The home is very dated and poorly supplied. One would at least expect a few beach towels, a coffee maker, and salt/pepper in a rental home. The A/C units shut off after two hours. There are no fans and no screens in windows, therefore those are not an option to cool the home. The location is great and walkable to a lovely beach. As long as your expectations are appropriately low, then this home is fine for a short stay.

Nice quiet place, 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of space, nice outside area for evening sangria. Quiet part of Can Picanfort with local feeling, not too busy and definetely no teeenagers - the busy part is further away - but still within a walking distance. Air conditioning was not very good - as it is not inside of all rooms but in stairs. Only one room has air conditioning inside.

Positive: The house is really nice, clean and close to the sea (10 Minute walk). It looks exactly like on the pictures. It has a big kitchen and nice terasse and is really good for a group of 5 people. Also there is everything you need already there, especially a lot of towels :) Negative: On our first day we had a 5 hour power outage. It was not due the house, but also other houses in the neighbourhood were affected. The neighbours (local people) told me that there were already problems with electrical power for more than 2 months. Of course this was not communicated in the AirBnB page. If the neighbours knew about those problems, the owner should also have known and have them fixed before he rents the house to more tourists.... After the neighbours called the local authorities they fixed the issue, but 5 hours without power on the 1st day of vacation is really not good... Also the doors and locks in the house are really old and it is hard to lock/unlock the doors which can be dangerous for children. Apart from those minor issues - We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt in einem Wohngebiet und es ist demnach sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist man schnell am Meer und hat alles nötige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich hergerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt also. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch schnell und reibungslos.

Le logement est parfait pour 5 personnes et bien situé dans un quartier calme, possibilité de faire des grillades et de faire des repas sympa à l'ombre de la terrasse.
