ホテル全体は古く、ゴキブリが出ることがしばしばあった。 また、窓のない部屋だったが、朝になると隣のビル？から大音量でクラブのような音楽が流れるのがうるさかった。 設備も記載されている内容よりも十分ではなかった。 特にスパやボディマッサージは休業なのはやっていなったのが非常に残念だた。 このホテルのみならずおそらくホーチミン市には二度と行かないだろうと思わせる旅行だった。

Shopping/eateries were all within walking distance (20 minutes and under). Hustle & bustle vibe. Hotel needs major renovation work (from rooms to common areas). Bathroom drainage was clogged. Damp smell throughout hotel due to humidity and lack of proper ventilation and air conditioning in common halls. The only redeeming aspects of this hotel were the friendly and responsive staff (English speaking) and the location of the hotel. We were out and about almost the whole day so staying inside the hotel was minimal but for those who want a more "cleaner" feel of their lodging, this would not be the place for you. Breakfast selection were good and offered a variety. For under $100 a night, you get what you pay for in HCM...spend above $100 and you'll get the 4star feeling...spend $200/nite to get the 5star. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

De lobby was niet toegankelijk ivm een verbouwing. Dus ik moest even zoeken naar de receptie. Bij de ingang met een kleine stand was niemand aanwezig. De incheck ging uiteindelijk vlot en snel. Ik verbleef op de 6e verdieping. Toen ik de lift uitstapte rook de gang erg muf. De vloerbedekking zat vol met vlekken en alles oogde oud en toe aan vernieuwing. Eenmaal in de kamer was dit hetzelfde. Alles erg oud en toe aan renovatie. De airconditioning werkte wel, maar lekte om de dag veel water. De beloofde strijkplank en strijkijzer waren niet aanwezig op mijn kamer. Na een telefoontje met de receptie werd deze ook niet geleverd. Ik moest de shirts maar laten wassen en strijken, was het advies. De kamer is niet geluidsdicht. Het uitzicht op de stad was tegenvallend en beperkt. Dat is overigens bij elk hotel in Vietnam altijd maar afwachten. De overige stafleden waren verder wel vriendelijk. Ik kreeg extra waterflesjes. De locatie is fantastisch. Je zit meteen in het hart van District 1. Let op: Weekend is het altijd feest met muziek! Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het gratis ontbijt. Je krijgt hier coupons voor. Het uitchecken ging ook vlot. Toch was mijn ervaring teleurstellend, omdat dit een 4-sterren hotel is. Dat was er niet aan af te zien. Het hotel moet echt grondig gerenoveerd worden. Na renovatie is dit een goede plek om te verblijven.

Facility outdated. The sheets were old need to be replaced. Aside from that I did not have a good experience with the staff. We sat in front of the hotel since the tables were empty. One female staff from the restaurant came and asked if we were staying there we said yes and then two minutes later another one came with the menu. Because we had left over drinks from our walk we did not order. They said we have to sit inside. Yet I saw people sitting that didn't order but no one asked them anything. This is poor customer service, I can understand if the tables were full and we didn't order but this case they were empty, it was unwelcoming. Never staying there or recommending this place.

マッサージがクローズだった

11月に3泊しました、ホーチミンは初めての訪問です。建物は年季が入っていますが、立地の良さと料金を考慮するとコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。毎日の朝食はメニューのローテーションはあまりありませんでしたが私にとっては十分でした。 ホテルライフを求める方には不可ですが次回もホーチミンに来た際は利用しようと思います。

Hotel too old

There was construction, the total the race until I switch the rooms. The air conditioning kept leaking, had to switch another room. But overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the buffet was out of this world.

very good postion centraly located, both if you are here for business or tourism. Simple, clean, good wi-fi and very good breakfast. Attention when you book as cheapest rooms have no windows

I felt that the seasonings tasted a little different. Because of that, I felt that the breakfast wasn't to my liking. The building is old, but the room cleaning and front desk staff were good.The internet and TV were easy to use.

The staffs are pretty nice, very helpful to my mom who partially weak on one of her knees. They male staffs by the door help welcome us back to the hotel every time. They even offered to help carry heavy stufs to our room when we bought big stuffs The room are nice and clean. But compared to the last time I stayed here the room seem more outdated, would need upgrades for example there is no outlet charge phones and other devices near the beds. I have to use the outlets in the bathroom to charge my phone.

街の騒音が聞こえて寝付きが悪い 隣の部屋の音が聞こえる

予約したデラックスダブルルームが普通のツインルームに案内されました。 　後ほど気付きレセプションで予約書を見せ、部屋が違うと言うと部屋のカードキーだけ渡してもらい、自分で移動し部屋のカードキーも取りに来てくれるのでは無く自分で返しに行きましたが、エクスペデアの客は嫌われてるのかと思いました。 　また、セフティボックスが閉じていたので開けてもらうのと再設定方法の説明を依頼したら、セフティボックス近くに脱いであった私の靴が通るのに邪魔になったのか足蹴りにしていました。 　教え方も高圧的でびっくりし、考えられない接客方法でした。 日本では考えられませんが。

We stayed here for the reason of attending to the party at this hotel. We like good breakfast here and staffs at their friendliness so we decided to stay for the rest of our trip. We would like to come back and would recommend to friends and families. Love my Oscar Delux room.

No American coffee at breakfast

We stayed here for the reason of attending to the party at this hotel. We like good breakfast here and staffs at their friendliness so we decided to stay for the rest of our trip. We would like to come back and would recommend to friends and families. Love my Oscar Delux room.

The TV doesn"t work, there's no response when I request it and there's no change in the types of breakfast buffet.
