Das Hotel ist ein Traum! Tolle Einrichtung, sehr geschmackvoll. Der Indoorpool ist richtig cool und man kann sich selbst die Sauna anmachen. Da Nebensaison ist, haben wir jeden Morgen das Frühstück vorgegeben bekommen - aber es war trotzdem sehr lecker. Nur ein Hinweis: ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen.

Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool is super clean. The decorations are clean and elegant. The food was amazing. Will stay again!

We spent 6 nights at Tropical Hideaway and we absolutely loved it. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the facility is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't have a rental car as planned, but there were things to do and see in the immediate area within walking distance. There were many restaurants close by and we also ate at the hotel several times because the food, while not traditionally Korean, was delicious. It was a nice surprise to be able to see the Jeju women divers right outside our window one morning! Much better than the tourist "show" that is available! The large infinity pool was heated to a perfect temperature as was the smaller soaking pool. The sauna was small but big enough for two and the lounging cabanas were very comfortable. There were only a couple of things that would have made our stay even better. 1) Since we didn't have a vehicle, a washer and dryer would have been great. 2) The mattress was rock hard. Literally. It makes sense since Koreans, in general, prefer a firm surface for sleeping but after 6 nights, our backs were screaming. It might be nice to have the option of a softer mattress topper if needed. 3) It isn't possible to get anything other than coffee, tea, or water with the included breakfast. That is probably not an issue for most people but, personally, I don't drink any of those things so having an option to purchase juice or a chocolate latte would have been welcome. Overall, we LOVED our stay and will return!!

The hotel & room has a very tropical vibe especially the indoor and outdoor pool. The room has an excellent unblock view of the ocean with an added bonus of a sunrise view. So far this is the only hotel i come across that include free breakfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay in the southwest of Jeju Island. Very close to attractions on the east and south (Seogwipo) areas. There's a charging station in the parking lot. You will need a car though, makes travelling in this part of the island a lot easier. Staff are lovely and very friendly. Continental breakfast was my highlight each morning - delicious and healthy.

Overall this hotel was very beautiful. Absolutely loved our room with the ocean view. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very delicious. Having a parking lot and the convenient store & restaurants nearby was very convenient. The only thing that I think the hotel can improve on is the refrigerator in the room because ours didn't work. I also think it would be helpful to have a 24 hour front desk service for early check-out & late check-in.

Large room, unique design, indoor-outdoor pool with sunroom and balcony. View from the room was priceless taken by two brothers island and pod of dolphins. Luxury breakfast, excellent restaurant. Hiking trails right at the hotel. We loved the place!

매우 즐거운 경험을 선사하는 아름답고 편안한 만족할만한 숙소입니다. 뷰는 최고 수준! 1층 카페에서의 조식도 아름다운 온수풀도 만족. 작은 흠이라면 소음방지 미흡, 수영장 샤워부스 배수문제로 물이 잘 빠지지 않는 점만 개선하면 완벽한 숙소일 듯.

호텔이라기보다 1층카페와 실내 풀과 풀사이드바가 있는 펜션느낌니다 천장이 노출천장인데 얼룩이져서 분위기 깨고. 바디로션은 없어요 .그러나 침대 매트리스도 좋고 분위기도 이뻐요 커플이 같이 수영하고 쉰다면 만족할듯요

Great boutique hotel with a lovely view. Great breakfast and pool and overall well appointed. The room however is extremely dusty and the bed is so very firm it’s not at all comfortable. I am used to very firm ‘Asian style’ mattresses but this takes hard to a new level.

인터넷으로 본거보다 훨씬 좋은 숙소였고 좋았습니당! 하지만 냉장고에 있는 제품들 유통기한 확인 다시 한번 부탁드려요~~~^^

I came back this year after my initial visit, and had a great time again! Great location, clean room w/ great views and quality amenities, nice swimming pool, kind and courteous staff, good foods, and many more. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel design is impressive, but I feel it's not managed well, making it seem a bit worn. The pictures look much better than the actual situation. The sea view is lovely, but there’s no staff available after around 8 or 9 PM, which raises concerns about security. I believe hotel management could be improved. While free breakfast is provided, there are only two options available. I believe the hotel rates are too high.

Cozy room with amazing view of the ocean. Very relaxing atmosphere and easy access to indoor/outdoor pool. Toilet room could be a bit more private for my liking but otherwise room is great. Love the tub on the balcony.

Very nice hotel. The room we stayed at was very nice. The decor was very luxurious. We enjoyed the terrace. Views were amazing of the 2 brother islands. There should be more signage from the parking lot to show where the reception is. There is no 24hr desk. Staff was very kind and polite. Free breakfast was well done. The area around it is a bit dead, but that was alright since we drove in anyways.

가족여행으로 4박 묶었습니다. 방 크기며 테라스 그리고 욕조까지 아주 큼직하고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 바닷가 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔이라서 바다 전망도 아주 좋았구요. 아침 조식은 2가지가 번갈아 가며 나오는데 스프부터 과일까지 아주 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셔서 편안하고 즐겁운 시간 보냈습니다. 다음에 다시 찾아가고 싶은 호텔로 강추해 드립니다.

