Long wait for check-in (as there was only 1 staff member present at the time). No other staff around at all to assist or get help with anything, for questions, or coffee, or assistance with towels. The only staff we saw was housekeeping. The pool was COLD - not heated whatsoever. No towels, so we had to ask the front desk. We had to wait, due to no staff being present. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. At no point were we told it was going to be closed during our stay. The pool & hot tub were major reasons why we picked this hotel, and the fact we couldn't enjoy them was unfortunate. The room was nice, but there was no water or any access to drinking water that we could find. They provide you a very cheap coffee maker in the room, but with no water to use it. There was no continental breakfast or discount for the Denny's or Bar One restaurants attached to the hotel. For an over $200 stay, the lack of things offered while staying at this hotel was very lacking. We'll be going elsewhere for our next stay in Dartmouth Crossing.
