Newly refurbished/renovated hotel, everything was neat and working in the room, the floor could be cleaner but the carpark has just been recently re-tarred, the bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was a little disappointing, literally muffins and coffee, not really for the health conscious person. The price was right and I would recommend and stay again.

We had to go out and purchase a coffee maker, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a broom and dustpan, garbage bags, and room freshener. We had a king size bed with only one bath towel and one washcloth. There were no hand towels, or a bath mat. We only got our bed changed once in 8 days. We only got fresh towels from the nonexistent housekeeping department once during our 8 day stay. The pool was closed the entire 8 days for cleaning. Every single ice machine was broken! The parking lot was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! We literally had to sweep and mop our own room, clean our bathroom, and take the bed clothes to a laundromat to wash them ourselves! I am going to post the horrors of this hotel on every social media site know to humankind! Dr. Sandrs Austin-Moore

When we arrived at 4:45 there was a person with a dispute at the desk. We waited around 20 minutes and the clerk would not check us in. We left, went to a nearby restaurant, and came back an hour later and finally got the room we had reserved. The room had no towels, no soap in the hand soap dispenser, one lamp that was broken, the other lamp had no shade, there were food crumbs on the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, TV was good, and we could park right outside the door. We do not recommend staying here. Very poor management. We expected a no frills hotel, but this was not anywhere up to the standards of other Red Roof Inns we have stayed at.

It was ok overall could be better like once the sheets has stains that can’t be removed it’s time to get rid of them pool wasn’t available it is was hot but would stay again. You get what you pay for I asked for more sheets and they were provided so not so bad

Bed was dirty. They don’t wash the mattress cover so it was all stained and just a thin sheet was on it. Nasty. Room had flies every where. Towels has hair in them. Floor was dirty. Bed comforter was dirty. Will never stay there again

The room was not clean. My non-smoking room reeked of smoke and there were burn holes in my bedding. The floor turned the white bath mat black once it got wet. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Floor in our room was filthy, in the middle of the night roaches came out in numbers! There was a dirty towel and wash cloth left in the room but upon request we were given clean ones.

I pre booked a downstairs room months in advance and was told none were available when I got there. I was assigned a room that was adjoined with the neighbor that had a huge Cane Corso that wanted to bark Everytime I made a sound. On top of that, the sheets were heavily stained, wall mirror missing and fridge was dirty. I requested another room immediately in which the staff eagerly assisted with. The 2nd room was clean but the towels were dingy. I requested new towels and wash clothes and was told there was a shortage but was promised I would receive as soon as possible. I stayed 3 nights and never received the request, bought my own.

Placed smelled of pot outside and would come in to the room. Shower head broken. Bugs alive and dead in room. Sticky stuff on the chair. Brown gunk stains on the walls. Cord for the phone missing. Girl at desk messing around on her phone and did not bother to look up at me when I walked in lobby. ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!

First night Door did not lock, but didn’t realize until we tried to leave next morning; safety issue, moved rooms after one night . Original room had no lampshades on room lamps, sheets were stained, pillowcases missing. No towels in new room, no clicker to TV in new room. The words fleabag and dump sadly apply to this hotel.

We checked in and thebfirst thing we noticed was there were people hanging out all over the property. Two men were sleeping in chairs in the lobby. The lady at the check out was helpful but I didnt loke the fact she was making a copy of my drivers license. We went to the room and the phone didnt work, the TV remote fidt work, the lock was torn off the metal plat the door hand had a drilled out hole where the lock would have been but there qas no way to lock the top of the door either. When I went to the office she apologized and put us in a different room. With a King bed instead of 2 queens. She did warn me the drawer was missing from one of the night stands. This place needs attention. I think I paid more than the condition should warrant. I told her that in the State of GA and possibly a federal law that you cannot have copies of licenses. She told me that the police and property owners are good with this and its OK. I did tell her I wanted the copy of my license back at check out. From the quality and look if everything my identity is not safe at all at this property.

Terrible – Do Not Stay Here This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, but this was on another level of unacceptable. To start: there were NO towels. Not a single bath towel, hand towel, or even a floor mat. Just two small bath cloths. I’ve never stayed in a hotel—no matter how cheap—that didn’t at least provide basic towels. Thankfully, we brought our own, but thanks to the next issue, they never dried out. The room was extremely humid the entire weekend. While the HVAC unit kept things cool, the humidity was so thick it felt like you were sleeping in a swamp. The air smelled musty and damp, and nothing dried out—not our towels, not our clothes, not even our patience. It only got worse. The bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached to the sink—you had to hold it in place to use it. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, which seems like a massive safety violation. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom; wasn’t that big of an issue I guess, we had no towels. The floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in several stays—our socks were blackened just from walking across the room. To top it all off, our room didn’t even have a number. No sign on the wall, no plaque on the door—just a blank space where it looked like a number sign had been ripped off and never replaced.

Check in was fast. Room key didn't work so had to go back into front office. When got into room there was no remote. Had to go back to office to get remote. Then bo signal on tv. Went back to office which then was told their dish service was out.

The first room i was in the tv didnt work went to the front desk and it took almost an hour for someone to come look at the tv. The tv didnt work so me and guest were moved to another room and there was mold on the ceiling.

The first room had roaches. Changed rooms and that door did not lock. If your turned the deadbolt to lock the door would still open without the key from the outside. We had animals and a child with us. Very unsafe. The linens were dirty. We got a refund and went elsewhere.

