Das parken im Parkhaus gegenüber war direkt sehr angenehm. Wie wurden sehr freundlich an dem Empfang Empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, und das Frühstück für den Preis echt super.

Small room no fridge no microwave and counter personnel not really interested in us. Not even say "good morning". Same hotel Holiday Inn 2 tars in Dubai is 20 times better than this. A "Cash free hotel" you cannot get even a 2 euros coin to pay the parking.

Very clean larger rooms, and the bed is very comfortable. We booked a Queen room with breakfast and everything was above average. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. The train is 45 seconds out the front door, and is very easy to get into the city, airport, or any place from there. A lot of good places to eat at within a 4-10 minute walk. We will be staying here again on our future trips to the Netherlands for sure.

We happened to move the beds and we have never seen anything so dirty. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. Everything was the cheapest bake-off. Furthermore, the staff couldn't keep up, so there were constantly missing clean cups and glasses. Moreover, many of the trays and bread baskets were empty.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern and with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good. Plenty options. The water didn't get very hot in the shower though. The lobby from time to time would be a bit dirty as leaves and bits of paper would be on the floor. I guess they could up the anty relative to housekeeping during the day. But it was close to the train and shopping center right across the street. They were restaurants and convenience stores right around so its a good spot. We stayed Sept 10th-12th and it was a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. I would especially like to thank Mr. Alex for his kindness and friendliness. He was very helpful and guided us in choosing the room that suited us best. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

J’ai réservé pour 3 jours et dites vous que les 3 jours la climatisation fonctionnait pas je me suis plains par rapport, de me changer de chambre rien n’a été fait c’est un agent de nuit que je remercie au passage qui m’a donné un ventilateur pour le séjour, les draps n’ont pas été changé pendant les trois jours la dame de ménage qui est juste venu passer l’aspirateur et ranger le lit deux jours après sans les changer et les toiles d’araignées et une grosse araignée cachée derrière mon rideau avec ses enfants je suis dessus franchement à ce prix

Amsterdama trenle yaklaşık yarım saat uzaklıktaydı. Otel güzeldi ancak banyo dar ve su dışarı doğru gittiği için banyosu konforlu değildi. Odada mini bar olmaması garipti. Tren istasyonunun hemen karşısında olması çok iyiydi.

De kamer was lawaaierig met het geluid op de straat terwijl we op de 4de verdieping sliepen. Het was gelijk dat het raam te klein was voor de raamopening en vandaar de slechte akoestiek kwam. Op de 3de verdieping sliepen heel wat vluchtelingen. Waardoor het toch wat raar was om die 's morgens ook aan het ontbijt te zien en te zien ronddwalen in het hotel. Ik verwacht dit niet in een hotel.

The room was quiet and the bed was very good. The hotel is very close to shopping and public transit. The condition of the hotel is new / very good. The staff are friendly, excellent and so is the complimentary breakfast. The only thing is that the room itself is small for the price.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and is conveniently located next to the Train/Bus Station. Lot's of shops around it to fulfill variety of needs. Also, a few good restaurants around. Staff was very courteous, helpful and always with a smile on their face. Breakfast is standard and yummy. The room was modern, clean, cozy and soundproof! One thing to note, the room did not have neither a safe nor a fridge. It was confirmed to us by email that it should. At the end, we did not need either. All in all, the stay was enjoyable and I would not hesitate to book there again.

The staff was fabulous! Per my previous request, a shower chair was put into our shower. When checking in, we were offered an accessible room if necessary, and were asked to please let them know if there was anything else we needed. They were always friendly and willing to help.

We booked a room for 3 people, 2 adults and a 15 year old teenager on Hotels.com. When we arrived we were asked for €25 more for an extra bed.

