Nice place, well laid put and organized. Overall clean, easy to find and access; decent bus connections; Coop and Trader Joe's in walking distance. Big thumbs up! The area gets a lot.of helicopter traffic (many hospitals I assume). Thetrash in the kitchen was really smelly on arrival and the water kettle was broken (not working). Little thumbs down.

Super clean. Love the attention to details. Easy to prep coffee in the morning, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Right across the street from the hospital. The host even provides ear plugs but we didn't need them. We were in room 7 and no other units shared a wall which made it super quiet. Will absolutely stay again.

Sweet suites review Wonderful common area, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the house rules prevented its use after 22:00. It was a $76 taxi ride to the property Communication with the owner was excellent Room was small and the A/C noisy. Nice large wardrobe whose door was off the the track but no safe. No chair in the room, just a small stool. Good small fridge with freezer section. Also in the room was a coffee maker and coffee, just as well as the one in the kitchen did not work - just flashed descale messsge. We noticed that when the room coffee maker was used the light in the room dropped in intensity. Clearly a voltage drop indicative of a wiring problem. The bed had a very soft mattress and was slanted due to the feet being on a carpet. The slanted was noticeable when lying in bed. There is no elevator, so getting the suitcases upstairs was a challenge, especially at my age. Thank goodness we were not on the top floor. Access to the property and room was via a key pad. It worked well. There was a hidden fee of $45 that appeared a few days before our booking. A disagreeable surprise. The promised internet was not there initially. There was a broken light bulb in the bathroom. We had quite a few small ants in our room, mainly around the rubbish bin. The sound on the TV in the common are is limited to 18 so any outside road noise obscures the soundtrack. We had asked for a later check out time (it was 10:00) but it did not work out

I did not realize it was a communal house because it was not clear on the ad. It’s a house with bedrooms you are sharing with 8 guest rooms. The ad says it’s an 8 unit place, I thought it was an apartment style building/units that all had their own kitchens. The kitchen is shared for everyone and not private. One thing I would recommend to the hosts is to have that more clearly stated. Pros: -area is safe location -there is no on site parking but we easily found street parking a block over -the private bedroom and bathrooms were very clean -a/c works well -wifi works -bed was very comfy -mini fridge in room and coffee maker -check in instructions very clear/hosts easy to communicate with -The kitchen was nice to have and convenient. Cons: -the ad should more clearly state it is a big house with private bedrooms you are sharing with people. It needs to be more clear -we were in unit 1 and the freezer part of the mini fridge was not functional as it was frozen over -we did not have hot water for our showers in the mornings. Hosts, I would consider looking into this as it’s mentioned in several reviews -I would recommend to the hosts to have spray cleaner available for guests in the kitchen -mini fridge freezer solid ice and not useable -parking may be an issue for some if you cannot carry luggage or walk a block or two. Like a hostel for adults. Everybody had their own space, but with a common area for cooking & hanging out, if one chose to, in the morning with coffee, and in the early evening. Easy walk to the Peloton Cafe for coffee and great breakfast. One afternoon we took our leftover pizza from the evening before to a picnic table at the little park right next door. Clear quiet hours keep this a relaxing place to be, where everyone respected one another’s space and time. Opening both windows in our room made the room temperature comfortable for sleeping. It was an early summer hot spell in the city with beautiful blue skies while we were there. We were just too tired the first night to figure it out, and the cooling unit in the room was a little too loud for our tastes, but others might be just fine with it. Definitely not a deal breaker. Super easy parking, considering it’s Capitol Hill! Thank you!

Very convenient to downtown Seattle. On-street parking never caused problems. Building was clean and up-to-date. I was a little apprehensive about the keypad access, but it went smoothly. The only downside to there not being a traditional front-desk was that when other guests were being really loud well past "quiet time" (1 am when quiet time starts at 10pm), there wasn't anyone to complain to.

Great location, but near a relatively busy road and can get a bit loud, notably in the morning. Ear plugs are available in the bathroom, I regrettably did not use them. Parking options are limited, as well, only street available and it is in a neighborhood requiring a permit during daytime, so it may take time to find a spot. Otherwise, despite the shared living room and kitchen, your room will provide plenty of privacy with its own bathroom. Again, great location, walkable to just about everything in Capital Hill.

