The hotel itself is lovely and our room as a family of four was spacious and clean. The entertainment team were definitely high energy and the kids loved the water park side of the hotel. We were glad to be based on the quiet side. Limited things to do for teens but happy enough with what was available. Food was decent. Drinks all local brands and high sugar but as expected at an all inclusive. Lots of additional outings available but not much locally. Overall we had a great time.

We stayed in June 25. Family of 5(2 Adults, 3 children). We had a very pleasant stay. Lots of facilities, kids activity centre including the water slides. Lots of food options. Will definitely recommend. 3-5 mins walk to local shops and Migros(grocery store)

Vi er stor familie med 2 voksen og 4 barn, hadde en fantastisk opplevelse i hotelle, suite vår var komfortabel og rent, barna show hverdag, barna aktivitet, flere badeplass, aqupark og inndør barneleke plass, hvor du kan la barna der alena er noe luksus. Kommer siker tilbake.

Hotellet var i topklasse med både værelser, service, mad samt børnevenlige faciliteter. Personalet var meget venlige, fleksible og hurtige til at hjælpe hvis man manglede noget. Eneste minus var høj musik ved pool fra morgen til 23.00.

Wij boekten dit hotel voor enkele dagen. Onze kamer was ruim, maar is vergane glorie en geen 5 sterren waard. Prijs/ kwaliteit is totaal niet in verhouding. Slaapgedeelte zag er nog goed uit, maar badkamers, keuken zagen er onverzorgd uit. Een badkamer stonk naar riool en keukenkastdeuren was kapot en ging scheef. All inclusive was geen 5 sterren, bier was op bij het zwembad en ijstent te vroeg dicht. Buitenrestaurant was eenvoudig. Personeel.deed hij best maar er is te weinig personeel in dit hotel. Ook om het schoon te houden. Overal liggen bekers rondom het zwembad, onder de brug, op de trappen nasr de glijbanen(ruotnook niet fris) ook bovenaan bij de glijbanen gooien mensen hun troep gewoon overal neer. Ik vraag mij af of de waterkwaliteit goed is gezien de helderheid. Te weinig bedjes en rennen s'morgens met je handdoek. Dit hebben win niet gedaan dus alle dagen geen bedje gehad. Very good resort for family, staff was more than helpful. Food was excellent, with ongoing activities. Only one negative which my partner didn’t like is the floor not being hoovered or mopped in the room when they cleaning.

Wir warwn mit der ganzen Famillie 1 Woche da. Die Lage der Hotel ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber sehr teuer. Die Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind aber überfprdert. Das Essen ist swhr vielfältig. Es ist für jeden etwas da. Sauberkeit der Teller und Putzleute könnten sich etwas verbessern. Bei uns wurden nur die Badetücher gewechselt, sonst nichts gemacht. Animation Team bwmüht sich sehr. Besonders die netteDame mit dem Namen "Nur" hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Kellner Mustafa und Birhan waren auch sehr freundlich und fleissig. Barmen Mahir war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an allen.

The rooms although spacious were not clean at all. The floors were filthy and bathroom was never cleaned unless we called reception to have it cleaned. Out of 4 people 3 of us had diarrhoea and vomitting and we did not eat oi-sure until after coming down with this at which point I said enough is enough we’re not eating anymore at the hotel. Everyday we had to ring for shower gel replacements, towels and bedding. It’s as if they could only count to 4 yet 4 of us were booked and staying in the room. Food was very repetitive with a lot of flies around. Pools were decent enough and entertainment good and staff were good but really think about the food and cleanliness if you want to stay there.

The hotel was pristine. Facilities was functional and practical. Staff were friendly and courteous. Lots of Activities for kids. Family friendly. Proximity to the airport was ideal. Spacious room for family with adequate privacy. However, i couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to the excessive smell of nicotine. Better boundaries between smoking and non- smoking rooms has to be establish. The cats parade during lunch & dinner time was too much especially when they jump on dinning tables and chairs. Cat allergic guests might struggle. The kids were fond of the kitten stroking them as they pass by and then going to the food area without washing their hands. Overall lovely time. Plan tonreturn in the nearest future. Viva Antalya

I loved my time there. As it was my brothers birthday they surprised us with a cake which was so cute. Staff were so lovely and friendly. To the people at the reception, bars, waiters and entertainment staff, thank you to everyone who spoke to me and my family. As for the place, the rooms were spacious with a beautiful view and there were many activities at the aqua park.

Service are excellent , staff are friendly and helpful. There is no iron in rooms , you have to ask each time and leave deposit for using it . There is no proper cloth drier in room just small one in balcony and useless. Tea and coffee is very poor quality . Housekeeper ladies are perfect .

We went with 3 kids in half term holidays end of may. Weather was lovely and hotel catered very well for the kids. Food was brilliant a new option every day , variety was amazing and something for everyone. Desserts were also on point. Only 1 downfall was the location of our room as it was near the entertainment area therefore loud music was heard till midnight and kids struggled to doze of. I would recommend to ask in advance for a room away from the entertainment area to get goodnight sleep otherwise it was an amazing experience and hotel is our favourite will defo be going back again

Decent stay. Check in was simple, given my room was next to a car park, would have been nice to have been allowed to bring my car there directly, at least to unload, given I had 2 very small kids. The room was decent, other than some creaky doors. Surrounding facilities were nice, aqua park, pool, food etc all good.

