Bella Sirena BA 505 As Good As It Gets Beautiful Ocean View Condo

Building A is old building, the elevator broke when we arrived, the room was dark, had deal with clogged master bathroom all weekend, took awhile guest bedroom AC get going. I Love this resort, had our original room in Building C cancelled last minute so had book another one and now see why this unit was available. Don't recommend

The property was Lovely and clean. The staff was all very nice and we felt very secure and safe. The beach was very nice and had lots to do. Things to know before you go. We were there over Labor Day weekend and there was loud Live music by the pool until 10 each night. This can be heard from inside your unit but was always done by 10 so just something to know before you go. This unit only has 6 towels and wash clothes. No other dish cloths or hand towels even in the kitchen. They do provide paper towel but that is it. No hot pads for cooking ether. It is really set up more for 4 people than 6. The pull out mattress is in pretty bad shape and needs to be replaced. When we arrived there were no sheets or pillows provided for the pullout. I called the manager and they told me they would not be able to provide them until the next day. I told them that was unacceptable since they advertised the property as able to sleep 6. The management did end up bringing us sheets at 11:16 pm but had no pillows and said they would bring them the next morning. We were there 3 nights and never got any more pillows. My boys ended up using throw pillows from the coach all 3 nights. They are tough kids use to camping so it was not a huge dill for us but it may be for some. They did provide some drinking water, but the 5 gal. Jug was only about half full when we got there. No shampoo or conditioner is provided ether. All in all the property is very nice and we had a good time but it could be managed a little better.

Very good but the dual check in process thru Casego and at the resort was time consuming.. the room and view were amazing!!
