Our family of five stayed here for the weekend. The cabin is large and the kitchen is well-appointed. We used the grill and made dinner Friday night, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday. We drove into Blue Ridge Saturday afternoon for shopping and dinner. It’s about a 15-20 min drive. We loved the fire pit in the back yard and the game room in the basement had everything for entertainment. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. The host was quick to respond to my questions and the check in and check out process was very easy. I thought there would be a view of the mountains but it isn’t high enough and it was too leafy. Other than that this cabin was a gem and we were very happy with our choice to stay here! I only wish we had planned on staying one more day!

There was plenty of space. Internet connection, kitchen, decks and chairs, fire pit, game systems, Roku tv, dvd player, all great. The pool table leans significantly and has a dead rail, but we still had a lot of fun playing on it. About 20 minutes from Blueridge. A couple of bumpy narrow roads leading up to cabin: not great but not too bad.

Amazing stay, house was very big with a very unique gravel road access, very secluded, very well equipped, the whole extended family loved it! Lee was very responsive and arranged for a tech to come and fix the internet service which was sluggish. Perfect locatiom for many different activities, it was a blast! Absolutely perfect location! Quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed a bachelorette weekend playing in the game room, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the wildlife. Beds were very comfortable. Will be booking again!

This property is beautiful and away from all the noise! It was one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. Deer wandered through the yard a few times. We hardly left the cabin because we had so much fun with the amenities provided such as pool table and cornhole. The owners were very responsive! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! Definitely hope to return!

Amazing property that was indeed, very private. Had a wonderful stay! The only detractors were things that were not working…Jets in hot tub only worked on one side, water dispenser on refrigerator didn’t work, some furniture in disrepair, most things in game room were either broken or had missing pieces and ladybugs! Absolutely did not ruin our stay but would’ve been nice to have those things available. Property owner was very accommodating to an early arrival (holiday weekend).

The property was as listed but would have liked to have a heads up about the steep gravel drive. We really enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, grill, deck/porch, and the game room. The temperature remained hot in the house as the AC was not cooling well.

We had 8 adults for a family getaway. The house accommodated us very well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was spacious enough. Everyone enjoyed the game room and fire pit. The house is secluded and we loved seeing the deer.

Our cabin stay was excellent. From the start, Lee communicated prompty and with professionalism. The cabin is as described with a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels were available for a large crowd. The cabin was neat and clean. Highly recommend for a family gathering.

This is a spacious and beautiful cabin. Very remote and serene. The cabin was very clean and well organized. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. The roads are narrow and gravel to get to the cabin, but no high cliffs or steep hills. This is now on our favorite’s list.

The location of the property was nothing short of amazing! Quiet, peaceful, tranquil - birds singing, deer visiting, a true delight.The cabin was clean and well-stocked with plenty of cookware, silverware, plates, and spices. They provide starter hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper and trash bags. You will need to get your own dishwasher pods.The host communicates well, and even called to make sure all was well following severe storms that came through the area.I'd rate this place 4.5/5 because of the leaking kitchen ceiling during heavy rain and empty propane tanks for the gas grill.Our family would definitely stay again!

We had a great time! This gorgeous house was immaculately clean and was stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable. We had some family with bad knees and bad backs so the stairs were a little challenging. Also we misunderstood that the terrace room is actually in the basement area with the game room. (We thought it was on main level) Very steep steps to get down there but it was fun down there playing pool and other games. We sat outside by the campfire almost every night and during the day we spent sitting and swinging and rocking on the beautiful decks that surround the house. The scenery was beautiful. This house is WAY back in the woods. Very private. Once off the main road, getting to the house is a little difficult. There are no signs to direct you which way to get to the house and the roads split off several times and you don't know which way to go. It's a winding, bumpy, non paved road too. It would be fun in a jeep! About the owner, he was awesome and very attentive. My mother left her purse somewhere in the house. (She didn't know where it was. We searched everywhere.) After we got home, the owner sent me a message that the housekeepers found a purse and 2 more items. He sent pictures to me so that we could confirm they were ours. He saw that all of it was appropriately packaged and mailed back to us within 6 to 7 days. Thank goodness!

