This resort sets the bar very high on luxury and amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and close to bus routes and beaches. The pool bar and restaurant are lovely. The rooms are relaxing and well maintained. The breakfast is phenomenal!! We will stay here again and again.

Once in mykonos is absolutely gorgeous! It has the “wow” effect. The staff was incredible! I can’t wait to come back for them! They each went above and beyond whever possible. I enjoyed the gym too!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the views, I could never get tired of them! From the time you step onto the property, the staff were amazing. A surprise that definitely came in handy was the golf cart rides around the property. I love that I could call the front desk arrange for a transportation and a staff would pick us up with the golf cart and take us to the parking lot where a car would be waiting. It also gave me an opportunity to enjoy the views as we rode down the hill. Upon entering the room, a bottle of champagne with a hand written note and macrons awaited us! The breakfast was very good and had a variety with eggs made to order. We did order room service once, and it was really good as well. Unfortunately we didn’t do dinner on the property. We decided to get a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. You could see the views from the pool as well. The service was phenomenal. Especially the staff who cleaned the rooms. Each time we returned to the room, it felt like we just checked in. Towards the end of our staff came around to deliver a sweet treat. Location wise, it was a short drive to Mykonos town and about a 15-20 minute drive to all the popular beach clubs. Near the hotel are a couple of restaurants you can walk to. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Once in Mykonos.

The hotel is new, and some parts are still under construction. The room was different from the pictures. We booked and paid the signature suite, but it seems we got a regular suite with a pool. That was a disappointment. The location is nice and the view is great

Fabulous hotel with a lovely spacious room (suite with 2 x double rooms) and stunning views out to sea. The infinity pool is not huge but plenty big enough and nice and cool to take the heat out of the day. My only feedback would be the lack of shade around the pool in the afternoon perhaps more could be done in this area. The staff at this hotel are all amazing and we had a great experience from check-in through to departure. The manager is super-friendly and helpful (sorry can't remember his name) and Bernadette is great at breakfast time and deserves a special mention. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of hot and cold foold of a high quality on offer each morning. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend the Once in Mykonos hotel!

Very nice property with great views and a wonderful staff. Pool area is a bit tight but really nice. Food was good, not great. Fitness center was tiny. Rooms were well maintained, equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend if you are looking for a low key and relaxing experience with top notch service.

This hotel was fabulous. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so accommodating. They are constantly giving little treats which was an extra bonus. 10 minute taxi to town but walkable to lots of different restaurants and a beach option just a little walk away. The food was really good at the hotel as well. The room was great. Comfortable bed and great shower. It was spotless and I felt like they cleaned it or checked on it multiple times a day. We love George and the night time bartender. Just a great place overall. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Once in Mykonos, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by its online presence. To clarify, while this hotel offers some positive aspects, it certainly does not deserve a 5-star rating, and I would rate it more as a solid 4-star property, but not much more. Let’s start with the rooms. They are much smaller and less comfortable than they appear in the photos. The pictures on the booking websites, like Hotels.com, are not accurate — the rooms look much more spacious and modern in the images. The linens and towels were old and worn out, which was a big disappointment. When staying at a luxury hotel, I expect a certain level of comfort and cleanliness, and this did not meet the mark. The service was excellent, however. The staff were all friendly and courteous, but despite their nice demeanor, they were not quite prepared for a true 5-star experience. There was a distinct difference in the level of professionalism one might expect at a high-end property. For instance, the few Greek staff members I encountered would repeatedly say, “we will call you back” — but nothing ever happened, which was frustrating. Additionally, it’s worth noting that you cannot hire outside massage therapists for your room due to “security reasons,” which was an odd restriction. The hotel’s restaurant serves decent food, but it’s nothing spectacular — I would say it’s average, at best.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Suite au service, nous avons pu recevoir notre chambre dès 10h du matin à notre arrivée, après qu’on nous ait proposé le petit-déjeuner. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre, avec une piscine agréable et calme. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, et l’accueil ainsi que le service étaient vraiment adorables.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Suite au service, nous avons pu recevoir notre chambre dès 10h du matin à notre arrivée, après qu’on nous ait proposé le petit-déjeuner. Such a great time at the hotel. Staff members are one of the most nicest people I know. Really polite and helpful. Me and my wife felt really comfortable around them. We were taken care of the whole stay. I also love how the bell boys were always smiling. Breakfast were delicious and room was clean. Nothing to complain about. 😁😁

They are constantly giving little treats which was an extra bonus. 10 minute taxi to town but walkable to lots of different restaurants and a beach option just a little walk away. We loved our two bedroom suite! We do wish it didn’t have the bushes for privacy, but we understand. Also the water of the pool was a bit cold, but overall in a great spot and easily walkable to restaurants and beach clubs. Perfect location to be in between town and the different beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Suite au service, nous avons pu recevoir notre chambre dès 10h du matin à notre arrivée, après qu’on nous ait proposé le petit-déjeuner. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre, avec une piscine agréable et calme. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, et l’accueil ainsi que le service étaient vraiment adorables.

The hotel is new, and some parts are still under construction. The room was different from the pictures. We booked and paid the signature suite, but it seems we got a regular suite with a pool. That was a disappointment. The location is nice and the view is great

Fabulous hotel with a lovely spacious room (suite with 2 x double rooms) and stunning views out to sea. The infinity pool is not huge but plenty big enough and nice and cool to take the heat out of the day. My only feedback would be the lack of shade around the pool in the afternoon perhaps more could be done in this area. The staff at this hotel are all amazing and we had a great experience from check-in through to departure. The manager is super-friendly and helpful (sorry can't remember his name) and Bernadette is great at breakfast time and deserves a special mention. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of hot and cold foold of a high quality on offer each morning. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend the Once in Mykonos hotel!

