Excellent property. Plan to stay here again. Location couldn’t be better. Walk to restaurants, nature trails, bike rentals. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Beautiful treed property..quiet and clean. 30 minutes from Jacksonville airport. On site pool and tennis courts. nature pond on site. Owner very responsive. Great enclosed patio for morning coffee or evening drink.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Our girls loved the community pool, the trees provided some nice shade and break from the sun. Brittany provided beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the wrap around porch, played many hours of Monopoly out there. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Brittany was quick with answering our questions. Great vacation and many memories made.

Place was just as stated. Comfortable, clean, and basics for a nice stay. Loved the beach accessories (wagon, chairs, and umbrella plus more) Decent walk to the beach along the road (skip the path as overgrown and scary). Kitchen was well equipped for light meals. Plates are microwaveable. Brittany was quick to respond to questions. Loved the porch. Pool is amazing. Central location. Only drawback is 3 flights up (but knew that). Would stay again. Lovely island with great places to eat and shops to explore.

We were very pleased with the condo and loved the huge screened porch and the bikes that came with the condo. The Amelia Landings resort is very quiet and wooded and the resort pool is large and well landscaped. Brittany was an excellent host.

Brittany’s property was wonderful for our first family trip. The huge porch was our favorite part, perfect for coffee in the morning and cold drinks at night. Our son loved the community pool, the trees provided some nice shade and break from the sun. The provided beach chars, beach wagon, sand toys and pool noodles were so nice, especially as we flew and couldn’t bring our own. All future renters should be aware it is on the 3rd floor, so there are a lot of stairs. In our experience, it was way easier to drive to the beach than take the beach “path” from the complex. It was not marked, making it difficult to find and then hard to navigate with broken slats throughout especially with a toddler and a lot of beach gear. Overall was a wonderful first family vacation and a lot of memories were made!

We LOVED this unit. The living area was spacious, bedrooms were a decent size, and it was nice having two bathrooms. I loved the way the rooms were decorated...it just added to the restful environment. As other reviewers mentioned, the wrap-around porch was amazing! The fans make it more comfortable out there even when its hot. There is a light switch inside that needs to be turned on in order for the remotes for the fans to work, though, which it took us a couple of days to figure out. The collapsible wagon was wonderful for carting everything to the beach. The path is not in great repair, but the wagon made it over even the rough patches. It was so much nicer to walk in the shade of the path than in the hot sun of the streets to get to the beach. The entire compound was very quiet, and the pool is large. The ONLY downside, which has been mentioned by others, is that the dishes are not microwave safe. I'm guessing the owners didn't realize that when they bought them because the kitchen is wonderfully stocked otherwise. There are a lot of pots and pans, including cookie sheets and a muffin tin. And they even had sharp kitchen knives! Such a treat! We plan to stay again.

Two couples greatly enjoyed our Amelia Island getaway. The description should have listed that it was a full three flights of stairs to the unit, no elevator, not sure it would have deterred us, but that should have been shared. The highlight of the home is the grand porch, perfect for meals and games. (Fake plants need to go and the dishes should be upgraded to glass) but the unit is well equipped and the hostess was extremely responsive. A few blocks from the beach, we found the location quite convenient.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we loved it again! The only drawback is having to drag stuff up all those stairs to the 3rd floor. But I love the layout of the condo, the way it's decorated, and the wrap-around screen porch. The wagon that's available to take stuff to the beach is also really helpful. I'd highly recommend this place.

Property tucked away in a scenic surrounding off Sadler Road. Central island location convenient to everything. Beach can be reached in minutes by foot. Cozy and comfortable villa located on the third floor. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs as three flights of stairs need to be climbed to get to the villa.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is good. The condo was as described. Den and kitchen were a nice size and clean. The screened porch was nice as well. Brittany was an awesome host and very responsive!! Bathrooms could use more attention in cleaning and updating showers. Beach supplies were as described and appreciated. The beach path is pretty "off road", narrow, and overgrown. Recommend taking the sidewalk on the main road if walking to the beach. It is a short walk, and we did it with two kids and beach gear. Stores and restaurants nearby are great. We enjoyed Fort Clinch and the historic downtown as well. Everything is a short drive on the island. If you use Google maps to arrive, it will take you back into a neighborhood. It is easier to turn at the Amelia Landings sign which is after you pass Danuci\'s and across the street from the Springhill Suites. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return!

The condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Being on the uppermost floor, the porch gave us the feel of being in a treehouse, while also being protected from the bugs and rain. Rooms were cozy and nice. Overall, a great value and worthwhile investment for getting a good experience at Fernandina Beach.

A nice clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Easy to find even in the dark. Great coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Close to a lot of local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be looking to book again if we return to Amelia Island.

The condo was nice and had a good open floor plan. The outdoor porch was huge and amazing. The walk to beach was not bad and more than half of the walk was shaded which was really nice.

