House was perfect and as pictured and described. The only thing I would recommend is trimming the tress around the deck and replacing the picnic table on the water front. Overall was a great house and would definitely recommend in the future, great location on the river for floating or just hanging out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is much steeper than it appears in photos which was very troublesome since we went with elderly grandparents and small children. Its like a steep rocky hill from house to water. Had we known, we would've gotten another house with at least some steps or something for the grandparents. A drinking cup had mold in it, you can't turn the AC down past 72, a sleeper sofa had a note to use the other one, but that one was broken too, the kayak lock was broken and we couldn't use them the first day which was the only good weather day, the shower curtain rings were busted so it was hard to shower without getting water was not a pleasant stay. The management company was nice enough but only fixed the kayak situation.

Just great communication from the Property Management Team throughout. Property is as shown on the Internet. Beautiful place!