Very clean and pleasant accommodations as described in the promotions. The owner also responded quickly to messages, though we never met in person. I would recommend the location with one caveat: be prepared for a somewhat cumbersome registration process, with a $200 security deposit. Keyless entry also was confusing at first, but worked great once figured out. My first time in Seattle, I did not have a vehicle, so I walked or Ubered everywhere, which was a hilly two miles to the downtown. The location was quiet, secure and comfortable, but I was disappointed to not find much to do in the immediate surroundings (near office buildings and a hospital). The bed and suite itself was very comfortable and spacious, with it's own heating and AC. The smell of Fabuloso was overwhelming when I arrived, but opening the windows remedied it. Shower/tub was great with incredibly hot water, but required care to not get scalded. I didnt utilize the large, modern kitchen and common area living room space, but it looked inviting and would have been nice for someone traveling with a companion to cook together. I did use the free, modern washer and dryer, which I really appreciated. My suite was considered first floor, but that meant a long staircase, fine for me but might not be for someone else. Also by the time I received and read the house rules, it was too late for me to bring the roku stick I needed for TV. I overheard yet never saw anyone else during my 6 days there.

There was very good communication about what to expect concerning the property. But based on the communication it did not explain the topography of the building. Meaning if I had known I would be climbing two flights of stairs everyday I would not have booked. I requested extra towels got a response but no towels. The common area has ants one day and trash multiple days. Twice I removed the trash from the common area because of smell. My room was clean except around the refrigerator and the AC unit it has not been dusted. Previous use of the coffee maker had left strains of coffee that had not been wipe up which questions why I need to add a cleaning fee if I had to still clean up parts of my room and common area. The overall property is in good shape however I have security concerns since all the rooms seem to have the same code which defeats the purpose of a code on the room to begin with. The area is pretty nice an I had few concerns about walking the area. If I was younger this would have been awesome for the price and the area. Distance to train station and local food choices.

Great spot and communication by the pm. Room was updated and felt safe. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was a nice touch. Only thing I noticed was the bathroom was a bit dirty, hair all over and dust bunnies. Thanks for the great stay!

Had ants once we came in and Also in the bed aswell owner said there was spray but wasn’t so unfortunately had sleep uncomfortable for two days with ants around very noisy

The only problem we had with the actual room was ants. Even with no food around we had trouble around the coffee area and on the bed. The room was small but comfortable and everything was very clean.

3rd party check in app they use was a problem but otherwise the stay was great. Room was comfortable, clean and well located. I was on the busy street side but windows closed you hear nothing. Host was patient & communicated throughout. I would stay again.

This place is very nice. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The location is safe and easy to access for Uber/Lyft drivers. It can be noisy. We did unfortunately one night have to listen to people talking loudly at 5am. Disrespectful neighbors, nobody's fault. The host responded promptly and was very genuine and nice.

Good value for the price, a few isssues like wifi stopped working and outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Didn’t complain because my stay was short. They also charged undisclosed fees like a cleaning fee and deposit. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

The room was affordable, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My only complaint is the noise level. When people are in the common area eating, cleaning...you can hear it very easily. One guest was up late making food, then another person was clanking, maybe cleaning up at 5am. They do offer ear plugs in the room, so you may want to use them.

3rd party check in app they use was a problem but otherwise the stay was great. Room was comfortable, clean and well located. I was on the busy street side but windows closed you hear nothing. Host was patient & communicated throughout. I would stay again.

Had a great stay at a great price point. I needed a late check-in and early check-out so the automated locks were appreciated. Excellent communication from the host so I had codes and all instructions in advance. The room and bathroom had everything I needed. Clean and modern decor. It is also a block from the bus route to get back to Pioneer Square then Light Rail to Airport and Harborview Medical Center. Flawless stay. Would look to book here again.

I was happily surprised that the location was very nice and clean and not an issue to enter, only because there was SO much back and forth making the reservation, paying for it (non-refundable), confirming it, paying a security deposit, then paying a cleaning fee.