When arrived told we were moving to a different hotel which was very stressful. Spent several hours checking emails and making phone calls as hotel told us hotels.com tried to contact us ( said they thought we were Americans) then told mix up not moving but rooms were too warm 22 degrees and they couldn’t fix the room temperature so we couldn’t sleep and told no rooms to move us too

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. I would especially like to thank Mr. Alex for his kindness and friendliness. He was very helpful and guided us in choosing the room that suited us best. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very clean larger rooms, and the bed is very comfortable. We booked a Queen room with breakfast and everything was above average. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. The train is 45 seconds out the front door, and is very easy to get into the city, airport, or any place from there. A lot of good places to eat at within a 4-10 minute walk. We will be staying here again on our future trips to the Netherlands for sure.

Overall it was a excellent stay. The hotel is exactly at the train station and bus station. So convenience wise it's the best place to stay. It's far from Amsterdam Central and takes 1 hour to reach here. Also the train frequency is low.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super für einen Kurz-Urlaub geeignet. Parkplatz und Zug direkt vor der Tür. Amsterdam etwas weiter weg, aber durch gute Zugverbindungen gut zu erreichen. Würde es weiter empfehlen.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til besøg i Amsterdam når man ankommer i bil. Der er også togforbindelse til både schipol lufthavnen og Amsterdam lige uden for døren. Vi havde bestilt et værelse til 2 voksne og 1 barn, men blev forsøgt opkrævet for en ekstra seng, hvilket vi afviste og fik det alligevel. Alt i alt så er det et billigt hotel tæt på Amsterdam og og er ok.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and is conveniently located next to the Train/Bus Station. Lot's of shops around it to fulfill variety of needs. Also, a few good restaurants around. Staff was very courteous, helpful and always with a smile on their face. Breakfast is standard and yummy. The room was modern, clean, cozy and soundproof! One thing to note, the room did not have neither a safe nor a fridge. It was confirmed to us by email that it should. At the end, we did not need either. All in all, the stay was enjoyable and I would not hesitate to book there again.

They were restaurants and convenience stores right around so its a good spot. We stayed Sept 10th-12th and it was a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

We happened to move the beds and we have never seen anything so dirty. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. Everything was the cheapest bake-off. Furthermore, the staff couldn't keep up, so there were constantly missing clean cups and glasses. Moreover, many of the trays and bread baskets were empty.

Review:- Full of refugees, paid for by the government. The teen boys gather daily Outside the hotel from morning till night being loud and intimidating for ladies. People drinking coffee in the lobby in their pajamas and slippers. Due to the fact that the majority of residents are refugees, the hotel staff has been reduced to the bare minimum. E.g. The Check In/Check Out, Bar, Coffee Shop, Customer Services is only one counter on theBar! No Restaurant. Housekeeping is the minimum. If we don’t leave the room early, the room is not cleaned. No cupboard in the room. Clothes hanging space is for 5 pieces of clothes for a ‘double room’. The towels are very small and worn out. The hotel entrance is not on any road. So you have to carry the luggage from the nearby parking lot to the hotel entrance (about 80 meters). This is not practical for the old or people with medical conditions

The hotel is affordable, but that comes at a cost. Traveling to Amsterdam by train costs a little over 10 euros per person each way, so transportation adds up. The train ride to Amsterdam takes about 40 minutes. The area around Almere Buiten station feels somewhat unsafe, although fortunately the hotel is located right next to it. Our room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay. We asked for cleaning and fresh towels once, but the room was only cleaned very superficially. We definitely needed the towels because the humidity in the bathroom was unbearable. It never dried out during our stay and also brought unpleasant dampness into the room, making it uncomfortable to stay there. There was practically no ventilation at all. The small window could only be opened slightly, and even that could not be kept open at night because the air conditioning units in the inner courtyard made a loud humming noise. There were constantly water droplets on the bathroom ceiling, and they never dried. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, they simply said they were aware of it and that the entire hotel had the same problem. It would have been nice if this had at least been mentioned beforehand. Because of the conditions in the room, our son developed breathing difficulties. The breakfast was okay, and the staff was friendly.
