Absolutely love this property! Gorgeous views, excellent amenities, quiet neighborhood. Loved that it has a private pool and hot tub and outdoor deck areas to relax. Mgmt company was very responsive to any questions. Would love to stay here again. Thanks for a great time.

Views out every window, in a quiet neighborhood, in easy driving distance to everything wonderful. We loved being on this side of Sedona. The pool and hot tub are dreamy. The home is clean and beautifully decorated, with many special touches. It has a wine fridge, wet bar, and large kitchen fridge—so many extras and space to spread out for entertaining on a perfect vacation.

Clean, comfortable, spacious home. Every detail considered and covered. Beautiful zen-like backyard with wonderful pool and outdoor seating/entertainment area. Perfect location just south of bustling Sedona. Walk through the quiet neighborhood to the Church of the Holy Cross attraction. Also near Bell Rock, The Courthouse Butte and Cathedral Rock for quick & easy access to hikes & biking in those areas. Would definitely stay here again.

great location out of the chaos of downtown Sedona, but close enough to access all the fun! Clean, comfy, great pool - excellent retreat for a family. Process was smooth and communication was stellar. Also, within walking distance to Cathedral Rock.

The house is gorgeous, with huge windows, mountain views, pool, hot tub, and game/tv room. There was so much space for a family stay. It was very clean - the master bath looked brand new.It was a great location with restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive, and some great hikes within 10-15 minutes as well.Great location to get to

Our group really enjoyed the vacation rental- the location was ideal- only a few mins drive from uptown Sedona and close to many hikes. There was enough room in the house for 8 of us to be spread out comfortably. The pool table was a huge hit. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking gear and everything labeled well. The views are amazing. The pool looked great, though we couldn’t really use it as it was still cold in March. I’ve already told a lot of my friends about this rental and would stay again. Thanks for the comfortable, well appointed house.

We were thrilled with our vacation home in Sedona. The home had a lot of “hidden gem” surprises indoors and out. We had plenty of room for the six adults in our party, including at the large kitchen table. We loved the multiple outdoor patio spaces and the game room.

This reviews by any means no exaggeration. This was my first time visiting Sedona, it was my wife's second trip, her first trip was 20 years ago. I booked the house with the priority being a pool. The check in process was very simple & quick. When we arrived we were very surprised. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. The house is beautiful, clean & spacious. Everything, and I mean everything you will need for your stay short of food is provided in the house. The kitchen has clean modern appliances, a ton of dishes, glasses & cups. The washer & dryer are new and work great. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was super comfy & the room was spacious. The pool was fun and the backyard was very well manicured. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is located about 2 miles outside of downtown Sedona, perfectly located away from the hustle & bustle. We hiked up to the Chapel of The Holy Cross Church which is about 1 1/2 miles away (it's a must see) & went on one of the hiking trails nearby. What else can I say about this property?? The owners were very attentive and hospitable during our stay. We will definitely be coming back, but this time with family. Rent this property, you won't be disappointed!!! pool.

Spacious and spotless house with lots of room for parents and two adult children to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and two living spaces. Only two glitches were outdoor pool wasn't pre-heated as requested and ceiling in loft area developed a slight leak after 24-hours of rain. Both issues were very quickly addressed by property manager, who was very polite and professional. Thank you!

This vacation was an incredible experience for the three of us. The house was incredible - just incredible and would rent it again without a doubt. It was fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The house was immaculate in every room. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice. The ouside appearance of the house was breathtaking as well as the neighborhood. Our entire vacation from start to finsh was beyond a fabulous experience. Thank you!!

This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.

We enjoyed our stay in the home we rented. The house was spacious, air conditioned, tastefully decorated and had all the necessary conveniences to make our stay comfortable except for one -- a working can opener. An electric opener would have been preferable to the difficult manual one. Also we couldn't close the corner lazy-susan cupboard once we opened it. Sorry! The neighborhood was peaceful and pretty. We were pleased with our selection. We loved the stained glass windows, the large round kitchen table, the multiple tvs, the pool table and the outdoor patio and pool.

We didn’t get to stay the entire time as we had a family emergency but we will return. The pool with waterfall was beautiful and refreshing. The views were gorgeous and walking the neighborhood was quiet and full of natural beauty. The house had plenty of room to host a larger group and was equipped with all you’d need.

My husband and I spent a long weekend with another couple. Large well equipped kitchen and plenty of rooms to spread out and relax. Pool and spa were great! Sunset, night views from balcony, red rocks right outside our windows! Close to town but far enough away - garage and driveway parking was ample.

The check in process was very simple & quick. When we arrived we were very surprised. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. The house is beautiful, clean & spacious. Everything, and I mean everything you will need for your stay short of food is provided in the house. The kitchen has clean modern appliances, a ton of dishes, glasses & cups. The washer & dryer are new and work great. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was super comfy & the room was spacious. The pool was fun and the backyard was very well manicured. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is located about 2 miles outside of downtown Sedona, perfectly located away from the hustle & bustle. We hiked up to the Chapel of The Holy Cross Church which is about 1 1/2 miles away (it's a must see) & went on one of the hiking trails nearby. What else can I say about this property?? The owners were very attentive and hospitable during our stay. We will definitely be coming back, but this time with family. Rent this property, you won't be disappointed!!! pool.

