Great staff, very friendly and attentive. Really safe area and noise was not an issue in and out of the property. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was nice. Need to add meat to the breakfast bar like sausage, bacon or something. Wish there was a pool.

Terrible element hanging out by fire pit at front of hotel. Was being cat called in front of my kids by bunch of drunks. Charged for parking while Expedia advertised free of charge. Took 30 min to check in - and after longggg drive, last thing I wanted. Door lock DID NOT WORK…when tried calling front desk and went down on 2 different occasions to get different room, no one there! Incessant beeping all night from fire alarm. Did NOT feel safe as woman traveling alone with 2 kids

My family of 3 chose to take refuge here during an ice storm. We were thoroughly impressed during our 4 day stay. Check in and out was super quick and easy. The hotel is in a very convenient location as it is near a mall, Walmart and several eateries. The hotel check all of the boxes for an amazing stay. It is modern, very clean, staff was friendly, and had nice amenities like a fitness room and guest laundry. There was a very nice variety every morning for breakfast. Breakfast was always hot and delicious. We were on the 5th floor. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. It was like a tiny apartment. We loved that we had access to the linen closet so that we could freshen our towels and linens without waiting for service. Staff was always friendly and very accommodating. We were always greeted by a staff member and asked we needed anything and if we were enjoying our stay. The manager gets extra points because on a night they were short staffed- she was making sure her staff had something hot to eat. The bar was closed, but she still was very sweet to fix us flatbread pizzas, wings and fries. We were very impressed by the hospitality and the level of care the staff put into making this a top notch stay for visitors. My family highly recommends this hotel for anyone in the area looking for accomodations.

Room space was small you got to pay for parking and still pay for 200 and some a night its to expensive for a small room and have to pay for parking and i haven't got my deposit back