We booked this place for a one-night stay after disembarking from a cruise, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The listing was unclear—it turned out to be a *room in a shared house*, not a private apartment. That should’ve been made much more obvious. We reached out a week before our arrival requesting early check-in, but were told we’d have to wait until the day of to know the cleaner’s schedule. No early check-in was offered, so we were left in limbo with five oversized suitcases. To make matters worse, the address was sent at the last possible moment, after multiple emails and delays over credit card and ID verification. Once we arrived, we were shocked to find 18–19 stairs leading to the entry. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere, and would be a major issue for anyone with mobility concerns, or those traveling with large luggage (like most cruise passengers!). The room itself was nicely decorated and clean, which we appreciated—but the amenities were minimal. For the price we paid (comparable to many full-service Seattle hotels), we expected more than just a bed and a strict set of house rules, including a 10pm cutoff for kitchen access. That’s not ideal if you’re arriving late or need to prepare something before bed. In short: if you’re coming from a cruise, traveling with luggage, or need flexibility and comfort Interior design was nice.

It was a fantastic stay. The property looked great, and the amenities were lovely. The only thing that was rough was when the keypad to my specific unit stopped working. However, both the host and the customer support were very communicative in finding a solution. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and pleasant accommodations as described in the promotions. The owner also responded quickly to messages, though we never met in person. I would recommend the location with one caveat: be prepared for a somewhat cumbersome registration process, with a $200 security deposit. Keyless entry also was confusing at first, but worked great once figured out. My first time in Seattle, I did not have a vehicle, so I walked or Ubered everywhere, which was a hilly two miles to the downtown. The location was quiet, secure and comfortable, but I was disappointed to not find much to do in the immediate surroundings (near office buildings and a hospital). The bed and suite itself was very comfortable and spacious, with it's own heating and AC. The smell of Fabuloso was overwhelming when I arrived, but opening the windows remedied it. Shower/tub was great with incredibly hot water, but required care to not get scalded. I didnt utilize the large, modern kitchen and common area living room space, but it looked inviting and would have been nice for someone traveling with a companion to cook together. I did use the free, modern washer and dryer, which I really appreciated. My suite was considered first floor, but that meant a long staircase, fine for me but might not be for someone else. Also by the time I received and read the house rules, it was too late for me to bring the roku stick I needed for TV. I overheard yet never saw anyone else during my 6 days there.

We found great street parking at all times of day, it could be because we were in off season though. We could hear occasional noise but not during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. The kitchen was so convenient and we loved being close to downtown. Felt very safe in this area! If you have a car available this is a great option!

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Suites. It was clean, bright, comfortable bed. It was close enough to downtown and lumen field that we could scooter/bike, and walk (about 30 minutes). We enjoyed the area and it was quiet through the night.

Great location, but near a relatively busy road and can get a bit loud, notably in the morning. Ear plugs are available in the bathroom, I regrettably did not use them. Parking options are limited, as well, only street available and it is in a neighborhood requiring a permit during daytime, so it may take time to find a spot. Otherwise, despite the shared living room and kitchen, your room will provide plenty of privacy with its own bathroom. Again, great location, walkable to just about everything in Capital Hill.

This was such a great experience. The host was super helpful and made everything super easy/simple during our stay. The room was very clean, and modern. The location was the perfect distance from the city and we felt safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone staying for a quick trip! Will be coming back!

Very conveniently located. Residential neighborhood just to the north was perfect for dog walking & great Thai food was just a half mile walk away. Rooms are gorgeous & very well appointed. Shared kitchen is great & really well stocked.

Nice place, well laid put and organized. Overall clean, easy to find and access; decent bus connections; Coop and Trader Joe's in walking distance. Big thumbs up! The area gets a lot.of helicopter traffic (many hospitals I assume). Thetrash in the kitchen was really smelly on arrival and the water kettle was broken (not working). Little thumbs down.

I stayed at the suite for 3 days as part of my west coast travel. I was sceptical about the place most people reviewed either well or poorly. I’ll tell you that this place was great to be at in quiet season. You’re in a shared building but there’s three different units to get in the place depending on business. There is one communal area for cooking, coffee, etc, and it’s way more than you’d ever need. The room itself is also equipped with a coffee set and fridge, not to mention all the other ammenities. Only downside is the parking, you have to roll the dice and park on the 2 hour spots hoping no one will call in on you. Otherwise there is hospital parking that’s free overnight. Building is close to lots of food places and is perfect for the price and relativity to businesses. I would return and stay here in the future!