The host was amazing! He helped me out if I had any questions or concerns about the property. The property itself was phenomenal! It was clean, it was spacious, and it was in a great location! Everybody had a good time! My parents, my girlfriend and her kids, and my six-year-old son! So many things to do at the cabin and around the area. If I go to Blue Ridge again, this is where I’ll be staying!

We very much enjoyed our short little vacation here! This is a lovely cabin, very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and private. We enjoyed the amenities like the game room, hot tub, comfy furniture, both inside and on the porch. The hosts even provided plenty of kitchen towels, detergent, toilet paper, bath towels, blankets, etc. The only possible negative is that it is located out in the “boonies,” but that’s really not a bad thing!

Beautiful home with a cozy feel. Very peaceful location. We had a few deer visit and the neighbors sweet dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. I am pretty picky about pillows and beds and have a hard time sleeping away from home. The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable! We all slept great. Lots of fun and great memories. The host was very responsive and nice. The only con was the upstairs bathroom shower appeared to be missed in cleaning. The grill and hot tub are in need of some minor repairs.

My family spent spring break at this cabin. It is absolutely gorgeous. Fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone and it was great just hanging out at the cabin when we didn’t feel like going out for the day. Will definitely consider this cabin in the future for more family vacations.

There were 8 of us and a dog. The place was nice and spacious inside, and the beds were comfortable. It was very relaxing to be able to just sit in the hot tub and grill on the deck with some cold drinks. If you’re looking to get away from it all, I recommend this place

This cabin was just perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 small children. The owner was very quick to respond and remedy a maintenance issue and some questions we had. We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer. We were looking for a place where we could hang out together as a family, play games, and share meals without feeling the need to get out of the house with a toddler and a small baby. We enjoyed the large game room with the pool table, air hockey, and foosball. There was a Roku on both the TV in the game room and the main floor living room, which was great to keep the toddler entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware/utensils we could possibly need. The laundry room was well equipped and even had an extra refrigerator. I loved all the storage spaces in the bedrooms - plenty of drawers and very large closets in order to keep luggage out of sight. The wrap around deck was so enjoyable - especially the porch swing! The backyard was so nice! We didn’t use the firepit because it was a bit warm, but I’d love to go back in the cooler months to cozy up in this cabin. We did get a nice family picture in the backyard as we have a professional photographer in the family. We will have a beautiful portrait to remind us of this amazing family get away!
This cabin was just perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 small children. The owner was very quick to respond and remedy a maintenance issue and some questions we had. We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer. We were looking for a place where we could hang out together as a family, play games, and share meals without feeling the need to get out of the house with a toddler and a small baby. We enjoyed the large game room with the pool table, air hockey, and foosball. There was a Roku on both the TV in the game room and the main floor living room, which was great to keep the toddler entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware/utensils we could possibly need. The laundry room was well equipped and even had an extra refrigerator. I loved all the storage spaces in the bedrooms - plenty of drawers and very large closets in order to keep luggage out of sight. The wrap around deck was so enjoyable - especially the porch swing! We very much enjoyed our short little vacation here! This is a lovely cabin, very spacious, fully equipped, clean, and private. We enjoyed the amenities like the game room, hot tub, comfy furniture, both inside and on the porch. The hosts even provided plenty of kitchen towels, detergent, toilet paper, bath towels, blankets, etc. The only possible negative is that it is located out in the “boonies,” but that’s really not a bad thing!

Cabin was just like it appeared online, we have stayed at several cabins and most don’t live up to the photos online but this one did. We loved the outdoor fire pit, kids liked the game room, we liked that we didn’t have neighbors close by. The downstairs steps were rather steep for our Mother so she had to stay upstairs instead of having her own space downstairs but other than that it was a nice cabin.

Beautiful home with a cozy feel. Very peaceful location. We had a few deer visit and the neighbors sweet dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. I am pretty picky about pillows and beds and have a hard time sleeping away from home. The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable! We all slept great. Lots of fun and great memories. The host was very responsive and nice. The only con was the upstairs bathroom shower appeared to be missed in cleaning. The grill and hot tub are in need of some minor repairs.

