Excellent location in the Shropshire countryside with the added bonus of trains to watch and a beautiful railway line to explore. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. A really lovely place, we are glad we found it.

A lovely stay at Bucknell Station Cottage, just perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children). The kids loved staying in their room together and the wooden train set was a nice touch, going well with looking out the window as the big trains rolled past! Very well located for day trips in and around Shropshire as well as over the nearby border in to lovely Wales. Home made flapjacks greeting us on arrival were very well received! Thanks to Nina,Sam and family, a lovely space for a quiet break away.

A lovely, quaint place to stay. Such a friendly place to stay. Nina and family gave us such a warm welcome, thank you for the homemade flapjacks they were delicious. We really enjoyed our short break away over the Easter weekend.

Located in Bucknell, this cottage is in a rural area. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Shropshire Hills and Clunton Coppice, while The Spaceguard Centre and Land of the Lost Content Museum are cultural highlights. Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre and Ludlow Food Centre are also worth visiting.