Great cozy getaway near the beach! There is an entrance on Sadler Rd that does not come up on Google maps, right across from Hampton Inn. The beach is .5 miles off, and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beds are comfy and the condo is situated in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great spot for couples, or small families. Loved the large outdoor screened in deck!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is good. The condo was as described. Den and kitchen were a nice size and clean. The screened porch was nice as well. Brittany was an awesome host and very responsive!! Bathrooms could use more attention in cleaning and updating showers. Beach supplies were as described and appreciated. The beach path is pretty "off road", narrow, and overgrown. Recommend taking the sidewalk on the main road if walking to the beach. It is a short walk, and we did it with two kids and beach gear. Stores and restaurants nearby are great. We enjoyed Fort Clinch and the historic downtown as well. Everything is a short drive on the island. If you use Google maps to arrive, it will take you back into a neighborhood. It is easier to turn at the Amelia Landings sign which is after you pass Danuci\'s and across the street from the Springhill Suites. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Our girls loved the community pool, the trees provided some nice shade and break from the sun. Brittany provided beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the wrap around porch, played many hours of Monopoly out there. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Brittany was quick with answering our questions. Great vacation and many memories made.

Place was just as stated. Comfortable, clean, and basics for a nice stay. Loved the beach accessories (wagon, chairs, and umbrella plus more) Decent walk to the beach along the road (skip the path as overgrown and scary). Kitchen was well equipped for light meals. Plates are microwaveable. Brittany was quick to respond to questions. Loved the porch. Pool is amazing. Central location. Only drawback is 3 flights up (but knew that). Would stay again. Lovely island with great places to eat and shops to explore.

We were very pleased with the condo and loved the huge screened porch and the bikes that came with the condo. The Amelia Landings resort is very quiet and wooded and the resort pool is large and well landscaped. Brittany was an excellent host.

Two couples greatly enjoyed our Amelia Island getaway. The description should have listed that it was a full three flights of stairs to the unit, no elevator, not sure it would have deterred us, but that should have been shared. The highlight of the home is the grand porch, perfect for meals and games. (Fake plants need to go and the dishes should be upgraded to glass) but the unit is well equipped and the hostess was extremely responsive. A few blocks from the beach, we found the location quite convenient.

We had a great experience staying at this Condo and Brittany was very easy to work with. A 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina, which is full of great restaurants and stores, and a short walk to beach access and great restaurants. The Condo comes stocked with all of your beach necessities, and the in-unit washer and drier made the stay that much better. The patio was incredible, as other reviews had mentioned, and offered lots of peace being high up in the trees. It felt like a true escape! Be sure to check out DeNucci’s ice cream! Cannot wait till we can return!

We really enjoyed the location and the corner veranda was wonderful. Only suggestion, the kitchen tableware was scarce, only service for four, plates and flatware. We ran the dishwasher more often or we washed dishes after each meal. There were no plates that were microwave safe. They really need microwave dishes with lids. We had to request paper products for more than a week.

Excellent property. Plan to stay here again. Location couldn’t be better. Walk to restaurants, nature trails, bike rentals. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Beautiful treed property..quiet and clean. 30 minutes from Jacksonville airport. On site pool and tennis courts. nature pond on site. Owner very responsive. Great enclosed patio for morning coffee or evening drink.

Great cozy getaway near the beach! There is an entrance on Sadler Rd that does not come up on Google maps, right across from Hampton Inn. The beach is .5 miles off, and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beds are comfy and the condo is situated in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great spot for couples, or small families. Loved the large outdoor screened in deck!!

Our stay @ the Amelia Is. Getaway was very nice. The living space is comfortable and the large screened in porch area was peaceful, when warm enough to seat outside. The location is great and convenient to see all areas of Fernandina Beach and the island. The Egan Creek Greenway access is right across the road. You can walk to some restaurants and the historic downtown area is 10 min. By car. Easy walk to nearby Beach access . If you hv beach chairs etc., some of the beach access areas have parking.

Property tucked away in a scenic surrounding off Sadler Road. Central island location convenient to everything. Beach can be reached in minutes by foot. Cozy and comfortable villa located on the third floor. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs as three flights of stairs need to be climbed to get to the villa.

The condo was nice and had a good open floor plan. The outdoor porch was huge and amazing. The walk to beach was not bad and more than half of the walk was shaded which was really nice.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we loved it again! The only drawback is having to drag stuff up all those stairs to the 3rd floor. But I love the layout of the condo, the way it's decorated, and the wrap-around screen porch. The wagon that's available to take stuff to the beach is also really helpful. I'd highly recommend this place.

My husband & I stayed at this property for 2 weeks & we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was very clean & quiet. The location is great - close to the beach but set back from the road. Lots to do in the area. Our favourite part of the condo was the screened in porch. We ate a late breakfast there every day of our stay & most of our evening meals too. It was our first time to Amelia Island but we will definitely be back in the future.

A nice clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Easy to find even in the dark. Great coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Close to a lot of local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be looking to book again if we return to Amelia Island.
