The rooms were lovely although we were expecting a downstairs room with a pool view but our rooms were changed and as much as they thought we would like a free upgrade it was compatible for our mum who has mobility issues and we had to wait the next day to get the room changed which wasn’t a pool view and the stairs had no banister for her.

No servizi essenziali in camera: accappatoio, ciabattine etc etc Servizio di pulizia modesto; dopo la pulizia caminando nella camera i piedi si riempivano di sabbia, dimostrando che non era stato spazzato. Bagno inaccettabile: senza porte alla doccia e senza tenda. Praticamente il resto del bagno perennemente bagnato. La piscina una pozzanghera sopra affollata. Lo spazio di mare di fronte all’hotel un fazzoletto minuscolo e superaffollato… con lo spazio d’acqua minimo e ombrelloni e lettini super ammassati; mare lateralmente occupato e delimitato per le barche di servizio per fare sport e giochi d’acqua. Tutto queste offerte per dei prezzi di alta categoria. Salvo solo la colazione e la qualità del ristorante anche se supportato da un servizio scadente. Mi fermo qui perché potrei continuare a scrivere per ore.