I liked the Housekeeping Staff. Front desk service is the Absolute worst. Had an issue at check in, booked 2 rooms only had one. 1st room had No pillows, bath linen or shower curtain. 2nd room the key card didn't work and i was told I would have to wait 2 days to get it programmed. The tv worked when it wanted, the remote ONLY changed channels, the water didn't drain down the sink, the shower head was broken. This was the worst STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED 👎

The staff were awesome and very accommodating. She was pleasant and very helpful. The property itself was questionable. There were people very sketchy hanging out all over the property. And the stench of marijuana filled the parking lot. If it weren’t for the young lady at the front desk being so nice, my family and I would have booked at another hotel.

Front desk lady was very rude and not just me other guests as well, it seemed like if they wanna clean you room they if not who cares attitude, had to go get my towels and wash clothes on daily basis and also had to clean my own floor because I don’t believe it was clean since they put it in. I’m not hard to please by no means but this place was well below par when it could be a good place!

This property does need a few updates and has had some issues with towels being stolen but the staff was all very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for super high class this is not the place for you, but it is very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable.

Good help is hard to find, I suppose. I had an issue with the first room assigned but the young lady on duty rectified the issue immediately, professionally and personally.

I got to the hotel at 9pm and they didn't have a room for us. They said they over booked it and you didn't get a room number so oh well. Then they said you have to get money back from 3rd party expedia whould have to refund... when i call expedia 3 time with getting hang ups i got we wont do anything because we already sent the money to the hotel red roof . Great service i wont use expedia again because this shouldn't happen and they should help if it does not tell you to pound sand. DON'T USE THIS RED ROOF

Found roaches my room, the mattress felt like an air mattress, parking lot nasty, and custom service never stood up to greet me just asked what i needed. There are either drug addicts or homeless people everywhere at all times.

There seem to be several people who reside at hotel and they are very noisy during the night. Wasnt sure what qas going on but felt like we had to keep checking on car in parking lot.

The staff were awesome and very accommodating. She was pleasant and very helpful. The property itself was questionable. There were people very sketchy hanging out all over the property. And the stench of marijuana filled the parking lot. If it weren’t for the young lady at the front desk being so nice, my family and I would have booked at another hotel.

We checked in and thebfirst thing we noticed was there were people hanging out all over the property. Two men were sleeping in chairs in the lobby. The lady at the check out was helpful but I didnt loke the fact she was making a copy of my drivers license. We went to the room and the phone didnt work, the TV remote fidt work, the lock was torn off the metal plat the door hand had a drilled out hole where the lock would have been but there qas no way to lock the top of the door either. When I went to the office she apologized and put us in a different room. With a King bed instead of 2 queens. She did warn me the drawer was missing from one of the night stands. This place needs attention. I think I paid more than the condition should warrant. I told her that in the State of GA and possibly a federal law that you cannot have copies of licenses. She told me that the police and property owners are good with this and its OK. I did tell her I wanted the copy of my license back at check out. From the quality and look if everything my identity is not safe at all at this property.

This was the most horrible place. Homeless people hanging around outside made it that much more uncomfortable. To be told at check in, that if I’m caught smoking in the room there would be a non refundable 200.00 charge and walk into the room and think you’re at a bar was hideous. The room smelled like a stale ashtray. Black n mild wrappers on the floor. Just terrible.

Upon arrival there was no light fixture in bathroom. Housekeeper said he could put a lamp in bathroom for us. Very undesirable people loitering around parking lot. Appeared unsafe. We never took occupancy. Told front desk that we would seek other hotel and asked for refund. Would NEVER have stayed at that hotel.

Newly refurbished/renovated hotel, everything was neat and working in the room, the floor could be cleaner but the carpark has just been recently re-tarred, the bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was a little disappointing, literally muffins and coffee, not really for the health conscious person. The price was right and I would recommend and stay again.

Asked 3 times for a second towel and wash cloth, nope, used hand towels. Bedside light out. No breakfast as advertised but they did make us coffee fresh at 9am when it was empty. Fire alarm went off in all rooms at 230 am due to a microwave in somones room, they Work Though!

Check in lady was sweet that was the only good thing about this whole fiasco. Get into room used soap in bathtub, hair ties around the shower head, dead bugs on floor, tv did not work (which she did fix). 2 am fire alarm in rooms starts blaring multiple times, called and different lady said she does not know why and it is not a concern. Person checking in at 3 am repeatedly blowing his horn with his remote on his car and talking so loudly that it kept me up an hour. VERY NOISY, bed was like sleeping on a brick.. I would have done better just sleeping in my car at least I would have gotten some actual sleep. NO coffee or breakfast at 6:15 am when I checked out even though it says there was to be free breakfast.

It was a good stay overall. The room was excellent, very clean. The only problems where that you could hear everything going on outside and that it said it included breakfast, and that wasn’t true.

1st night we asked for an extra wash cloth and towel because there qas only 2 of each in the room, was told they didnt have any. We lefted the next morning to go back into Tallahassee, the reason for our trip. We got back to hotel about 8, dirty towels weren't removed. Husband went to get fresh ones. The lady at the counter stated she couldnt get any clean ones, that they were locked in laundry room and she didnt have a key. I was ok with, stuff happens, Husband was NOT happy. 10 minutes later we get a knock on the door asking which vehicle was ours, i told her and front desk lady said that tshe was told the "Marijuana" smell that was outside was going from our vehicle. I politely told her no, that it was there when we got back and that my husband was a Paramedic and could lose his licenses for that! Exterior doors were slammed the rest of the night into the morning. I went to check out and asked for receipt, no printer paper.