Our cabin stay was excellent. From the start, Lee communicated prompty and with professionalism. The cabin is as described with a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels were available for a large crowd. The cabin was neat and clean. Highly recommend for a family gathering.

Our family of five stayed here for the weekend. The cabin is large and the kitchen is well-appointed. We used the grill and made dinner Friday night, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday. We drove into Blue Ridge Saturday afternoon for shopping and dinner. It’s about a 15-20 min drive. We loved the fire pit in the back yard and the game room in the basement had everything for entertainment. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. The host was quick to respond to my questions and the check in and check out process was very easy. I thought there would be a view of the mountains but it isn’t high enough and it was too leafy. Other than that this cabin was a gem and we were very happy with our choice to stay here! I only wish we had planned on staying one more day!

Amazing stay, house was very big with a very unique gravel road access, very secluded, very well equipped, the whole extended family loved it! Lee was very responsive and arranged for a tech to come and fix the internet service which was sluggish. Perfect locatiom for many different activities, it was a blast! The location of the property was nothing short of amazing! Quiet, peaceful, tranquil - birds singing, deer visiting, a true delight.The cabin was clean and well-stocked with plenty of cookware, silverware, plates, and spices. They provide starter hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper and trash bags. You will need to get your own dishwasher pods.The host communicates well, and even called to make sure all was well following severe storms that came through the area.I'd rate this place 4.5/5 because of the leaking kitchen ceiling during heavy rain and empty propane tanks for the gas grill.Our family would definitely stay again!

We had a great time! This gorgeous house was immaculately clean and was stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable. We had some family with bad knees and bad backs so the stairs were a little challenging. Also we misunderstood that the terrace room is actually in the basement area with the game room. (We thought it was on main level) Very steep steps to get down there but it was fun down there playing pool and other games. We sat outside by the campfire almost every night and during the day we spent sitting and swinging and rocking on the beautiful decks that surround the house. The scenery was beautiful. This house is WAY back in the woods. Very private. Once off the main road, getting to the house is a little difficult. There are no signs to direct you which way to get to the house and the roads split off several times and you don't know which way to go. It's a winding, bumpy, non paved road too. It would be fun in a jeep! About the owner, he was awesome and very attentive. My mother left her purse somewhere in the house. (She didn't know where it was. We searched everywhere.) After we got home, the owner sent me a message that the housekeepers found a purse and 2 more items. He sent pictures to me so that we could confirm they were ours. He saw that all of it was appropriately packaged and mailed back to us within 6 to 7 days. Thank goodness!

The host was amazing! He helped me out if I had any questions or concerns about the property. The property itself was phenomenal! It was clean, it was spacious, and it was in a great location! Everybody had a good time! My parents, my girlfriend and her kids, and my six-year-old son! So many things to do at the cabin and around the area. If I go to Blue Ridge again, this is where I’ll be staying!

This property is beautiful and away from all the noise! It was one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. Deer wandered through the yard a few times. We hardly left the cabin because we had so much fun with the amenities provided such as pool table and cornhole. The owners were very responsive! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! Definitely hope to return!

There was plenty of space. Internet connection, kitchen, decks and chairs, fire pit, game systems, Roku tv, dvd player, all great. The pool table leans significantly and has a dead rail, but we still had a lot of fun playing on it. About 20 minutes from Blueridge. A couple of bumpy narrow roads leading up to cabin: not great but not too bad.

It was a beautiful remote cabin. We all had a great time. Very peaceful and relaxing. At night we sat around the campfire and enjoyed telling stories. We cooked dinners and breakfast. Lunches we took a short drive into Blue Ridge. The owner was responsive and helpful. After reading some of the reviews we were prepared for the gravel road drive up to the cabin. It could be challenging in a sedan or small vehicle. Overall in was a great weekend.

The road in was a little rough. Other than that everything was good. Didn’t need 4 wheel drive but a low car would have been hard. Higher sitting suv did fine.

There were a few things that were disappointing to me. The game room was desperately in need of a face lift. The pool table is in bad shape and falling apart. The air hockey table jets don’t all blow. It was wobbly. I thought it might fall apart. The house was nice other than the game room.
