In stanza c'era un odore terribile, che abbiamo capito venisse dallo scarico della doccia. Faceva davvero molto freddo in camera. L'idea dell'hotel è carina ma il personale è molto scortese e poco disponibile, credo che per il prezzo pagato il personale dovrebbe essere formato meglio. Mi riferisco al fatto che nella stanza non ci fosse il phon (al contrario di quanto mostrato nel sito web) e quando siamo andati in reception a chiederlo nessuno sapeva come risolvere, ci è stato solo risposto che purtroppo a volte li rubano e che ci avrebbero fatto sapere dopo un'ora (molto scocciati). Dopo un'ora non ci hanno chiamati e siamo tornati in reception: un'altra persona ci ha parlato (anche lei scocciata) e nel giro di un secondo ha aperto l'armadietto dove venivano tenuti i phon di scorta. Al che le abbiamo fatto notare che aspettavamo da un'ora una cosa per cui ci voleva un secondo, la risposta è stata "prima non avete chiesto a me". La mancanza del phon non sarebbe un problema così enorme (anche se le temperature esterne sono basse), è la maleducazione che fa meritare un voto basso. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo tentato di dire alla reception che probabilmente c'era un problema con lo scarico: nessuna risposta o scusa, considerato che abbiamo dormito una notte con l'odore di fogna in camera. Su 21 notti di luna di miele, questa è stata decisamente la peggiore. Non sprecate i soldi, andate piuttosto al Clear Sky Grand Canyon.

Bella esperienza: mi aspettavo che il resort fosse all’interno del Grand Canyon e più lontano dalla civiltà ma così non è stato. Alle 5 della mattina la luce entra dalla porta.

Our check-in at Clear Sky Resort–Grand Canyon went smoothly. Tijan assisted us and was very friendly and welcoming. Staying in a dome was definitely a unique experience. The dome was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the swing was a fun addition. The night sky was amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. There was also a small refrigerator in the room, but because the temperature inside the dome was warm, it did not keep our items very cold. Unfortunately, we had an issue with ants coming into the dome during the evening and early morning, which made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We contacted the office twice. The first time, someone came and swept the ants out, but they returned. The staff told us that we could move to another dome if the problem happened again. When we reported the ants a second time, someone came and sprayed the area instead of moving us. The ants did not return immediately, so we assumed the spray had worked. However, they came back later after we were already tired and settling in for the night. Overall, the concept is unique, and the night sky is beautiful, but in my opinion, the stay was not worth the amount of money we paid. It felt like we were mostly paying for the experience rather than the comfort and level of service expected from a resort. Guests should understand that they are staying at their own risk. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion.
