Perfect for a group in the city. The room was clean and came with a kitchen with all necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The area is close to many trains, stores, Times Square, and the Empire State, though it may get loud at times with the sounds of the city. Would recommend for a stay in the city with a group.

This place was a real find. The location was top notch and the room was so comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet. All you heard was the people walking above you which cannot be helped. The price was great and they even store your luggage for only $5 a bag. There are extra bathrooms and showers in the hallway if you are a family of 4 and should need that, or just need an extra bathroom. The neighborhood was excellent with a quick walk to Penn Station, Macy's, Empire State Building, subway and not far from Times Square. It is also close to an excellent 24 hour pizza place and 7-11, all safe. The communication from our host was excellent. Do not hesitate to stay here and we cannot wait to come back! You cannot do better on price, location, safety and cleanliness.

This property is really closed to alot of the attraction by walking it took me 5 minutes to get to times square. For the museum it is far. But i love to walk. the central park was 3 miles about 20 min walking, the studio was nice and cozy, the only thing i didn't like was that it will not be like a hotel, you have to ask for clean towels upon request for $50 more if you want to check in earlier or stay later on check out also $50 , for them to clean the room they also charge.but if you keep everything nice you don't really need it.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay overall, for the price especially. The knob on the shower fell off, and getting warm water to flow took a while some days. The pipes and heaters are old and are very noisy. The t.v. did not work, and that was a bummer. The room was warm and comfortable. Wished we had more towels, but oh well. Good thing we are all three really easy going.

Lots of communication and the property was fine. Recommend more for a longer tourist stay than an overnight work trip. There was no wifi despite this being in the description. $7 left luggage fee—be warned! You will be asked to take out your trash, wash dishes, and clean up in the bathroom before checking out.

The location of this property was awesome!! We were close to so many things. The pictures didn't look like the pictures, the bathroom had black spots on the ceiling, there was a hole in the wall and on the last night, a little mouse peeped his head out. We stuffed the hole toilet paper. Not what I wanted to see. When we got there, there was no AC set up, we ended up sleeping with the window open because we needed air. We later found the Window AC unit in the kitchen cabinet. The room did fit 6 people, but barely enough room for our luggage.

Excellent location! The room wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be, the sheets were dirty, as well as the floors and shower. As soon as I made it known to the property manager they apologized and had someone come clean. Check in was easy.

Rooms very different oh photos to reality but was idea for our needs .The towels we were given on arrival didn’t smell clean.People were very helpful when I contacted with questions before .There is a coffee/ donut shop next door which was brilliant for getting coffees to have in morning before coming .It was very close to subway and about fifteen minutes walk from Times Square .

Bathroom smelled like smoke the entire time - manager said it was prob from vents connected to other rooms. He was very nice, but no way to fix beyond Fabreeze, which didn't work more than 30/min at a time. No AC. Room was ~12x14 - beds nice. Love interior brick wall. We didn't cook there, but it had all we needed. Location was fantastic! NY at Christmas is amazing. Would we stay here again? 50/50 in a bind.

The property is in a great location. It’s walkable to Macy’s, Herald Square, and Empire State Building. It is an older building that they remolded. Due to the fact that the rooms have several beds, they are good for families. They also have a kitchenette. My main issue is that it is extremely noisy! I stayed 2 nights and slept poorly. You can hear a great deal. The people above me had a child running around. I could not wait to come home and rest. It reminds me of a college dorm or boarding house. I will not stay again.

This is our second stay and we love the location. We like having a separate bed for our kids instead of shared spaces in a hotel room. The bathroom is small but functional. The only issue we had was noise from above.

The rooms are convenient, however, there are no closets, or No places to put luggage to open. The bathroom sink has no shelf so there is no space to put any toiletries or cosmetics. It could be a-lot cleaner

Excellent location, with subway stations nearby and walkable distance to Empire State, Flatiron, Macy’s and other landmarks. Building is a bit dated, but the unit was super clean and beds were comfortable. A bit noisy at night, but is the price to pay for location. Yulia, the manager, was very helpful and sent follow up emails before and during our trip, so check-in and check-out were easy.

It was okay. Very affordable. A little weird that they didn’t have staff and you had to call a phone number. But it was clean and had what we needed. Great location. Mattress needs to be up graded.

This property was right in the middle of the city. It was in walking distance to so many things as well as the subway. It was a very safe area, the room was definitely small but was great for our stay. The owner stayed on constant communication when needed and corrected the tv issue immediately! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the city for a good time near the nightlife. My family really enjoyed this cozy room! I will definitely stay again when I return.

The hotel’s location is convenient, but everything else—building, staff, and room conditions—was absolutely terrible. We checked in on Christmas Eve, only to find that the room looked nothing like what was advertised. It was extremely small, with barely enough space for the beds, and had a suffocating mildew smell due to the lack of ventilation. The only airflow came from a window without a screen. The room was filthy and unpleasant. Pillows were stained yellow, the bathroom lacked a fan and had black mold in the bathtub, and several cabinets were broken. Many areas were simply unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. After discovering these issues, I contacted Expedia to report the situation, and they reached out to the host. When I went to the “office” to follow up, it was dark, and it seemed like they were deliberately avoiding me. We ultimately left and booked a different hotel instead. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property.

Yulia was great and stayed in communication regarding all aspects of the stay. The property was charming and there was enough sleeping accommodations for 5 people comfortably. The location was safe and security was on-site and aware every time we passed through. We checked in after midnight and had 0 issues and checked out similarly without. The location was midtown and made access to tour easy. There were also no homeless lingering around the property which we did see throughout many areas along our travel which was also reassuring. Many local places to eat and shop close by.

The location was safe and security was on-site and aware every time we passed through. We checked in after midnight and had 0 issues and checked out similarly without. The location was midtown and made access to tour easy. There were also no homeless lingering around the property which we did see throughout many areas along our travel which was also reassuring. Many local places to eat and shop close by.

Great location to get around NYC and great price. Would’ve liked to have more secure locks on the doors. Also more towels on the room when 3 people are staying. Will definitely stay here again.

Within walking distance of Penn Station, The Empire State Buildings and various Subway Routes to reach most of the other NYC landmarks. Plenty of Dining and Entertainment options nearby.The rooms are small but that is to be expected for NYC studio apartments.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in NYC. This property was centrally located, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will stay here again.

Rooms very different oh photos to reality but was idea for our needs .The towels we were given on arrival didn’t smell clean.People were very helpful when I contacted with questions before .There is a coffee/ donut shop next door which was brilliant for getting coffees to have in morning before coming .It was very close to subway and about fifteen minutes walk from Times Square .

Buona per giovani che vogliono risparmiare. Pessima per famiglie. Richiede una importante capacità di adattamento. Posizione splendida, ma è poco più di un ostello. Camere picolissime e pulizia inesistente, solo al check in e al check out, per il resto bisogna arrangiarsi, o pagarla a parte.

Piccolo monolocale in ottima posizione!! Un po' rumoroso (non tanto per il traffico, ma per gli impianti nel bagno), ma gestiscono la situazione fornendo dei tappi direttamente nella camera. Lo consiglio, soprattutto a chi ha pochi giorni a disposizione e vuole godersi la città senza perdere tempo in spostamenti.

A little tricky to check in (go into the building, pass the reception desk, and go to office number 2) and staff wasn’t in the office every time I needed them. Otherwise, the room was clean and as described and the location was perfect for my needs