Handdoekpunt ook niet gezien of de handoeken waren op. Kortom wij komrn hier niet meer en geef dit hotel 3 sterren en er meer meer personeel komen. Positief punt, de glijbanen en het kinderhoekje met glijbanen waren erg leuk.
Wij boekten dit hotel voor enkele dagen. Onze kamer was ruim, maar is vergane glorie en geen 5 sterren waard. Prijs/ kwaliteit is totaal niet in verhouding. Slaapgedeelte zag er nog goed uit, maar badkamers, keuken zagen er onverzorgd uit. Een badkamer stonk naar riool en keukenkastdeuren was kapot en ging scheef. All inclusive was geen 5 sterren, bier was op bij het zwembad en ijstent te vroeg dicht. Buitenrestaurant was eenvoudig. Personeel.deed hij best maar er is te weinig personeel in dit hotel. Ook om het schoon te houden. Ich war das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft , dieses Jahr fand ich das Personal überwiegend nett nur am Strand war ein Herr bei der Getränkevergabe, der von Kundenservice nie was gehört hat. Das führte dazu, das wir den Strand gemieden haben.

Couldn’t fault this hotel, booked this on the day we check in as a hotel we previously booked let us down and was nothing but helpful as soon as we arrived. Clean rooms lovely staff and lovely food! Good entertainment, my daughter loved the kids disco. Water slides was a good touch and the heated pool was a bonus for my 7 month olds first time swimming. Will defo be back!

Service are excellent , staff are friendly and helpful. There is no iron in rooms , you have to ask each time and leave deposit for using it . There is no proper cloth drier in room just small one in balcony and useless. Tea and coffee is very poor quality . Housekeeper ladies are perfect .

Reception staff don't understand anything. Dining room staff are always helpful and friendly. Photographers downstairs are so irritating, you say you don't want photos but they follow you to the pool, and take pictures, Dogan says dont go to my friend, come to me. Man in the bag shop downstairs was most friendly.

The hotel was pristine. Facilities was functional and practical. Staff were friendly and courteous. Lots of Activities for kids. Family friendly. Proximity to the airport was ideal. Spacious room for family with adequate privacy. However, i couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to the excessive smell of nicotine. Better boundaries between smoking and non- smoking rooms has to be establish. The cats parade during lunch & dinner time was too much especially when they jump on dinning tables and chairs. Cat allergic guests might struggle. The kids were fond of the kitten stroking them as they pass by and then going to the food area without washing their hands. Overall lovely time. Plan tonreturn in the nearest future. Viva Antalya

The hotel itself is lovely and our room as a family of four was spacious and clean. The entertainment team were definitely high energy and the kids loved the water park side of the hotel. We were glad to be based on the quiet side. Limited things to do for teens but happy enough with what was available. Food was decent. Drinks all local brands and high sugar but as expected at an all inclusive. Lots of additional outings available but not much locally. Overall we had a great time.

We stayed in June 25. Family of 5(2 Adults, 3 children). We had a very pleasant stay. Lots of facilities, kids activity centre including the water slides. Lots of food options. Will definitely recommend. 3-5 mins walk to local shops and Migros(grocery store)

Vi är mycket missnöjda med vår vistelse med detta hotell. Bilderna på hotells.com var vilseledande. Vi hade bokat ett rum som skulle vara 70 kvm men den var inte större än ca 50 kvm. Servicen var dålig, bemanning på personalen var låg. Frukosten var helt och men rätterna till middag och lunch var inte tilltalande. Några hissar var trasiga och de som fungerade kunde man inte nästan inte andas i pga dålig luft. Kändes otäckt att åka hissen.Vi åt på andra resturanger utanför området varje pga den dåliga maten. Det var ofta lång kö i restaurangen och någon dag var det slut på vatten. Solstolarna var upptagna varje dag då många turister lade handdukar på solstolarna tidigt på morgonen. Den ”privata” stranden var gräslig och smutsig. Det var mer en som allmän strand som alla kunde besöka och som inte hade skötts om. Läget på hotellet är mycket dåligt och avlägset. Finns inte mycket i området så man behöver åka längre bort mot stan för att besöka restauranger och för shoppning. Vi är mycket besvikna på detta vistelse. Det var verkligen inte prisvärt och vi kommer inte besöka detta hotell igen.

Decent stay. Check in was simple, given my room was next to a car park, would have been nice to have been allowed to bring my car there directly, at least to unload, given I had 2 very small kids. The room was decent, other than some creaky doors. Surrounding facilities were nice, aqua park, pool, food etc all good.

The room is Huge, the cocktails are good, the aquapark is great, the food was good. Entertainment in the evening fantastic! We only didn't like the beach, the food was bad and the bar as well. And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around.

I was there for 7 days with my kids. Its a wonder place, everything is top og the top. The cleaning team for us was really service minded. They went the exstra mike for us. The food was really really awesome. I like the way the cook diffrent things out side. But the buffey is allso very awesome. Overall i will be back next sommer.
