Très bon hôtel, les prestations générales sont au niveau attendu. Chambre très bien insonorisée, à condition d’être bien placé (demandez vue jardin), elles sont très confortables et la literie est fantastique ! Bon choix varié au petit déjeuner. La piscine principale est vite très encombrée, heureusement il y a celle du rooftop mais elle est toute petite. Parking sur place pratique mais payant et cher (17€ la journée). Seul vrai gros bémol : l’emplacement ! La voiture est impérative sinon vous ne ferez pas grand chose autour. Et le wifi ne marche pas super bien partout.

El alojamiento es fabuloso, las habitaciones amplísimas y muy limpias. Al llegar la habitación reservada no estaba lista, pero Alex de recepción, tuvo el detalle de darnos una habitación superior (lo cual es de agradecer) para evitarnos la espera. Además tuvo la gentileza de mostrarnos las instalaciones exteriores del hotel. El gimnasio es bastante pequeño (cuatro personas ya se molestan) y faltan algunos accesorios, pero como esta abierto 24h, puedes ir cuando esté vacío. Las piscinas son estupendas, nos hubiera gustado que el bar de la azotea cerrara más tarde para tomar una copa, para eso sólo disponen del bar de la planta baja. Lo que menos me gustó es que habían demasiados niños, nosotros íbamos en pareja y nos hubiera gustado algo más reservado para adultos. Mención especial para TODO el personal del hotel que es súper amable, sobre todo la chica morena que está en la plancha en los desayunos! El buffet de desayunos y cenas súper variado y todo BUENÍSIMO!!! Volveremos seguro.

Had a great stay in August,lovely and clean.Receotion was very friendly and helpful. In our opninion you need a car.Not much around the surrounding area.Lots of graffiti too. The hotel itself is beautiful but would have prefered it if it was Adult only.Far too many kids. Enjoyed the Spa but had to pay think it would be better to have at least once to go free. Should not need to pay for car parking either.

Veldig fint hotell med mye fasiliteter. Et minus var dyr parkering på 15€, og at bassengene ikke var oppvarmet. Jeg sjekket inn sammen med min svigerbror, men hver for oss. Han fikk et infoskriv med masse nyttig, men det fikk ikke jeg. Det kom heller ikke tydelig frem at vi kunne besøke et nabohotells bassenger så mye vi ville, siden det var samme kjede. Likevel: rommene var fantastiske og flotte bad. Hotellet alt i alt får en 5’er på terningkast.

Nice big room, nice pool area but opening times could be improved, specially the roof pool why is it closed on a Sunday. Food breakfast and dinner very good range and quality. Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again.

Lovely complex. It is either new or totally renovated. The room was furnished beautifully. This included dishwasher, job, microwave and oven. There were no instructions on how to operate anything My only issue was that there was no crockery, plates, cutlery, pans etc. this stupidly had to be ordered from reception. They said this was to improve the cleaning process. Utter rubbish. It was to discourage use and encourage attending onsite dining. Disappointing to promote these facilities and then make it so difficult

Nice big room, nice pool area but opening times could be improved, specially the roof pool why is it closed on a Sunday. Food breakfast and dinner very good range and quality. Shame that tea and coffee quality was poor. Also overpriced spa ! And parking. Was bit disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is a new hotel (built last year) the accommodation i modern, good quality and comfortable. The hotel offers 2 restaurants, a pool side and main restaurant offering buffet or a la carte. The food is good quality but not aimed at familys with little or no choice for children. The pools areas are clean and there is no rush for a poolside sunbed, there is also a rooftop pool/bar area which is very nice but understaffed. The hotel has reasonable customer service with some staff being far more efficient then others. Overall a stay i would recommend.

Had a great stay in August,lovely and clean.Receotion was very friendly and helpful. In our opninion you need a car.Not much around the surrounding area.Lots of graffiti too. The hotel itself is beautiful but would have prefered it if it was Adult only.Far too many kids. Enjoyed the Spa but had to pay think it would be better to have at least once to go free. Should not need to pay for car parking either.

Bij vragen staat het keukenpersoneel ter beschikking om eventueel nog iets klaar te maken indien groentjes op zijn. Het meeste personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam alleen 1 minpuntje (voornamelijk zaalpersoneel)ze spreken geen andere taal buiten hun moedertaal. Voor de rest tophotel. Wij komen zeker nog terug.

Dette er 3.gang vi bor på hotellet. Hyggelig betjening, flotte rom og bassengområdet er supert. Skal jeg trekke ned på noe må det være maten. Det er ikke bra å få servert middag som er lunken mot det kalde... Det samme gjaldt frokosten. Selv ved ankomst til frokosten når de åpnet kl. 08:00 var det egg og bacon lunken. Beklager men da blir jeg heller lite imponert. For å være ett 4/5 stjerners hotel forventer en noe bedre enn dette.

Lovely place to stay and I can’t fault the staff and Hotel , they really know what they are doing . Room was spotless as were its amenities. If you want to pop into Benidorm then the Taxi isn’t too expensive but if you want to pay less then there is a bus too . You can use its sister hotel the Nucia Palms amenities too if you want a change and it’s literally across the road . The best praise I can give it would be I would stop there again .

You can use its sister hotel the Nucia Palms amenities too if you want a change and it’s literally across the road . The best praise I can give it would be I would stop there again .

Hotel reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff are great BUT Aitana bar daytime staff are poorly organised / managed. There is no customer service here and no individual stands out. They seem ill-equipped to help customers, there are no smiles, there is no proactive customer service and they give the appearance that having customers is an annoyance. The team is visibly stressed, yet even with 8 staff behind a quiet bar, no one attempts to take an order. I was stood for more than 20 minutes on one occasion with only one other customer present. If there is pool service, I didn’t see it. This one part of the hotel lets it down badly and I will not return. What is even more disappointing - the hotel GM failed to respond to my email to him personally, giving him the opportunity to try to put things right. If you’re Spanish, stay at the hotel. If you’re British, don’t as this is the first time ( in many years of travelling ) that I’ve experienced being treated as a second-class citizen at this bar.

La habitación espaciosa y muy bien, el hotel en general muy bien. El único pero es la comida, el buffet es bastante limitado y la calidad no es de un 5 estrellas. Todo lo demás estupendo.