Very nice property with great views and a wonderful staff. Pool area is a bit tight but really nice. Food was good, not great. Fitness center was tiny. Rooms were well maintained, equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend if you are looking for a low key and relaxing experience with top notch service.

This resort sets the bar very high on luxury and amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and close to bus routes and beaches. The pool bar and restaurant are lovely. The rooms are relaxing and well maintained. The breakfast is phenomenal!! We will stay here again and again.

The hotel and the staff are superb. Amazing pool, the breakfast was delicious, the beds are very comfortable. They were happy to arrange reservations, transportation, every need we had. Totally recommend staying in this beautiful hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the views, I could never get tired of them! From the time you step onto the property, the staff were amazing. A surprise that definitely came in handy was the golf cart rides around the property. I love that I could call the front desk arrange for a transportation and a staff would pick us up with the golf cart and take us to the parking lot where a car would be waiting. It also gave me an opportunity to enjoy the views as we rode down the hill. Upon entering the room, a bottle of champagne with a hand written note and macrons awaited us! The breakfast was very good and had a variety with eggs made to order. We did order room service once, and it was really good as well. Unfortunately we didn’t do dinner on the property. We decided to get a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. You could see the views from the pool as well. The service was phenomenal. Especially the staff who cleaned the rooms. Each time we returned to the room, it felt like we just checked in. Towards the end of our staff came around to deliver a sweet treat. Location wise, it was a short drive to Mykonos town and about a 15-20 minute drive to all the popular beach clubs. Near the hotel are a couple of restaurants you can walk to. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Once in Mykonos.

Unfortunately due to travel delays we lost a lot of time at this property but when we arrived they made sure to expedite our checking and set up transportation for that evenings dinner. The young lady at the boutique was amazing in helping us get clothes since our luggage didn’t arrive until midnight before checkout. Breakfast was delicious and the short time on property was delightful. Wonderful view of the water.

The pictures on the booking websites, like Hotels.com, are not accurate — the rooms look much more spacious and modern in the images. The linens and towels were old and worn out, which was a big disappointment. When staying at a luxury hotel, I expect a certain level of comfort and cleanliness, and this did not meet the mark. The service was excellent, however. The staff were all friendly and courteous, but despite their nice demeanor, they were not quite prepared for a true 5-star experience. There was a distinct difference in the level of professionalism one might expect at a high-end property. For instance, the few Greek staff members I encountered would repeatedly say, “we will call you back” — but nothing ever happened, which was frustrating. Additionally, it’s worth noting that you cannot hire outside massage therapists for your room due to “security reasons,” which was an odd restriction. The hotel’s restaurant serves decent food, but it’s nothing spectacular — I would say it’s average, at best.

I absolutely loved my experience at the resort. The wview was incredible and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff were very polite and friendly. This resort is a must visit!

Everything and everyone were fantastic! We had a great time in what was our first time in Mykonos. Hotel esthetic was simple and chic, the food was good, though we only had breakfast and some snacks. The drinks were also really good.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the views, I could never get tired of them! From the time you step onto the property, the staff were amazing. A surprise that definitely came in handy was the golf cart rides around the property. I love that I could call the front desk arrange for a transportation and a staff would pick us up with the golf cart and take us to the parking lot where a car would be waiting. It also gave me an opportunity to enjoy the views as we rode down the hill. Upon entering the room, a bottle of champagne with a hand written note and macrons awaited us! The breakfast was very good and had a variety with eggs made to order. We did order room service once, and it was really good as well. Unfortunately we didn’t do dinner on the property. We decided to get a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. You could see the views from the pool as well. The service was phenomenal. Especially the staff who cleaned the rooms. Each time we returned to the room, it felt like we just checked in. Towards the end of our staff came around to deliver a sweet treat. Location wise, it was a short drive to Mykonos town and about a 15-20 minute drive to all the popular beach clubs. Near the hotel are a couple of restaurants you can walk to. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Once in Mykonos.

Fabulous hotel with a lovely spacious room (suite with 2 x double rooms) and stunning views out to sea. The infinity pool is not huge but plenty big enough and nice and cool to take the heat out of the day. My only feedback would be the lack of shade around the pool in the afternoon perhaps more could be done in this area. The staff at this hotel are all amazing and we had a great experience from check-in through to departure. The manager is super-friendly and helpful (sorry can't remember his name) and Bernadette is great at breakfast time and deserves a special mention. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of hot and cold foold of a high quality on offer each morning. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend the Once in Mykonos hotel!

Very nice property with great views and a wonderful staff. Pool area is a bit tight but really nice. Food was good, not great. Fitness center was tiny. Rooms were well maintained, equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend if you are looking for a low key and relaxing experience with top notch service.

Such a great time at the hotel. Staff members are one of the most nicest people I know. Really polite and helpful. Me and my wife felt really comfortable around them. We were taken care of the whole stay. I also love how the bell boys were always smiling. Breakfast were delicious and room was clean. Nothing to complain about. 😁😁

Harika bir otel harika bir konum mükemmel hizmet. Ve gerçekten çok yardımsever ve nazik otel çalışanları uzun zamandır bu kadar keyifli bir tatil yapmamıştık bu adaya tekrar gelecek olsam yine aynı otelde kalırım çalışanlar hepsi birbirinden güler yüzlü ve naziktiler.
