible experience.

Terrible location. There was a shooting two blocks down. No air conditioning or parking. Expect to pay to park if you are driving multiple vehicles. They will put you infront of the pool so you can't get a view of the ocean. We asked for another room. We didn't receive toilet paper after we asked front desk for it until 2 hours later. The shower was the only thing that gave me comfort. The beds were hard. It was too hot to sleep. I went to my car to cool off. -1 star hotel.

Someone came knocking at 3 am I did not answer the door. Did not feel safe. Got follwed by several men several different times! The elevator broke down with me and my kids inside. The worst ever!

Over all the stay was ok. Tanja at the front got us checked in, she was quick and pleasant. The website doesn’t mention this hotel was next to an abandoned hotel which is a little creepy. Rooms can get a little moist But clean .

We had a great stay overall. Parking is very close to the rooms and rooms are very clean! Little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but it’s doable from here. We enjoyed this hotel.

I had an ocean view room on 5th floor. Great view. Room was clean, the internet was very poor. Kept dropping and having login over and over. No breakfast limited parking. Very high security deposit.

This property had great and friendly staff and the rooms were clean and updated! It was easily accessible to the beach and walkable to different dining options. Only downside is there’s one elevator for the whole building so it can take a little time, but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again! Would definitely rebook another stay!

At first I wasn’t going to leave a good review however my stay was not bad. The front desk people were great. My room was clean. I had a remodeled oceanfront room. The view was fabulous. There was a fridge which worked. The ac worked. There was a broom/dust pan in our room which we very much appreciated because sand so much sand. The tv could use an update. Our room door/doorframe did not fit together so it stuck all the time & didn’t seal. The beds were springy. The pool hours were 10 am-9 pm, very inconvenient and water was kinda cloudy. The elevator did break down but was fixed quickly. The ice/vending machines were out of order/empty. Would we stay here again, I don’t know, maybe. It is definitely a 2.5 star motel and I may have had my expectations a little too high but again, my stay was not bad.

Made me move my motorcycle out of the blue handicapped spot even though I have permanent handicapped plates. Wouldn’t answer phone when I called from room or called from my phone to get password for internet. No snack or drink machines.

The exterior walls grossly in need of a makeover. The room floors and bathroom was new but the walls had a coat of paint with no work to the walls. The curtains were old and stained. The AC unit was old and noisy but it worked

If you are looking for Ocean View be sure to ask for 4th floor and above. No that there are not any King rooms with Ocean Front. Also note that there are still updates needed but the rooms are pretty clean

I did not have a balcony. The beach view was not a view at all from inside my room ( which is what I paid for) walking out the door to an abandoned pool with filthy water was the view I got for over 200.00. The elevator is on its last leg, and the bed was lumpy. This is definitely where stragglers live. More like a extended stay for myrtle beach natives. The lobby area will fool you. Please get wheather stripping for the doors, I literally piled everything i could against the door. Never again. First time, last time.

Staff was nice and helpful. Building and rooms are old, The elevator wasn't working. Sadly, this building only has 1 elevator. (*BTW: I wasn't going to walk up 6 flights of stairs, that are located on the outside of building, for my vacation.) NOT worth the cost. Should be in the category of a Motel NOT a Hotel.
