The pull down shade in our room was broken and the curtains were not enough to keep out the light. There was a light right outside the window so it was always bright in our room, even at night. There was no ac, and just a rusty old fan. So we had no choice but to keep the windows open for some air circulation. But the people next door were having a wild party and the hotel staff allowed them to continue all night. Also, it’s five stories but there is no elevator so be prepared to carry your things down and back up several flights of stairs.

We stayed in room 101 for my husbands birthday weekend. Beautiful view and room was clean aside from some light mold around the windows. Jetted tub was cleaner than I expected. Bed and pillows were super comfy… no rose petals or rubber ducky like the photos. There were robes though. Although they didn’t come in our room during our stay, housekeeping were extremely friendly when met in passing. Only thing they don’t mention is the amount of stairs there are! Luckily we were about 10 steps or less from the sand, but the walk from the first floor to the car was brutal. Definitely not ADA accessible.

The room we stayed in had a nice view. If you're scheduling through Expedia make sure you call and ask if your room has a hot tub. It's advertised like it is but we didn't get one. No AC in the room - shower was nice. We were able to get delivery from Galuccis pizza which was nice. Parking is not great - even if you have a small car. Very tight spaces. I rated this place a 3

Extremely thin walls (heard people walking up and down the hall at 2am) , sand on the floor when we walked in, floor was overall dirty. I put white socks on and they were black after walking around the room. The bathroom sink was not bolted to the wall so it was practically toppling over if you just touched it. Weird smell in the room. One nice thing was the stairs that led straight to the beach.

Overall the room was ok, however there were used q-tips on the floor under the sink, garbage under the couch, and spots that looked like blood on the comforter. The cleaning stuff came 15 minutes before check out and asked us if we could hurry so they could clean the room. The hot tub was nice and front desk staff were friendly.

Dirty shower and dirty separate tub. Tv didnt work 6:30pm through the night and AM. There was semen on the bottom right corner of the curtain. Window was so bad we could really see the ocean view we paid for. The sheet and flimsy cover are not enough for the coastal weather

We were pleasantly surprised. Front line staff cordial and helpful. Room was extraordinarily clean and the view from the deck was truly awesome. Add, the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. This traveler's inn is a Lincoln City nugget! Awesome.

The pictures on Expedia where nothing like what the room was , the room had a horrible mold smell and when I asked if I could upgrade or pay extra for a different room the lady told me there was nothing available, so I ended up having to find another hotel that night, after getting settled into my new hotel I realized I still had the first key card and went to return it , and upon doing so they had a shift change, I explained what happened to the new employee that was working and she said the other female lied completely and could have changed our room , and that they had plenty more available. Not sure why she was such a b .... But either I will never be going back also I will be turning the hotel into the Oregon department of health for horrible mold issues that they don't want to address, this hotel is horrible all the way around save your money and time ....

Website shows all rooms besides queen rooms have a view, they dont. Our room had zero view of the ocean. There also was no close beach access despite the site saying there was. It was a decent walk to get to the beach from our room. Bathroom wasnt super clean, the area around the bottom of the shower was grimey and the light switch plate and wall were visibly dirty. Not worth the money at all.

No signing in any area visible from the street to designate the hotel. We drove around in a rainstorm looking for the facility. Parked, walked to the door to read a sign that said checkin was a block away. Gas fireplace in room was not operating.

Tv didnt work for more than 15 min at a time. Front desk must be ovewelmed because they never fixed anything for good. No appologies or anything. Called and told them i left a bag in my room. They said they havent cleaned it yet. No call back no bag back. Horrible managing!

Rooms are great. Comfortable and nice looking. Staff were not great upon check in. Over all i will not stay here again, only because my interaction with staff upon check in was horrible. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

My wife and I came here years ago for our honeymoon... it was fantastic. Unfortunately in those years it seems the standard may have slipped. Room was very underwhelming, staff was not eager to help when trying to reach the front desk (no they were not busy, we had just left the front desk 10 minutes prior to trying to call), it is nice that it is very close to the beach, but other than that I do believe this will be our last time coming.

We had a 6 person room and one was a hide a bed, springs were sticking out. We asked for a different mattress and did not get one. The next day asked again and they brought us a roll away bed that was a twin and we had no room for it. We never did get a proper mattress. Asked for towels and toilet paper for 2 days and finally got some. The staff did nothing to help us but make promises they never kept! Horrible service!!

Reservation showed ocean views, but that's not what we got! And they actually own the hotel next door, so you have to go there to get anything - because they don't answer the phone. No public areas to even sit and look at the ocean. Felt like Bait and Switch.

Good proximity to food and the casino. It’s a little tricky to check in because you have to go to the hotel next door to do so. But the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and lovely. There is no A/C so I can imagine on a really hot summer day it would get too warm in the room. However, I don’t suspect that’s a big deal all too often. Would stay again for sure.

The room we stayed in had a nice view. If you're scheduling through Expedia make sure you call and ask if your room has a hot tub. It's advertised like it is but we didn't get one. No AC in the room - shower was nice. We were able to get delivery from Galuccis pizza which was nice. Parking is not great - even if you have a small car. Very tight spaces. I rated this place a 3

I thought the price was a little high.. the soda machines didn't work, had an awful time trying to figure out the direct tv system. Wasnt very good selection. The room was clean tho.

This was a cool place. It is right on the beach. We had a little front patio with 2 chairs and a table. There was a gas fireplace and soaker tub in the room. The front windows overlooked the ocean. The first floor does not have a hot tub on the patio but the other levels do. I was wanting a hot tub for sure! There was no elevator and 56 stairs to.climb up and down to our room and maybe another 10 to the dand on the beach.

DO NOT BOOK! If you want the hot tub and a view do not book. We booked and only received the side of the building that overlooks other hotel rooms. We were told we couldnt get a hot tubs room since we had people under 21 and anyone under 21 is considered a child.and you cannot stay in those rooms if you have anyone under 21. We will not stay here again. It wasn't worth the money we paid.
