This place is great: very conveniently located walking distance to the beach and airport. The room was clean and had air conditioning and WiFi. You could see animals right out the door including an iguana in the garden area, scarlet macaw flying overhead and a sloth down the road. Great price. Will be back!

Only if you need stay one night. No tv, no parking. Very close to Puerto Jimenez and airport

The kitchen was great and the staff were friendly

We stayed at Cabanas Tropicales before and after our overnight stay in Corcovado. The owner and manager were both very kind and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage here while we were trekking in the park. The location is great. Close to the beach and good restaurants and only a short walk to town. The room is basic with air con and a fan and they offer hot water in the shower if you want it. Simple kitchen to use if you need with free coffee and tea. The grounds are beautiful. Many flowers and plants. Lots of birds in the area. It feels like an oasis. Highly recommend this place for a simple and affordable place to land while in Jimenez.

Juan Carlos is very friendly and helpful took care of us and immediately upon arrival gave us a cold coconut filled with coconut water. Juan gets an A . Rooms slighty sketchy, within walking distance to a few restaurants near the water. Gary from Colorado 07/06/2024