Amazing hotel. Cosy room with stunning view! Location wise is out of the place however not regretting it. Being greet by the beautiful sea view. Staffs are super helpful especially for solo travelers like me. Appreciated this stay.

Tucked away in the corner of Jeju island, the hotel is a gem, offering unblocked view of the sea. Nice terrace with tub. Confortable room and bed. Heated floor and heated pool. Loved it a lot!

I can’t rave enough about this hotel. Amazing location, super friendly staff, delicious food, and the private bathtub on the balcony was fantastic. I will definitely return to this hotel in my next trip to Jeju. Highly recommend.

Starting with the positives: the property has a wonderful, secluded location, the name "hideaway" is truly fitting. This part of Jeju was the one we liked the most - wishing we had stayed in this area for all of our trip. Both the room and the pool area were great, stylish and nicely executed. The food at the cafe was mostly great (really loved the burgers), but avoid the avocado toast if you expect an Australian level. Breakfast was also great and the lady serving us was really friendly and accommodating when we had to leave fast. As for the negatives: it felt like some of the staff could not live up to the expectations "set" by the facilities (and the price we paid). There were a few smaller things we found a bit weird, but we really did not like one incident: after finishing dinner in the cafe and already on our way to the elevator, one staff member demanded us to return our tray to the counter. We did not know then that this was expected (and also found it a bit surprising given the overall positioning of the hotel) but wouldn't have minded if we had been gently reminded to do it the next time. Staff requesting a paying guest to walk back for this instead of just taking care of it themselves is not acceptable in our view.

The hotel design is impressive, but I feel it's not managed well, making it seem a bit worn. The pictures look much better than the actual situation. The sea view is lovely, but there’s no staff available after around 8 or 9 PM, which raises concerns about security. I believe hotel management could be improved. While free breakfast is provided, there are only two options available. I believe the hotel rates are too high.

Lovely place to stay in the southwest of Jeju Island. Very close to attractions on the east and south (Seogwipo) areas. There's a charging station in the parking lot. You will need a car though, makes travelling in this part of the island a lot easier. Staff are lovely and very friendly. Continental breakfast was my highlight each morning - delicious and healthy.

Tucked away in the corner of Jeju island, the hotel is a gem, offering unblocked view of the sea. Nice terrace with tub. Confortable room and bed. Heated floor and heated pool. Loved it a lot!

Stayed for 4 nights, breakfast is either egg Benedict or French toast served on alternate days, will be better if there is more variety. I can’t rave enough about this hotel. Amazing location, super friendly staff, delicious food, and the private bathtub on the balcony was fantastic. I will definitely return to this hotel in my next trip to Jeju. Highly recommend.

We spent 6 nights at Tropical Hideaway and we absolutely loved it. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the facility is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't have a rental car as planned, but there were things to do and see in the immediate area within walking distance. There were many restaurants close by and we also ate at the hotel several times because the food, while not traditionally Korean, was delicious. It was a nice surprise to be able to see the Jeju women divers right outside our window one morning! Much better than the tourist "show" that is available! The large infinity pool was heated to a perfect temperature as was the smaller soaking pool. The sauna was small but big enough for two and the lounging cabanas were very comfortable. There were only a couple of things that would have made our stay even better. 1) Since we didn't have a vehicle, a washer and dryer would have been great. 2) The mattress was rock hard. Literally. It makes sense since Koreans, in general, prefer a firm surface for sleeping but after 6 nights, our backs were screaming. It might be nice to have the option of a softer mattress topper if needed. 3) It isn't possible to get anything other than coffee, tea, or water with the included breakfast. That is probably not an issue for most people but, personally, I don't drink any of those things so having an option to purchase juice or a chocolate latte would have been welcome. Overall, we LOVED our stay and will return!!

Newly renovated cute hotel with fancy decors, nice features, like the infinity pool and huge bathtub on the balcony. Complimentary American style breakfast is certainly a plus to the great overall experience.

I stayed with my husband for one night only at Tropical Hideaway but we wish that we stayed longer because the property was beautiful. Location: It was located in the southeast of Jeju Island and we stayed here while exploring the southern part of Jeju. The closest attractions was a 15-30+ minute drive. The property was right on the coastline. There was a small walking pathway across the hotel that people would walk/ run along in the morning/ evening. There was a KBBQ spot next to the hotel and other small accommodations. Staff: Hotel staff was friendly and spoke enough English. Property: The hotel was clean and stylish. They sold cute hats. They had free parking. Food: Breakfast was included in our stay and they offer 2 different meals to choose from when we checked in. The food was great (I got the eggs Benedict with yogurt, fruits, salad, juice, and tea/ coffee). The view from the lobby/ dining area overlooked the beautiful ocean. Room: The room was clean, large and had an amazing view of the ocean with a tub in the balcony and a sofa next to the sliding door. Amenities: They had standard amenities in the bathroom. They had a moderate size fridge with water/ juice provided. We loved the CD/ audio player in the room. Bed: The beds/ sheets were comfy and soft. They were thoughtful in covering sharp corners.