Super clean. Love the attention to details. Easy to prep coffee in the morning, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Right across the street from the hospital. The host even provides ear plugs but we didn't need them. We were in room 7 and no other units shared a wall which made it super quiet. Will absolutely stay again.

I did not realize it was a communal house because it was not clear on the ad. It’s a house with bedrooms you are sharing with 8 guest rooms. The ad says it’s an 8 unit place, I thought it was an apartment style building/units that all had their own kitchens. The kitchen is shared for everyone and not private. One thing I would recommend to the hosts is to have that more clearly stated. Pros: -area is safe location -there is no on site parking but we easily found street parking a block over -the private bedroom and bathrooms were very clean -a/c works well -wifi works -bed was very comfy -mini fridge in room and coffee maker -check in instructions very clear/hosts easy to communicate with -The kitchen was nice to have and convenient. Cons: -the ad should more clearly state it is a big house with private bedrooms you are sharing with people. It needs to be more clear -we were in unit 1 and the freezer part of the mini fridge was not functional as it was frozen over -we did not have hot water for our showers in the mornings. It was a really nice set up, you had your own room with a bathroom, and there was a shared space right beside it so it made you feel like you had your own kitchen. It also has Air conditioning. Pretty close to downtown and all then amenities and use of scooter and bikes to get around made it super easy. The only downfall was the shared space smelled quite a bit like garbage, as the garbage under the sink was extremely full. They also do not provide milk or cream for your coffee. Not sure I would stay there again.

Let me start out by saying that the property is in a great neighborhood, central to everything I wanted to see and do in the Capitol Hill area, safe, and quiet. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable, portable AC worked great, coffee maker and fridge a plus, and wifi worked great. However, I do have some complaints unfortunately. The property uses electronic key pads to access the rooms which you get a code for on the day of checkin. My keypad didnt work. When I arrived the door was already unlocked but no matter how many times I tried the keypad and button to lock the door both on outside and inside nothing would happen. Which left me stuck in the room to watch my things since I couldn't go anywhere and risk leaving them unprotected in the room or my car. I messaged the property for over 35 minutes (all the while only chatting with an AI bot and never a human) before the bot finally told me the code for the lockbox in the hallway that had a physical key I could use to lock the door. This was an extemely infuriating and frustrating experience. Human contact is important in the service industry setting, especially in hospitality. There should have been some code word for me to just talk to a real front desk type person. I also felt the $45 mandatory cleaning fee charged after I had paid for the room felt deceptive. Just factor that into the overhead. If youre gonna run a hotel, factor that cost into the overall price; don't hit people with it after they've paid.

When I arrived the door was already unlocked but no matter how many times I tried the keypad and button to lock the door both on outside and inside nothing would happen. Which left me stuck in the room to watch my things since I couldn't go anywhere and risk leaving them unprotected in the room or my car. I messaged the property for over 35 minutes (all the while only chatting with an AI bot and never a human) before the bot finally told me the code for the lockbox in the hallway that had a physical key I could use to lock the door. This was an extemely infuriating and frustrating experience. Human contact is important in the service industry setting, especially in hospitality. There should have been some code word for me to just talk to a real front desk type person. I also felt the $45 mandatory cleaning fee charged after I had paid for the room felt deceptive. Just factor that into the overhead. If youre gonna run a hotel, factor that cost into the overall price; don't hit people with it after they've paid.

The true test of a good property is how management responds to problems when they arise. This unit had a problem with the digital lock system for entry. Owner responded immediately to a call and had in place a backup system that worked perfectly. Clean bright location close to bus lines to explore the city. Would recommend this property for singles or couples

This room is located in a shared housing unit. There are locals living in the home so it is occupied by people other than tourists or travelers. The room and the whole home smelled moldy. The room was much smaller than what it looks like in the photos. The shared space (kitchen and living room) does not have air conditioning. The room has an in-room air conditioning unit that is very loud when it is operating. Other than the moldy smell, the room was clean. It was not a pleasant stay and I wouldn't recommend it.
