The room wasn't clean, no room key was given at check in. My email to Orbitiz. The insult is that Orbitiz would list the property and then offer a 25 one key cash. Never use Orbitiz that is the take away. I am requesting a full refund due to the condition of the property and the room at check-in. My reservation allowed check-in at 3:00 PM, and when I arrived around 4:00 PM, the room I was assigned was still dirty and not cleaned. I was literally allowed to enter a room that was not ready for occupancy, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and filthy, and not consistent with what was advertised at the time of booking. I have photos documenting the condition of the room/property and can provide them immediately upon request. Offering $25 in One Key Cash does not resolve the issue and does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am asking Orbitz to escalate this case to a supervisor/manager who has the authority to approve the refund. Please have a manager contact me directly at (713) 505-6880 as soon as possible. Room wasn’t the way it was shown

Very pleasant staff. Problem with door keys. Hotels.com admin staff online very unhelpful when payment choice changed. Remained refusal to help and caused me many problems and time wasted. Hotels.com should remember customer service more important than rules.

The best thing I can say about it is that the room was relatively clean. None of the bathroom fixtures worked quite right. The bed frames were infested with termites. But we didn’t see any other bugs or any other vermin. The area that it’s in and the maintenance of the exterior was well below par. I cannot recommend.