Spacious and spotless house with lots of room for parents and two adult children to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and two living spaces. Only two glitches were outdoor pool wasn't pre-heated as requested and ceiling in loft area developed a slight leak after 24-hours of rain. Both issues were very quickly addressed by property manager, who was very polite and professional. Thank you!

Home is in a perfect location within a couple of miles of the Sedona shopping and restaurants. Everything in the house is well done and comfortable. The back yard is beautiful & private. We ate in one night and found the kitchen well stocked. Had a minor issue with the kitchen faucet and the management company communicated well regarding the repair. Overall excellent home

The house is even nicer than the pictures indicate. It’s in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We were there for my daughter’s convalescence, so we stayed put—but never tired of the pool and comfortable setting. The kitchen in fun to use. Through no fault of the owners, there was a glitch at check in—the previous tenants were very late checking out, but John and his housekeepers made sure we could get in without losing a day. Can’t imagine a more lovely place to spend time.

This property exceeded our expectations! Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Sedona. Beautiful home that was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was fantastic. Would definitely rent again if in the area. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Our entire week in Arizona was amazing and having this property as a home base for our family was crucial. This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.

First time visiting Sedona and logistically excellent place to stay and convenient to visit many of the sites around Sedona. The location was just North of Village of Oak Creek and adjacent to Bell Rock and Cathedral sites. Excellent facility for us!!

The house is gorgeous, with huge windows, mountain views, pool, hot tub, and game/tv room. There was so much space for a family stay. It was very clean - the master bath looked brand new.It was a great location with restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive, and some great hikes within 10-15 minutes as well.Great location to get to

We enjoyed our stay in the home we rented. The house was spacious, air conditioned, tastefully decorated and had all the necessary conveniences to make our stay comfortable except for one -- a working can opener. An electric opener would have been preferable to the difficult manual one. Also we couldn't close the corner lazy-susan cupboard once we opened it. Sorry! The neighborhood was peaceful and pretty. We were pleased with our selection. We loved the stained glass windows, the large round kitchen table, the multiple tvs, the pool table and the outdoor patio and pool.

This was for an annual ladies trip. We really enjoyed our stay the Indian Cliff Getaway. We relaxed, paddled around in the heated pool and hiked the nearby trails.We even created a couple of really excellent meals using the beautiful industrial grade gas stove.

My husband and I spent a long weekend with another couple. Large well equipped kitchen and plenty of rooms to spread out and relax. Pool and spa were great! Sunset, night views from balcony, red rocks right outside our windows! Close to town but far enough away - garage and driveway parking was ample.

We were thrilled with our vacation home in Sedona. The home had a lot of “hidden gem” surprises indoors and out. We had plenty of room for the six adults in our party, including at the large kitchen table. We loved the multiple outdoor patio spaces and the game room.

During our 3 person for 3 night stay at this location in Sedona, there was a less than expected quality of our place for the price. The overall house was technically clean to a standard, but when we first arrived the white couches and furniture in the front room was very dingy and soiled. As were all the rugs in the place from entrances to bathrooms. We went to then unfold the beach towels from being in the spa, it unmasked how soiled they were. The towels had been folded and put away above the washer/ dryer with stains, crusty bird poop, etc.The master bedroom had older dark stains all over the light colored carpet, that hadn’t been treated at all. These we communicated to the Casago team over text with images. The master bathroom had no washcloths, bath towels, and zero doors which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. We had to announce when we would be showering/toileting, so no one would get surprised. The pool outback was not working. Upon arrival one of the guests got a random phone call from our home state area code to confirm someone would be by the next day for a “service”… The next day we went into town and when we returned it was evident there had been someone in the pool area without our knowledge from the Casago team. Was someone there to fix the pool? We never heard from the team and the pool wasn’t fixed/circulating so it was very grimy along the lining. Between all these instances plus the added indoor bugs we left a day early and headed to a hotel.

Absolutely amazing, that’s all we can say about this great house with tons of room with every amenity you’ll ever need. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The waterfall just added to it. The Hot tub was great and it was just outside of the master bedroom just down the outdoor stairway with great lighting everywhere. The kitchen was wonderful, and totally stocked as far as pans, dishes, and everything you would need. The kitchen table is huge. It could easily hold eight people. It was just my wife and me for eight days, and it was very hard to leave. The house would be very comfortable for two couples with children. The house was located in a beautiful area as soon as you get into Sedona, there’s a beautiful drive from there into the city of Sedona, not too far but the scenery on the way is absolutely amazing. Overall, my wife and I 100% recommend this house to anybody who would love to get away and relax.
